This research analyzed reality of multicultural education of Korea and suggested policy implication through a questionnaire survey of teachers, students, and parents in elementary schools, Daegu City. Multicultural policies in Korea mainly helped a member of multicultural family who immigrated into Korea to learn Korean language and culture. Thus, the common people have a few chances to have multicultural education; however they mainly experienced multiculture indirectly through mass media. Therefore they had low level of understanding and satisfaction and their consciousness was narrow. Most of people completely come out in sympathy with that multicultural education should be taught at school. To overcome the current issues of multicultural education, its goals, contents and tasks should be clearly established. Multicultural education is taught from elementary school in holistic approach; however, methods of learning and teaching are different according to a curriculum.

The purpose of this study is to understand school dropout experiences of multiculrual adolescents and to suggest policy of promoting their school adjustment. In-depth interviews are conducted with four multicultural adolescents who have dropped out from school and the interviews were analyzed using the phenomenological analysis method. The current study finds that school dropout experiences of multicultual adolescents could be classified in seven themes and those themes are divided again into 19 sub-themes. The seven main themes are as follows: 'the family in crisis', 'maladjustment in school life', 'discrimination and conflict', 'school-violence victimization', 'school dropout crisis', 'nonoperating the mandatory delay before school dropout program', and 'school dropout'. Based on these results, we would like to provide basic information to prevent multicultural youth's academic suspension.

This study suggests that multicultural education should not be limited to educational sites such as kindergartens. Since the multicultural attitudes and consciousness of young children are unconsciously acquired through parents' words and school education, they emphasized the implementation of multicultural education at home and kindergarten. In other words, multicultural education should not only be carried out in the field of education, but also in the homes of children. However, there are still few studies on multicultural education for parents. In this regard, this study highlights the importance of parents on multicultural education by examining the socio-economic status of parents with early childhood children and their actual experiences in multicultural education. The purpose of this study is to investigate the nature of the experience of Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching, and what kind of changes happened for the participants through the experience. For this, in-depth interviews were conducted with four participants who had experienced five sessions of Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching. The interviews were analyzed using the phenomenological analysis method of Colaizzi. Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching is a new coaching psychology model that combines Greenberg's Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and the ICF Core Competencies. The findings show that prior to the experience of Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching, the participants had avoided or suppressed their emotions, which in turn prevented them from exploring effective interpersonal relationships or alternatives in their actions. On the other hand, after they experienced Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching, their perception of emotions, emotion regulation, emotional expression, empathy for the other, etc. were developed in adaptive ways and the participants could present effective alternatives.

The purpose of current study was to examine how the attitudes toward culture and the experiences of cultural exchanges could influence on the multi-cultural awareness in health science college students in South Korea. Convenience sampling was conducted for data collection; thus, total 407 health science college students of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ University in K province were recruited and asked to complete the survey for this study. As a result, those who had the experiences of contacting immigrants, had the experiences of contacting immigrants via the school activities, and took the classes related with multi-culturalism showed high multi-cultural awareness. In addition, attitudes toward culture and experiences of cultural exchanges showed positive relationship with a multi-cultural awareness. At last, based on the regression analysis, attitudes toward culture and experiences of cultural exchanges showed significant influences on the multi-cultural awareness in health science college students in South Korea. Health science students could play important role in immigrants' physical and psychological health care in the future. Based on the findings of this study, we strongly suggest to provide proper education and various activities of multi-culturalism to those students. It would lead to a high quality of care and firm health care system for the immigrant population residing South Korea.

The purpose of this study was to explore sexual behaviors among adolescents in multicultural families in Korea. The data were obtained from the 15th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Survey 2019. Complex-sample descriptive statistics and the chi-square test were used for data analysis in SPSS 25. Among adolescents in multicultural families, 8.2% reported having sexual experience. Condoms were the most commonly used contraceptive method, and most adolescents received sex education at school. Their likelihood of sexual experience differed according to grade, academic achievement, economic status, residential area, perceived stress, and drinking and smoking experience (p<.001). The results of this study suggest that sex education should be conducted with appropriate consideration of the important factors associated with adolescents in multicultural families.

최근 다문화 학생에 대한 문화교육이 절실하게 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 로블록스를 이용하여 다문화 교육을 요리를 통해서 할 수 있게 설계하였다. 다양한 멀티미디어 도구의 이용을 통해서 비대면 교육으로 대면 교육 이상의 성과를 낼 수 있도록 설계하였다. 이를 토대로 다양한 문화 체험을 할 수 있는 시스템으로 확장하도록 시스템을 설계하였다.

This study analyzed the story of 'Good Morning, Ladies of the World', a multicultural program of a community radio Gwanak FM. Furthermore, the study performed an in-depth interview on Korean producing staffs and migrant casts in order to figure out the contents for the improvement of awareness and for the design of multicultural media story telling. As a result, the migrant women presented overall public discourses on their own culture, climate and customs as a sense of representative. While Korean staffs wanted to understand and communicate with their culture and to share private experiences, migrant women wished understanding and respect to their culture and removal of discrimination or prejudice. Accordingly, the storytelling design for the improvement of multicultural awareness must be a private discourse on the basis of a public discourse, and it turned out that the user of a mediator who experienced and knew culture of Korea and the migrant is necessary. And, this study recommended the need of education of migrant women and media support for a proper story planning, structuring and delivery.

This study was conducted to investigate the cultural sensitivity and stereotype about immigrant women among nursing students. The participants in this study were 144 nursing students Data were collected from May to June 2013. The mean age of subjects was 21.8 years old. 68.1% of subjects had have experiences to travel abroad. Many subjects(90.3%) reported that multi-cultural education was needed. 66.0% of subjects met foreigners at clinical place among practice period. The cultural sensitivity and stereotype were middle range. It suggested that to prepare for the coming era of globalization, and to increase the nursing students' cultural sensitivity, a transcultural nursing curriculum needs to develop for appropriate and effective services in cross-cultural situations of the multicultural families in Korea.
