This study aims to suggest profitability models of local cultural festival to be a focal point of local culture to overcome the abuses as an annual event led by the local government agencies have been in force in every local areas currently, to elicit the local residents' voluntary participation and to engage the outside tourists in connection of a more effective promotion and marketing. The festival is attractive to people with that provoke mirth and inspire curiosity, but the festival is not a one-time event ongoing maintenance enlarge: It is absolutely necessary in order to effort to reach at consumer-oriented quality of service. Also this research intends to present a activation scheme by developing profitability models to make profits while holding a number of risks taking into account the characteristics of the local festival service carried out. To this end, based on established research, leading indicator and expert opinion were analyzed through multiple regression analysis.

In this paper, we compare the transmission performance of Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) and Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) under long duration multipath channel environments. This paper generates underwater channels through Bellhop based on the underwater environmental data of the west sea. BER performance of CDMA and OFDM are analyzed through various underwater channels based on the channels. Computer simulations result show that CDMA has better performance than OFDM when multipath delay time of underwater channel is shorter than spreading factor (SF). However, OFDM has better BER performance than CDMA as multi-path delay time increases.

Global sequence alignment in search of similarity or homology favors larger size of the sequence because it keeps looking for more similar section between two sequences in the hope that it adds up scores for matched part in the rest of the sequence. If a substantial size of mismatched section exists in the middle of the sequence, it greatly reduces the total alignment score. In this case a whole sequence would be better to be divided into multiple sections. Overall alignment score over the multiple sections of the sequence would increase as compared to global alignment. This method is called multiple local alignment. In this paper, we implement a multiple local alignment algorithm, an extension of Smith-Waterman algorithm and show the experimental results for the algorithm that is able to search for sub-optimal sequence.

This study identifies the factors that influence juvenile delinquency, which has increased both offline and online. It is hypothesized that the influence of negative parenting on online and offline juvenile delinquency is mediated through smartphone dependency and personal emotional problems. In addition, the study hypothesizes that participation in cultural activities soothes the influence. Using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs, we conducted a confirmatory factor analysis, a multi-mediation analysis, and a cross-group comparative analysis. The analyses found the significant mediation effect of smart phone dependence and personal emotional problems on the relationship between negative parenting and juvenile delinquiency. Participation in cultural activities overall weakens the hypothesized effects.

This study aims to suggest the ways of integrated services for Cultural Heritage Archives that belong to the Cultural Heritage Administration. To this end, the study analyzed the archives of major affiliated organizations of the Cultural Heritage Administration that manage and preserve Korean cultural assets. A cultural asset metadata based on the multiple entity model and applicable data link model standard was suggested for the integrated service of high-value-added cultural heritage information resources.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether multicultural youth's participation in activities affects academic performance, verify whether achievement motivation and social relations have multiple mediating effects, and analyze whether there are differences between male and female groups. To this end, a total of 1,635 high school sophomores were analyzed in the 8th year (2018) of the Multicultural Youth Panel Survey. As a result of the analysis, first, it was confirmed that the influence of multicultural youth's participation in youth activities on academic performance was partially mediated by achievement motivation and social relations. Second, for all multicultural adolescents, 'achievement motivation' was found to have a significant effect on academic performance, and this route was found to be male students is a female student. It was found to be more positive than 001), and the difference between groups was statistically significant. Therefore, it is necessary to expand opportunities to participate in youth activities for multicultural youth and to prepare creative activity spaces and content support policies.

과학기술의 발달로 인한 사회 문화적 트렌드의 변화는 새로운 기회와 가능성을 제공해 주며, 정보통신기술은 통신과 방송, 통신과 콘텐츠 등 영역간의 경계를 허물며 융합을 가능하게 하고, 우리의 감성과 상상력을 자극하여 새로운 문화적 가능성을 열어주고 있다. 이러한 상황들은 방송 통신 융합이라는 이름으로 방송과 통신, TV와 PC 온라인과 오프라인 등의 모든 영역에서 다양한 노력이 진행되고 있다. 방송과 통신의 융합은 마치 역사상 신대륙의 개척 과정처럼 새로운 제품과 새로운 시장을 창출해내는 능력을 가지고 있기 때문에, 국내는 물론 세계의 모든 비즈니스 업체들은 이 기회의 땅을 향해 전력 질주하고 있다. 또한, 이에 따르는 콘텐츠의 융합 역시 괄목할만하며, 게임과 영화, 다큐멘터리와 드라마 등의 콘텐츠 간의 융합은 물론이고, 최근에는 모바일에서 영화를 제작하고, 게임과 소설 네트워크가 결합하고, 심지어는 게임 안에서 음악을 유통시키는 유통의 융합까지도 이뤄지고 있다. 이와 같은 다양한 융합의 확산은 미디어와 플랫폼의 등장뿐만 아니라 플랫폼 간 교차와 연결 및 통합이 가능한 미디어 전경(landscape)을 창출해 내고 있으며, 인터넷과 TV의 결합은 다양한 애플리케이션을 구현할 수 있는 전송 메커니즘을 서로 연결시켜 수많은 형태의 다중 플랫폼을 등장시키고 있다. 이로 인하여 방송 서비스와 인터넷 서비스가 네트워크나 전송 플랫폼의 구별 없이, 그리고 디바이스의 선택과 상관없이 활용되는 통합 플랫폼 환경이 폭 넓게 조성되고 있다. 따라서, 방송 통신 융합 환경에 적합한 다중 플랫폼 융합 콘텐츠는 사용자의 요구 및 새로운 비즈니스 모텔에 대한 요구를 만족할 수 있어야 하며, 일관된 기술로 통선 및 서비스간의 호환성을 유지하는 인터페이스의 표준화가 이루어져야한다. 방송 통신 융합 환경에 적합한 다중 플랫폼 융합 콘텐츠는 초고속 데이터 통신망을 활용하는 멀티미디어 및 IP 멀티캐스트 기능을 활용한 서비스들과 연계하여, 관련된 소재 산업들의 파급효과가 매우 크며, 관련 분야에 미치는 효과가 막대하므로, 이에 대한 적절한 육성전략을 고찰해보도록 한다.

Identifying emotions through speech poses a significant challenge due to the complex relationship between language and emotions. Our paper aims to take on this challenge by employing feature engineering to identify emotions in speech through a multimodal classification task involving both speech and text data. We evaluated two classifiers-Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM)-both integrated with a BERT-based pre-trained model. Our assessment covers various performance metrics (accuracy, F-score, precision, and recall) across different experimental setups). The findings highlight the impressive proficiency of two models in accurately discerning emotions from both text and speech data.

증강현실(Augmented Reality, AR)은 물리적 현실세계에 가상의 세계를 중첩하여 부가적인 정보나 서비스를 제공하는 것으로 대부분 스마트폰과 같이 카메라를 장착한 기기를 이용하게 된다. 스마트폰의 카메라가 마커를 인식할 경우 가상의 오브젝트가 화면에 중첩하여 보이게 되는 것이다. 카메라가 인식하는 마커를 하나 이상 사용할 수 있다. 다중 마커를 사용하는 경우 마커를 인식할 때 중첩되는 가상의 오브젝트를 동일한 것으로 사용할 수도 있고 각 마커별로 다른 가상 오브젝트를 사용할 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 전시되어 있는 작품을 마커로 등록하여 각 이미지별로 작품의 정보가 중첩되어 나타나도록 유니티의 AR 파운데이션 프레임워크를 이용하여 구현한다. 여러 작품이 전시되므로 이를 다중 마커로 사용하고 각 작품별 정보가 각기 다르게 출력되도록 구현한다.
