In this paper, we apply the complementation principle of five prime substances to reduce the phase interference. The transmitter and receiver match the concepts of co-operative and conflict to the direct and indirect signals. The result shows we investigate the proposed network topology such as 5 prime substances (5 user networks). The key observation is that optimal symmetric degree of freedom (DoF) can be achieved for 5 user network with different channel coherence times by adaptively selecting the interference alignment scheme via controlling the alignment feasibility of the transmitted signals. Theoretical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed 5 user networks are well matched to the wireless mobile channel environment to achieve the symmetric DoF for different channel coherence times which ensures that the proposed networks are applicable for dense wireless network applications. Modulo 3 functionality in 5 user network topology makes it easier for the transmitter cooperation to achieve the DoF of 2/3 with the help of the interference alignment schemes.

In binary-modulation non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA), there has been rare researches for the 1+1 capacity region to be achieved; how much total power is required and what power allocation is assigned for this total power. In this paper, the average total transmitted power to achieve 1+1 capacity region of binary pulse amplitude modulation (2PAM) NOMA is investigated, with a tolerable loss. Then, based on the sufficient average total transmitted power, we calculate the power allocation coefficient to achieve 1+1 capacity region. Furthermore, it is shown by numerical results that with the tolerable loss less than 0.008, near 1+1 capacity region is achieved. We also calculate numerically the power allocation coefficient for both users to achieve near 1+1 capacity region. As a result, for 2PAM NOMA to operate near 1+1 capacity region, proper total power with appropriate power allocation could be calculated in design of NOMA systems.

It is necessary to evaluate the effect of dredging and weir operation on the flow and long-term bed change for river management. Especially, large scale river treatment project, with dredging or weir installation and operation, can increase the instability of riverbed in tributaries as well as mainstream. This study focuses on the effect of weir installation and dredging on the long-term bed change in Nakdong river (Gangjeong- Goryeong Weir~Dalseong Weir) and its tributary (Geumho river). HEC-6 model has been used to analyze the amount of long-term bed change and sediment transport resulted from the river treatment including dredging or weir installation. From the result, it was concluded that a large scale river treatment can accelerate and increase the long-term bed change both in mainstream and tributary.

Time management is important in construction management Especially, in the high-rise apartment housing projects, it is very important to expedite the construction progress in order to meet the planned schedule. The objective of this paper is to propose the baseline for the progress rate using work volume and man $\cdot$ hours performed at work activity level. The work volume far each activity is transformed to the weighted value compared to total work volume for the floor Therefore, a progress rate for an activity is calculated by multiplying a weighted value and work volume. A progress rate for a floor and a building can calculated in this manner, respectively.

The global financial crisis has exerted enormous impacts on the attainment of inflation target in Korea. The annual average CPI inflation was 3.3% during the targeting period of 2007-2009 and the target was $3.0{\pm}0.5%$. Thus Korea has succeeded in keeping annual average CPI inflation just below the upper limit of the 2007-2009 target under the global crisis. This paper intends to evaluate the performance of the inflation targeting system in Korea. First, it estimates the conventional call rate reaction equation under the global crisis and finds that the policy interest rates never reacted to expected inflation, output gap, and won/dollar exchange rate, as expected by theory. Second, it identifies the shock of global financial crisis into core and non-core, applying the structural VAR model. The core shock was defined to have no (medium- to) long-run impact on real output. The core shock was identified to have the character of the demand shock, since it has the positive impact on the inflation and output in the short run. The structural core inflation due to core shock was an attractor of headline inflation, not vice versa. Therefore, the structural core inflation that reflects the demand-side shock would be the better intermediate target for the final headline inflation target than the official core inflation that excludes the volatile inflation of agricultural and oil-related products. During the inflation targeting period of 2007-2009, the structural core inflation was more volatile than the official core inflation, because the global crisis has very large negative impacts on the domestic demand as well as the prices of agricultural and oil-related products. This paper shows that the negative core shock during the fourth quarter of 2008 was larger than that in the financial crisis in 1998. But the core shock turned into positive very quickly in 2009, as the Korean economy recovered very quickly from crisis. The volatile changes in structural core inflation suggests that the Bank of Korea barely managed to attain the 2007-2009 inflation target, owing to the very large negative impacts of the global financial crisis on the domestic demand. It also suggests that the rapid rise in core inflation with the rapid recovery of the Korean economy will lead to rapid rise in headline inflation.

겨울은 혹한으로 인해 육계 생산성이 하락하는 시기이다. 한파로 인해 닭들의 증체가 좋지 못한 것이다. 특히 올겨울은 이상기온으로 인해 일교차가 커지면서 닭의 번식률이 떨어져 생산성이 하락했다. 이렇게 열악한 기후 환경에도 불구하고, 지난 달 생산성지수 420을 달성해 육계농가의 저력을 보여준 곳이 있다. 이에 본지는 충남 부여군에 위한 평화농장의 박종성 대표를 찾았다.
