Development of digital technology, which is individualizing and differentiating the world, makes time and space facilitate multi-layering in the contemporary society. It gives a large influence on the contemporary architecture that inducing the visual and spatial experience. Also, It generates new images through the skin of architecture, which implies the contingent and fluid characteristics. These phenomenon show that various parameters are working on the architectural skin simultaneously. Such complexity make the structure of open space and diversity that are homogenized and synchronized. Like this, the architectural skin implies 'multiplicity': qualitative difference which is enable to change and create new images. This characteristic generates instant images changing variously and semantics constantly by the function of skin as a filter. Also, the architectural skin integrates or relocates of relationships between the various information and elements appearing in contemporary society in order to escape the customary relationship between internal and external. Furthermore, the inside and outside of the mixture as a collection of sense has been recognized as one image. This image of mixture consists of one unified continuous integration and extend the meaning of a fluid interface not just surface of the building. The skin of the contemporary architecture is very technical, so its meaning and role is expanded as a complex that exchange interaction. This means that the skin itself has functional elements of the integrated multiple skin to assist. Also it can form a multi-layered relationship and act as a wide range of interfaces depending on the perception of the observer. Therefore the multiplicity of the architectural skin indicates the importance as a boundary that generate images of new life through the sensory perception and implicit force. And it shows potential as the intermediary to try to communicate.

In this paper, we focus on classification of security threats and definitions of security requirements for Internet banking service. Threats are classified based on the past and potential incidents, based upon which we will be able to propose security requirements. In order to identify security threats, the structure of the Internet banking service is classified into three sections - the financial institutions, the network, and the user-terminal - and we defined arising threats for each section. We focused the analysis especially on the user-terminal section, which is relatively vulnerable, causing difficulties in securing stability of the service as a whole. The analyzed security threats are expected to serve the foundation for safe configuration of various Internet banking services.

In modern society, appearance is an important means of competing with others, and therefore it can not be neglected in social life. Due to the rapid development of information science and technology, modern society demands femininity which combines progressive self - help for designing a dignified and independent life and a new paradigm. Therefore, the correlation between the elements such as bang cut, out line expression, layer step and texture change of modern style that modern and independent expressing independence and independence in the 1920s and 30s' Respectively. The result of this study makes it possible to present a novel and innovative hair trend that can firmly establish the independence and social role of modern women. In addition, it is expected to derive the standardization of thinking and psychology of the leader of modern society, and to lay the groundwork for the establishment of autonomous femininity as a social subject that maximizes individual competence through the manifestation of creativity.

This paper examined various aspects of a linear and a nonlinear response spectrum method in seismic response analysis of multi-story building structures. The response spectrum method that has been widely used in the analysis of linear structures was proposed different mode superposition method by several ivestigators, and the differences between combinations with an elastic modal analysis reviwed closely. It seems, however, that this method is not used to nonlinear seismic analysis. It is the purpose of this paper to propose an alternative method by means of which a nonlinear MDOF structure with long period may be analysed by an extention of response spectrum method. For nonlinear seismic analysis of high-rise building structures using technique proposed in this study, it is intended to serve primarily as a tool in preliminary designs instead of time history analysis.

As modern society changes toward knowledge based society, the patent policy and professional manpower need to be changed because interest and importance about patent, trademarks, intellectual property right and copyright of business secret are increasing. In order to facilitate trading of the technology developed in the private sector and to promote the business, the Act of technology transfer and commercialization promotion is prepared. In the law, the article 14 says that who have expertise on commercialization of the technology transfer can be registered as a technology trader to the Minister of Knowledge Economy. For the purpose of finding improvements of the technology trader's registration system, comparison method was studied. Technology trader compare with licensed real estate agent which is similar with it in terms of trade. There are several results from this study by followings. The unique tasks of technology traders should be specified for increasing authority of technology transfer expert. Manual criteria of post management should be prepared through registration certificate management agency which operated by charging. In addition, The announcement document should be prepared carefully for necessity of announcement and registration criteria of technology trading business. These improvements are enable to motivate trading market and impact to expand the base of technology marketing and technology transfer-commercialization.
