In this study, we examine the relationship between shared leadership and innovation behaviors of the members, and try to understand what moderate effect trust in these relationships. To do this, we set up research models and hypotheses that shared leadership will influence innovative behavior through literature review. We also added the moderating effect of Trust on the relationship between these variables. For the empirical analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted for corporate member in Daegu and Kyungbuk area. Multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted to test hypotheses. As a result, Shared leadership has a significant effect on innovation behavior. In particular, trust among members has been shown to regulate the relationship between shared leadership and innovation behavior. The results of this study will be applied to the strategic human resources management of major organizations.

This study conducted influencing and mediated effect on stroke to lead correct health behavior of stroke patients and tried to provide preliminary data of stroke prevention. It used stage 4 and 5 data of a national health and nutrition examination survey, analysis method was frequency analysis, Chi-square test, multiple logistic regression and structural equation modeling. In case of male, factors affecting to stroke were age, job, self-related health, alcohol, hypertention and diabetes. In case of female, age, job, self-related health, stress level and hypertention affected to stroke. In tested results on whether or not mediated effect of preceding disease exists, 5.80 difference in ${\chi}^2$ between partial mediated modeling and full mediated modeling was statistically significant(p<0.01). Therefore, partial mediated modeling was adequate to this study. We need preventive health education for changing wrong health behaviors and policy that strengthens health care network. If someone has preceding disease, they need long-term diagnosis for health condition and continuous improvement in life style.

The purpose of this study is to identify the level of father-child attachment and to explore possible factors that may influence such attachment level in marital satisfaction, marital conflict, parenting stress, and parenting attitudes. The data were collected using a structured questionnaire from 131 fathers living in B city, between February 16 and August 16 in 2014. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statics, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with SPSS 21.0 program. The mean of father-child's attachment was $3.79{\pm}0.47$. The level of father-child attachment was different according to monthly income (f=5.25, p<.010). There was a significantly positive correlation between father-child attachment and father's marital satisfaction (r=.28, p=.001). Father-child attachment was negatively correlated with father's marital conflict (r=-.23, p=.01), parenting stress (r=-.44, p<.001), acceptance-rejection (r=-.64, p<.001), and control (r=-.30, p<.001), with statistical significance. The acceptance-rejection attitude of father had significant effects on father-child attachment and accounted for 40% of the total variance of the attachment. These results indicated that decreasing the father's acceptance-rejection attitude could be effective in improving father-child attachment.
This study was carried out to file up using effect and requirement of energy for environmental design data of Pleurotus eryngii growing houses. Heating and cooling Degree-Hour (D-H) were calculated and compared for. some Pleurotus eryngii growing houses of sandwich-panel (permanent) o. arch-roofed(simple) type structures modified and suggested through field survey and analysis. Also thermal resistance (R-value) was calculated for the heat insulating and covering materials of the permanent and simple-type, which were made of polyurethane or polystyrene panel and $7\~8$ layers heat conservation cover wall. The variations of heating and cooling D-H simulated for Jinju area was nearly linearly proportional to the setting inside temperatures. The variations of cooling D-H was much more sensitive than those of heating D-H. Therefore, it was expected that the variations of required energy in accordance with setting temperature or actual temperature maintained inside of the cultivation house could be estimated and also the estimated results of heating and cooling D-H could be effectively used far the verification of environmental simulation as well as for the calculation of required energy amounts. When the cultivation floor areas are all equal, panel type houses to be constructed by various combinations of materials were found to by far more effective than simple type pipe house in the aspect of energy conservation maintenance except some additional cost invested initially. And also the energy effectiveness of multi-span house compared to single span together with the prediction of energy requirement depending on the level insulated for the wall and roof area could be estimated. Additionally, structural as well as environmental optimizations are expected to be possible by calculating periodical and/or seasonal energy requirements for those various combinations of insulation level and different climate conditions, etc.
Dmitri Donskoi, which went down during the Russo-Japanese War occurred 100 years ago, was found by using geophysical exploration techniques at the 400 m water depth of submarine valley off Jeodong of Ulleung Island. In the submarine area with the rugged seabed topography and volcanic seamounts, in particular, the reliable seabed images were acquired by using the mid-to-shallow Multibeam exploration technique The strength of corrosion (causticity) of the sunken Donskoi, measured by the electrochemical method, decreased to 2/5 compared with the original strength.
Internet commerce has been growing at a rapid pace for the last decade. Many firms try to reach wider consumer markets by adding the Internet channel to the existing traditional channels. Despite the various benefits of the Internet channel, a significant number of firms failed in managing the new type of channel. Previous studies could not cleary explain these conflicting results associated with the Internet channel. One of the major reasons is most of the previous studies conducted analyses under a specific market condition and claimed that as the impact of Internet channel introduction. Therefore, their results are strongly influenced by the specific market settings. However, firms face various market conditions in the real worlddensity and disutility of using the Internet. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of various market environments on a firm's optimal channel strategy by employing a flexible game theory model. We capture various market conditions with consumer density and disutility of using the Internet.

From this structure, the manufacturer could introduce its own Internet channel (MI). The independent physical store could also introduce its own Internet channel and coordinate it with the existing physical store (RI). An independent Internet retailer such as Amazon could enter this market (II). In this case, two types of independent retailers compete with each other. In this model, consumers are uniformly distributed on the two dimensional space. Countries like Ukraine and Bulgaria, or the market for "experience goods" such as shoes, could be examples of this market condition.

As the average travel cost in a market decreases while the average disutility of Internet use remains the same, average retail price, total quantity sold, physical store profit, monopoly manufacturer profit, and thus, total channel profit increase. On the other hand, the quantity sold through the Internet and the profit of the Internet store decrease with a decreasing average travel cost relative to the average disutility of Internet use. We find that a channel that has an advantage over the other kind of channel serves a larger portion of the market. In a market with a high average travel cost, in which the Internet store has a relative advantage over the physical store, for example, the Internet store becomes a mass-retailer serving a larger portion of the market. This result implies that the Internet becomes a more significant distribution channel in those markets characterized by greater geographical dispersion of buyers, or as consumers become more proficient in Internet usage. The results indicate that the degree of price discrimination also varies depending on the distribution of consumer disutility in a market. The manufacturer in a market in which the average travel cost is higher than the average disutility of using the Internet has a stronger incentive for price discrimination than the manufacturer in a market where the average travel cost is relatively lower. We also find that the manufacturer has a stronger incentive to maintain a high price level when the average travel cost in a market is relatively low. Additionally, the retail competition effect due to Internet channel introduction strengthens as average travel cost in a market decreases. This result indicates that a manufacturer's channel power relative to that of the independent physical retailer becomes stronger with a decreasing average travel cost. This implication is counter-intuitive, because it is widely believed that the negative impact of Internet channel introduction on a competing physical retailer is more significant in a market like Russia, where consumers are more geographically dispersed, than in a market like Hong Kong, that has a condensed geographic distribution of consumers.
