  • The spaces of port and urban in a Port City have different space characteristics substantially, but those are required to be developed interdependently. Degradation and loss of the sense of place in the existing spaces caused by decline of natural function have an adverse effect on the revival of local economy as well as make worse image of the entire city. In some developed countries, therefore, many researches on the port spaces lagging behind the times due to changes of the characteristics and function of port spaces have been conducted continuously for a long time. This study aims at seeking a device how the domestic hinterland could be utilized as efficient spaces having the characteristics of outskirts space and port city interface through the application of characteristics of the interface space of port city, capable of playing a role as buffer zone between the port space and the city space.

A Study on Grounding Characteristic Analysis of Large-scaled Apartment Complex Based on PSCAD/EMTDC (PSCAD/EMTDC에 의한 대규모 아파트단지의 접지특성 해석에 관한 연구)

  • A grounding system in a large-scale apartment complex consists of a TT grounding system when viewed in each building unit, but the characteristics of TN grounding system appears when viewed in the total ground system function. Therefore, this study examined the characteristics of a grounding system in a large-scale apartment complex using design draft, field measurements and PSCAD/EMTDC modeling. This paper proposes an algorithm for fault analysis depending on the grounding system structure in large-scale apartment complexes considering the connection of the underground culvert as well as a design algorithm for each grounding system considering the contact voltage and step voltage. The simulation results based on the proposed modeling and algorithm confirmed that it is useful for analyzing the characteristics of a grounding system in a large-scale apartment complex.

A Comparative Study on the Productivity by Characteristics of Tenant Companies in Busan New Port Distripark (부산항 신항 배후단지 입주업체 특성별 생산성 비교연구)

  • Korea has gradually been developing port distriparks in major domestic trade ports to diversify their function and create added-value. New tenant companies are needed to help achieve these goals, but no research has been done on selection criteria. To provide such criteria, this study conducted a comparative analysis of the productivity of tenant companies in Busan New Port Distripark based on their characteristics. SFP (single-factor productivity) was measured using the operational data of 67 companies in the distripark over the past - three years (2017-2019). The results indicate that the logistics business and the manufacturing business have strengths in cargo volume productivity and in sales productivity respectively. Also, Northern distripark, a relatively older facility, was found to be more productive than Ung-dong distripark. Finally, the effect of investment-both foreign and in FAC/EQ (facility and equipment)-on productivity showed an inverse relationship with productivity, with the companies with under-average investments being more productive than those whose investments were above average. Therefore, to enhance the productivity and competitiveness of port distriparks, tenant companies must be subject to supplemented system and law for increasing employment and cargo volume, and reestablished selection criteria.

  • This study aims to develop a model that can automatically identify the rooftop shape of apartment buildings using GIS and machine learning algorithms, and apply it to analyze the relationship between rooftop shape and characteristics of apartment complexes. A database of rooftop data for each building in an apartment complex was constructed using geospatial data, and individual buildings within each complex were classified into flat type, tower type, and mixed types using the random forest algorithm. In addition, the relationship between the proportion of rooftop shapes, development density, height, and other characteristics of apartment complexes was analyzed to propose the potential application of geospatial information in the real estate field. This study is expected to serve as a basic research on AI-based building type classification and to be utilized in various spatial and real estate analyses.

  • In this study, rainfall water outlet water quality monitoring was performed on the C industrial complex to evaluate the characteristics of non-point pollutant runoff from the industrial complex during rainfall and to use it as basic data for calculating the load and unit of non-point pollutant. As a result of the IETD analysis, it was selected as a representative rainfall event for simulating non-point pollutants when the rainfall duration was about 21 hours and the rainfall was 26.44mm. Also as a result of monitoring the flow and water quality survey, the first rainfall was 12.2 mm, the rainfall duration was 12 hr, the number of preceding dry days was 3 days, the second rainfall was 22.1 mm, the rainfall duration was 12 hr, and the number of preceding dry days was 7 days.

  • 도시친화형 산업인 인쇄는 도시 곳곳에 밀집단지를 구성하는 특성이 있다. 그중에서도 영등포 지역은 구로와 함께 서울 서남부 지역의 대표적인 인쇄단지로 손꼽힌다. 그런데 여느 지역과 마찬가지로 영등포 지역도 몇 년 전부터 변화의 바람이 거세게 불고 있다. 이러한 변화에 제대로 대처하지 못하는 곳도 있지만, 당당히 대응하는 업체도 있기 마련이다. 신우디앤피는 이 지역에서 가장 먼저, 그리고 가장 높이 디지털 깃발을 올린, 아날로그에서 디지털까지 하이브리드로 승부하는 후자의 대표주자다.

  • 현재 사용되고 있는 풍력발전 예측 모델은 물리적인 시간변화에 따른 예측을 진행하고 있다. 제주도 풍력단지의 출력 값과 풍력단지 상호 거리에 대한 상관관계를 분석해본 결과, 거리가 가까울수록 높은 상관계수를 보이는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 풍력 예측 모델에서 시간적인 특성뿐 아니라 공간적 특성을 같이 고려하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국내 외 풍력발전 예측 모델을 분석을 수행하고, 풍력 예측 모델에 공간기법 적용의 필요성에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

  • 대도시내의 산업단지의 경우 주거지역과 인접하여 위치하고 있기 때문에 산업단지에서 발생하는 오염물질들은 시민들의 생활에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 아직 PM10의 장기적인 연구가 다소 미흡하고 가장 오염이 심하리라고 예상되는 산업단지에서 조차 PM10의 장기적인 자료가 없다. 따라서 장기간 자료에 근거한 대기 중 미량금속의 특성평가, 인체 위해도 분석 및 오염원 평가가 원활히 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. (중략)
