This article examines the Practical Suggestions for Promoting of Virtual Hearings in International Arbitration. COVID-19 had an prompt and meaningful impact on the practice of international arbitration. Nevertheless arbitral institutions, arbitral tribunals, and other participants learned quickly how to deal with this new challenge. The use of virtual or online hearings has been gaining popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Either with the help of arbitral institutions or by themselves, the parties realized that the only way to safeguard a hearing at all was to run it virtually. In fact, hearings by video conference or other technical means seemed to be the magic solution. One of the leading arbitration institutions, i.e. the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris has amended its Arbitration Rules to accept the subjects of recent international arbitration practice. Other arbitral institutions have similarly amended their respective rules. Many recent and adaptable institutional arbitration rules, either expressly or implicitly, allow for hearings to be conducted remotely. The trend has already been set by the leading institutions as ICC, LCIA, ICSID, SCC SIAC, and many more will follow. In short, enthusiasts of virtual hearings even believe that virtual hearings are "the new normal".

Mobile shopping has been settled down as one of the general shopping methods, good enough to be called new normal today. Contrary to the initial stage for researching the shopping in online environment, the factors more important today must be changed quite a lot. Thus, this study aimed to select the service quality factors regarded as important in mobile shopping, to examine their effects on consumers' rational-emotional evaluation, and also to understand a series of influence relations led to the purchase intention and word of mouth effect in the future, and then obtained the significant results. In the results of this study, only the Personalization and responsiveness of service quality had positive(+) effects on the consumer sentiment, and the consumer sentiment had positive(+) effects on the consumer behavior. Such results verified that the Personalization and responsiveness would be important factors to consumers. Also, when the consumer satisfaction is high, the consumer behavior would be positive too.

The purpose of this study is to identify the chaotic state of school education caused by COVID-19 and to seek the role of the principal in responding quickly to the national crisis. To solve this problem, 34 elementary school principals in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, and Jeju were surveyed with open questions through the first SNS on what leadership is needed to cope with COVID-19, and the second in-depth interview was conducted through phone calls. In the New Normal era, principal's leadership requires insightful and responsible leadership in supporting educational activities, class support, and problem prevention that can occur due to rapid response to crisis situations, rapid budgeting and input, and promotion of teacher-to-teacher communication, according to a survey. In crisis situations such as COVID-19, it is necessary to establish a role of principal for schools to cope stably and to establish an educational environment in which students learn in a safe environment. For this, national and educational policy support is needed.

There has been a major change in the way of life and thinking of all mankind due to covid19. In particular, managerial issues related to supply chain such as global supply chain disruption, and trade friction among countries are drawing the attention. Accordingly, a number of studies are being conducted on the supply chain challenges and solutions to overcome the covid19 crisis, but published research on the impact of covid19 on supply chain management is lacking. In this study, network text analysis is conducted mainly on news articles and this study summarizes the issues related to supply chain management in the era of covid19. The trend analysis results indicated that actively discussed area was global supply chain restructuring and confirmed that main topics are re-shoring, applications of new technology, and the new normal in supply chains. The findings are expected to help expand the scope of research in supply chain management research in the covid19 era.

The pandemic of COVID-19 is driving the demand for non-face-to-face diagnosis, observation, and treatment in the healthcare environment, which has led to increased interest in helathcare robots. The authors intend to predict the direction in which the quarantine healthcare robots should be utilized in the post-corona era through analysis of national agency reports, on-offline press reports, and domestic and foreign robot company press releases. The COVID-19 pandemic has raised interest in medical robots. And there is a need to apply healthcare robots that can perform tasks such as disinfection, logistics transfer, screening tests, monitoring of patients, remote medical treatment support for isolated patients, and video calls with family members. Therefore, it is considered that future correct development and application of healthcare robots and empirical research to verify them should be continued based on sufficient consideration for various problems associated with the practical application of robots.

