This paper presents active vibration control performance of a hybrid mount. The proposed hybrid mount is devised by adopting both piezostack as an active actuator and rubber as a passive element. After experimentally identifying actuating force characteristics of the piezostack and dynamic characteristics of the rubber, the hybrid mount was designed and manufactured. Subsequently, a vibration control system with a specific mass loading is constructed, and its governing equations of motion are derived. In order to actively attenuate vibration transmitted from the base, a feedforward controller is formulated and experimentally realized. Vibration control responses are then evaluated in time and frequency domains.

Coastal safety accidents are characterized by a high proportion of human negligence and repeated occurrences of accidents caused by the same factors. The Korea Coast Guard prepares and implements various countermeasures to prevent accidents at coastal safety accident sites. However, there is a shortage of safety facilities and safety management personnel according to the limited budget. In addition, the ability to be proactively and proactively respond is low due to the limitations of the coastal safety accident risk forecasting system, which relies on the meteorological warning of the Korea Meteorological Administration. In this study, as part of preparing the foundation for establishing a preemptive and active coastal safety management system that can manage accident-causing factors, predict and evaluate risk, and implement response and mitigation measures after an accident occurs before coastal safety accidents occur. The establishment of a risk assessment system was proposed. The main evaluation factors and indicators for risk assessment were established through the analysis of the status of coastal safety accidents. The risk assessment methodology was applied to 40 major hazardous areas designated and managed by the Korea Coast Guard.

컴퓨터를 이용한 교육 시스템은 1950년대말 일리노리 대학의 Donald Bitzer 박사에 의해 구상되어 왔고 1961년 PLATO 시스템이 개발된 이래 지난 30여년 동안 다각적인 연구가 이루어져왔고, 특히, 인터넷과 정보통신기술의 발달은 WWW 기반의 원격교육시스템의 개발과 발전을 진일보 시켰으며, 이들 시스템들은 기존의 교육 패러다임을 변모시키는 새로운 형태의 교육체계 구현을 통해 교육현장에 커다란 기여를 하고 있다. 본 논문은 WW W기반 기술 중 능동적 정보전달방식인 Push 기술을 기존 원격교육 시스템에 접목하여 학습자가 인터넷의 학습 DB에 접속하지 않고도 학습 내용을 제공받을수 있고, 새로운 학습정보를 실시간적으로 파악할 수 있는 Push 기반 원격교육시스템을 제안한다. 또한 , 학습지의 다양한 수준에 맞는 문제의 처리와 문항 분석이 가능한 수준별 문항평가 알고리즘을 통해 학습자의 학습수준에 적합한 문항 평가 이루어지도록 설계하였다.

In this paper we propose an active learning method that makes a database for the information about certificates and practical examinations and accesses it easily. First of all, this method makes it possible to evaluate students individually, improves the motive of learning and gives students a sense of achievement by providing a user-specific question filtering technique using user pronto information by weight. And, it elevates the acquisition rate of certificates by advising and managing for certificate-acquisition and it also draw more interest and understanding for future directions.

2000년부터 적용되고 있는 7차 교육과정은 학습자 중심의 교육과정이다. 이를 실행하기 위해 수준별 교육과정과 과정을 중시하는 수행평가가 도입되었다. 본 논문은 컴퓨터 교과의 수행평가와 수준별 학습의 문제점을 분석하고 이를 해결하기 위하여 수행평가와 수준별 학습이 결합된 학습모형을 제안하다. 이 학습모형을 따르면 수준에 맞는 개별화 학습이 이루어져 능동적인 완전학습이 이루어지고 교사는 수행되는 과정을 관찰하여 학생의 수준을 잘 파악할 수 있어 보다 객관적이고 정확한 평가를 할 수 있다.

최근 제조업체들은 고객의 다양한 요구와 제품의 Life Cycle 단축에 따른 제조환경의 변화 에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 변화에 능동적으로 대처하기 위한 수단으로 효율성과 유연성이 크게 부각된 유연생산시스템(FMS)의 역할은 대단히 크다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 유연생산시스템을 평가하고 모델링하는 도구인 Petri net 모델링 기법을 이용하여 효율성이 뛰어난 흐름생산방식을 적용한 복잡한 유연생산 시스템의 통제시스템 모델 설정과 시스템정지(deadlock) 예방에 대한 분석을 하였으며, AGVs의 셀이동 생산시스템을 제어할수 있는 FMS의 계층적 TPN 모델링을 구축하였다.

현재 점점 더 경쟁이 치열해 지고 있는 국내 통신시장에서 경쟁우위를 차지하고 보다 나은 서비스를 통신고객들에게 제시하기 위해서는 고객의 요구를 파악하는 것이 필수적이다. 이를 위해여 본 연구에서는 통신사업에 있어서 설문조사방법과 설문결과를 관리하기 위한 데이타베이스의 프로타입을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 고객의 요구를 파악하고 분석하여 통신회사의 능동적인 대처가 가능하도록 하여 경영전략수립과 고객만족 달성에 효율화를 도모하고자 한다.

본 연구는 그림 1의 진해만 관측자료를 수집ㆍ분석하여 1989년부터 1994년까지의 5년간의 마산, 진해만의 수질변동 특성 분석 및 Cluster analysis를 통해 및 개의 유사영역으로 구분하여 소해역별 수질환경 공간특성을 파악해 보고, 마산만 준설 및 마산시 하수처리장이 가동된 시기를 전ㆍ후로 수질의 변화 양상을 검증하여 그 실효성을 평가해 봄으로써 오염물질 유입에 대해 능동적 대처방안을 마련하고 체계적인 해역관리를 할 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였다. (중략)

본 논문에서는 on-line을 통한 교육방법의 하나인 e-learning(Web Based Instruction)을 활용한 음악과 수업모형을 개발하여 교육적 활용 효과를 검증하였다. 웹 기반 교수학습 자료를 구축하고 각종 학습 자료를 탑재하여 수업에 활용하였으며, 교육 효과를 보다 정확히 알아보기 위해 수준별(상,중,하) 3개 그룹으로 나누어 e-learning 기법을 적용 사전평가 및 사후평가를 통하여 얻어진 결과를 통계 처리하여 검증하였다. 본 논문에서는 학습자의 능력과 필요에 따라 능동적인 학습이 이루어지도록 하였다. 개별학습, 반복학습 및 자기주도적 학습을 진행할 수 있도록 구성하였으며, 그 결과 구체적이고 실질적인 학습 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. e-learning 활용수업을 실시한 실험 집단 전체에서 off-line 수업을 실시한 통제집단보다 학습 성취도에 있어서 효과적인 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 상위, 중위 그룹의 학생들에게는 웹 기반 교수학습 활용수업이 학습효과에 있어서 큰 차이가 없었지만 하위 그룹의 학생들에게는 크게 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.
