Current changing to the customer-oriented market naturally causes suppliers to meet an age of competition on the quality. In order to plan housing meeting this quality competitiveness era, I set up the type classification system of quality differentiation for the unit of apartment housing by executing differentiation cases of unit quality and type analysis of the object. The system is consist of 3 classification systems by quality element, user convenience element and product element as follows: First element is to classify quality element on the basis of plane and interior elements, architectural elements and second one is user convenience element relating facility to classify environment-oriented, safety, energy saving and convenience. The other one is the product element to classify furniture, installing product and convenient product. I believe that this classification system will be useful to determine any classification elements of product for product positioning and product planning in the stage of marketing planning of apartment housing in the future.

The mass housing supply policy of the government has resulted in the customer-centered market, and thereby the age of quality competition in the industry. In line with this trend of quality competition, therefore, this preliminary study aims to investigate the requirements of housing product planning to live up to the needs of customers in terms of quality, and thus analyze the types of quality differentiation of a housing product unit in our housing market. It turned out that many cases attempted differentiation in such ways as merely using luxurious finishing materials and instantly popular environment-friendly materials, and combining partial and limited household items with architectural elements of the facility system. The result of this study shows that the differentiation plan of housing product should be customer-centered, and therefore, focus on quality differentiation through organic combination of architecture-oriented plane and interior elements with technology-oriented facility and product elements. Hereby, in the future, housing product planning should include sustainable differentiation plans with reconsideration of concepts that customers have, and the needed procedure.
The purpose of this study is to observe the realization of pause and breath groups from adult speakers and to examine how gender, generation, and tasks can affect this realization. For this purpose, we analyzed forty-eight male or female speakers. Their generation was divided into two groups: young, old. Task and gender affected both the realization of pause and breath groups. The length of the pause groups was longer in the read speech than in the spontaneous speech and female speech. On the other hand, the length of the breath group was longer in the spontaneous speech and the male speech. In the spontaneous speech, which requires planning, the speaker produced shorter length of pause group. The short sentence length of the reading material influenced the reason for which the length of the breath group was shorter in the reading speech. Gender difference resulted from difference in pause patterns between genders. In the case of the breath groups, the male speaker produced longer duration of pause than the female speaker did, which may be due to difference in lung capacity between genders. On the other hand, generation did not affect either the pause groups or the breath groups. The generation factor only influenced the number of syllables and the eojeols, which can be interpreted as the result of the difference in speech rate between generations.

This study is intended to analyze the characteristics of the preference according to the locations of view points, which are the current criteria for the evaluation of the view. To this end, a total of fifty one test cases according to view point locations were sampled based on the picture data collected in previous studies, and preference assessment was conducted on these cases to identify preference characteristics, where a five-point Lickert-scale evaluation was performed for each test case, and three test cases for each type were comparatively evaluated. It is deemed that the findings from this study may be used to finally derive qualitative assesment scale for the view seen from apartment units.

View targets have been studied extensively in terms of an aesthetic value and a monetary asset. But there was actually deficient in the research about a variety of view targets. Therefore, the purpose of this paper was to classify systematically into diverse view targets in an apartment unit by the use of both the literature methods and the questionnaire-interview survey. In result, the view targets in an apartment unit were categorized by two large groups which are a natural-type and an artificial-type view. The former was subdivided into a pure natural-type and a man-made natural-type view, while the latter was subdivided into a building-type, a street-furniture-type, a road-type, a open-space-type, and a tower-type view. Consequently, this study might be applied to the understanding of the quality of residential environment as a basis.

The standards of demand, diversity and load density are necessary to create the design of a transformer capacity that is seldom presented in terms for academic study. At the moment, both legal and institutional standards for such a transformer are insufficient both at home and abroad. The works described in this thesis strongly support more reasonable standards for calculating transformer capacity by correlating the analysis between the maximum utilization factors of a given transformer with those of a transformer capacity whose power consumption has been investigated within a lease apartment. In this dissertation, it is necessary to analyze the key features and general trend from the investigated data. It made an analysis of the feature parameters, such as average, standard deviation, median, maximum, minimun and thus it was carried by the linear and nonlinear regression analysis.
Since collective houses are started to be supplied, the housing market has been transformed from supplier to demander oriented, and various type with same area of unit households have been deigned and started to be distributed. It can be expected that such transfer phenomenon would be continuously sped-up, and unit household will be more subdivided and varied. Thus, we analysed and studied the planes with subject of unit households in national housing scale ($85m^2$) that is treated as supply standard and has biggest volume in construction by Korean housing corporation. The analysing method is investigating the area of each room within unit household, calculating their minimum, maximum, and average values, studying the efficiency of unit household plane according to the structure of each room by comparative analysis these values, and analysing changing matter by investigating any change of each room area. The analysing results of which are followings. At first, number of BAY on face is increasing. Second, allocation of each room has been vary. Third, area ratio among bedroom1, livingroom, diningroom/kitchen become similar. Fourth, the area of diningroom/kitchen become somewhat bigger. Fifth, the space for passage way is efficiently allocated. Sixth, service area is reduced, Seventh, stereotyped phenomenon Is appeared. Based on many studies so far, any improvements of unit householder in national housing scale are followings. First, in terms of forming style, unit householder in national housing scale is unfolded in various way though, the form of each room is not more than typical style. Second, it shows stereotyped phenomenon. Especially, bathroom 1, 2 show stereotyped feature in terms of their type and area across entire research years, also LDK allocation method is stereotyped, as well as stereotyped trend in bedroom 2, 3, allocation for 4 BAY type.

The future costs of energy and the cost of the repair of apartment buildings are expected to rise continuously in proportion to the initial costs. Therefore it has become important for these increasing costs to be incorporated and reflected in the design of the building. Systems such as structure and services for the buildings remain constant, but a number of the walls and windows can vary and thus have a major influence on the total construction and running costs of a building. The critical factor in the apartment unit design for the optimization of life cycle cost (LCC) is the ratio of the x and y axis of the walls in the unit plan. This paper demonstrates how to achieve the optimal size and thus optimize the LCC of the building.

This paper describes the design and fabrication of a home-panel board for electromagnetic compatibility which can protect home-electric appliances from transient voltages and power line noise. The proposed panel board include a transient voltage blocking device and a EMI filter which consisted of varistors, capacitors, and bus line inductance.A performance test of the prototype panel board, blocking characteristics to transient voltages and reduction characteristics to power line noise, are carried out by using a combination surge generator standardized in IEC and a network analyzer. The results showed that the proposed panel board is satisfied with the surge immunity level of IEC 61000-4-5, and has an over 20[dB] noise reduction performance in ranges from 150[kHz]∼30[MHz].
