A Consideration on 3-Phase Non-Loop, Multiple-Point Ground Method in 22.9[kV] CNCV Underground Cable Systems (22.9[kV] CNCV케이블 지중배전계통의 3상 비일괄 동심증성선 다중접지방식에 대한 이론적고찰)

  • In 22.9[kV]-y distribution systems, underground cables are provided with 3-wire loop multiple-point ground in which each coaxial-neutral line of the distribution cable lines(A, B, C phases) is 3-wire common grounded at every connecting section. In the underground cable distribution systems, circulating current flows in the coaxial-neutral lines and its magnitude amounts to about $40{\sim}50[%]$ load currents, even though loads are balanced. This paper presents a new ground method to overcome such a problem and a comprehensive analysis in tows of current capacity of power cables, induced voltage of cable sheath, and electromagnetic interference voltage from power cable lines.

  • This paper presents improvement of the reception noise suppression method during formation flights of aircraft. Since aircraft communication equipment is very important for flight mission and safety to perform the functions of internal/external communications, it is required to implement noise-free, clean communication quality, and transmitting/receiving functions. Therefore, the FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) analysis and failure search were performed on the reception noise, and the internal noise of the intercom that affected the reception noise and the none-transmition phenomenon was identified. We changed the multiple grounds of the intercom to a single ground and applied an improved method of filtering the DC Offset voltage. As a result, the voice quality of the communication system of the aircraft was improved through the reduction of the reception noise during formation flights, and it was verified by ground and flight tests.

  • This paper presents a slot-shaped defected ground structure(DGS) which has multi-band rejection property. The proposed structure, in which the spiral slot-shaped defects with different size are aligned in the transverse direction to the guiding direction of the coplanar waveguide(CPW), provides multiple resonance frequencies. Compared with the simulated results, the band rejection characteristic is in good agreement with the measurement. Also, an equivalent circuit model of the proposed structure is presented, where the DGS on the ground plane is modeled as LC-resonators. This resonators are inductively coupled to the signal line through mutual inductance. From the equivalent circuit model, multi-band rejection property was derived.

  • This paper has proposed a new digital ground resistance tester for electrical systems. It features automatic operation with an injected current source. Without climbing electric power poles a worker can measure safely and quickly a ground resistance and current along the ground line.

  • 22.9kV-y 3상 4선식 다중접지 배전계통에 사용하는 단상의 표준형 주상변압기의 규격이 2003. 03에 제정이되었다. 표준형 주상변압기는 기존의 일반형, 저손실형, tap형, tapless형, 내염형 등의 다양한 종류의 제품을 기준치와 구조를 통일하여 표준화된 규격이다. 표준형 주상변압기에 사용하는 재료의 평가는 외함, 접지단자, 압착단자, 개스킷 절연유 붓싱단자, 애자의 홉습, 및 기타시험을 실시하며, 평가시험은 한전규격 KS 및 IEEE 등의 국제 표준규격을 기본으로 평가를 하여야 한다. 본 평가기술에서는 재료시험에 대한 시험방법을 검토하고 시험에 적용하여 시험 시 문제점을 도출하고 시험방법을 정립하여 주요업체의 재료에 대한 비교평가하고자 한다.

  • During a ground fault the maximum fault current and neutral to ground voltage will appear at the pole nearest to the fault. Distribution lines are consisted of three phase conductors, an overhead ground wire and a multi-grounded neutral line. In this paper phase to neutral faults were staged at the specified concrete pole along the distribution line and measured the ground fault current distribution in the ground fault current, three poles nearest to the fault point, overhead ground wire and neutral line. A effect by grounding resistance of poles of ground fault current in the 22.9[kV] multi-ground distribution system. by field tests.

  • Ground rods as the discharge path are commonly installed to ensure the safety of human beings and facilities from the surge. Accordingly, proper grounding resistance are specified by the grounding types, and the specified resistance are also required to install the lightning protective facilities. it is needed to analyze the difference between these two resistance through the field test. Therefore, in this paper, the impulse response behavior of the ground rods is analyzed by constructing the test facilities and by testing the ground rods in multi-ground power distribution systems. The impulse responses were analyzed, in transient state, by testing the concrete poles as well since the grounding wires are installed in the concrete poles.

Study for the Grounding Resistance of the Mesh Grounding Electrode by Water Tank Model (수조모델을 이용한 메쉬접지극의 접지저항에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, a number of equipments related with electricity, electronics, and communication in the same building are needed to the grounding system for safety from unexpected accidents. When the faulted electric current flows into a certain grounding system, the potential rise in that system takes place and it might induce the potential rise to other grounding system. This potential interference was strongly affected by the surface potential, which was deeply related with the electrode shape. In this paper, the fundamental formula was deduced on the basis of surface potential of two grounding electrodes. Which corresponds to source of the potential interference and other grounding electrode, respectively. Therefore, the degree of potential interference in this mesh grounding electrode system was verified by the simple model simulation. In addition, in order to identify the difference between the grounding resistance in the realistic construction site and the expected value from the corresponding simulation, the experiment was performed with model on a reduced scale about the realistic grounding system. It consists of stainless steel hemisphere electrodes in a water tank. From this work, the grounding resistance in the mesh grounding electrode showed the good coincidence results between those. Consequently, it is confirmed that the grounding resistance in the mesh electrode is possible to be estimated by performing the experiment using the water tank model.

  • 국내 내륙 전체 배전계통은 "22.9kV-Y 중성선 다중접지방식"으로 일원화하여 운영 중에 있으나 도서 섬지역은 자체 내연력 발전 설비를 갖추고 380V-Y로 발전하여 $6.6kV-{\Delta}$로 승압 후 전력을 공급하고 있다. 현재 한전은 설비용량 200kW이상 38개 도서에서 비접지 계통으로 운영 중에 있다. KEPCO와 KDN은 비접지계통($6.6kV-{\Delta}$)으로 운영중인 도서 중 전북지사 부안지점 관내 위도에 시범운영을 통해서 실선로에서 비접지 1선 지락 고장 검출여부 검증을 시행하였다. 시범운영에는 배전자동화 시스템 주장치 1식, mFRTU 12대를 개폐기와 같이 설치하였는데, mFRTU에는 독창적이고 상용화 가능한 "비접지 지락고장검출 알고리즘" 개발하여 탑재하였으며 1선 지락고장을 발생시켜 mFRTU가 고장선로와 고장지점을 정확하게 검출하는지 여부를 검증하였다. 이번에 비접지계통 실선로에서 지락고장을 완벽하게 검출한 가장 큰 의의는 국내 및 해외 최초로 비접지 지락고장검출을 성공하였다는 것입니다. 본 논문에서는 비접지로 운영중인 도서지역에 배전자동화시스템 기반으로 지락고장검출하는 기능을 상용화하여 운영중인 시스템에 대한 내용이다. 이번에 구축한 배전자동화시스템은 비접지계통에 알맞도록 개발된 자동화용 개폐기와mFRTU에 지락고장검출 알고리즘을 기능 구현하였다. 선로에 1선지락 고장발생시 mFRTU가 고장선로, 고장구간 및 고장상 등을 판단하고 상위 주장치에 전송한다. 주장치는 고장정보를 HMI 단선도에 고장지점을 표시하여 종합적으로 감시제어 할 수 있는 시스템이다.