Problem/Project based learning(PBL) is a student-centered teaching method in which students collaboratively solve problems and reflect their experiences. According to the results of PBL study and the experiences of the authors in PBL instruction, this paper introduced the necessities, output and significance of learning process PBL evaluation method and sums up our PBL evaluation process. The issue of appropriate and fair evaluation has been raised in untact (non-contact) university mathematics education due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) of the year 2020. To this end, when we had the course on for the summer semester held at S University in the summer of 2020. To ensure the fairness in evaluation and to improve the quality of our college math education, the PBL evaluation method was fully adapted. As a result, most of the students who took the lecture have learned a wide range of related knowledge without a single exception, and students agreed it is an ideal, fair, rational, and effective evaluation method applicable to other online courses in the era of untact education. This case was summarized in detail and introduced in this paper.

The spread of Over-The-Top (OTT) service, which represents Netflix, and the social distancing caused by COVID-19, acted as an overall bad news for domestic multiplex movie theaters. In addition to this, the phenomenon of digital shifting was added, and the need for domestic offline movie theaters to seek a new market for growth emerged. This study focused on the concept of consumer value perception amid this problem consciousness, and attempted to investigate the relationship between the brand image of multiplex movie theaters and purchase satisfaction according to the type of consumer value perception. After data was sampled through a questionnaire survey to a total of 350 subjects, the results of empirical analysis according to the study model are as follows. Among the types of value perception of offline movie viewers, practicality had the strongest influence on brand image construction, and self-faithfulness had the strongest influence on purchase satisfaction of offline movie watching. In addition, the brand image of offline movie theaters had a positive(+) effect on the purchase satisfaction of moviegoers. Based on this, this study suggested a new survival strategy in the new normal era of offline Multiplex Cinemas.

In the era of COVID-19 global pandemic, e-learning has become new standards and daily life in the name of 'new normal'. This study developed dialogue e-learning contents as opposed to monologue e-learning which is unidirectional and instructor centered and conducted qualitative user experience evaluation of dialogue e-learning contents. A total number of 20 adult students participated and were individually interviewed. Qualitative data analysis was performed. The findings include students' positive perceptions of dialogue e-learning contents such as empathy for various ideas and new format. With regard to personal preference, 55% of participants preferred dialogue e-learning contents because it enables them to focus and share real experiences. Meanwhile, in terms of learning effects, 60% participants selected monologue e-learning contents and mentioned adequate explanations of concepts and explicit information delivery. Based on the results, suggestions on the design and development of dialogue e-learning contents were presented.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many people started working from home while avoiding unnecessary going-outs. As the 'stay-at-home life' becomes standard daily life, the pajamas market is absorbing young consumers, especially targeting Generation MZ, by using one-mile fashion that breaks down the boundary with everyday clothes. Also, owing to the demand for environmentally-friendly textiles, based on the strengthened environmental regulations, the development of textiles considering the environment is expanding. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop fashion pajamas using environmentally-friendly textiles targeting Generation MZ. After theoretically considering the current status of recycled PETs and the pajama market by referring to preceding research, relevant books, and Internet data, this study performed the process setting up the design concepts, developing textiles, developing textile designs, and developing pajamas designs. As a result, this study wove two kinds of mixed textiles using recycled PETs and silk with the concept of 'Going out pajamas', and designed a total four patterns to be applied to those textiles, then digitally printed them. Using the developed textiles, this study produced a total four kinds of pajamas that were practical, trendy, and also good to be used as clothes for going-out. The consumers who are exhausted from the limited environment of the COVID-19 pandemic, are requesting comfortable and trendy in & out door fashion. For this reason, the results of this study are significant in the aspect of suggesting the new-normal fashion trend for pajamas designs.

This study aimed to examine how COVID-19 affected life and health of welfare recipients by comparing groups associated with sex, living with children, and household type and suggest directions for welfare policy and services. Researchers collected a random sample of 500 recipients from 𐩒𐩒gu, Seoul who are registered in Haengbok E-eum, the social security information system and conducted a survey on overall life domains and physical and mental health. For data analysis, t-test, Anova and chi-square test were used. The results showed that factors of sex, living with children, and household type made significant differences in difficulties of employment status, child care, leisure and cultural activities and overall social activities. In terms of health status, mental health status and life satisfaction have been decreased after COVID-19. There were statistical differences in COVID blue and thinking about death among different groups. Based on these findings, this study suggested directions for welfare services for the future New Normal society.
