본 연구는 농축산물의 생산에 필요한 생장환경을 모니터링 하여 농축산물의 생산을 증대시킬 수 있도록 생장환경관리 모니터링 시스템을 설계하는 것이다. 생장환경 모니터링 시스템은 크게 5가지로 분류할 수 있다. 센서, 센서노드, 센서와 통신을 하는 싱크노드 및 관제 시스템과 연결하여 주는 게이트웨이 및 관제 소프트웨어이다.

우리가 공산품을 수출해서 번돈으로 쇠고기와 바나나를 , 삼겹살과 각종 육가공 제품을 분유와 양념류를 수입하고 양주,포도주,맥주,마오타이,보드카를 수입해도 태평성대가 되기보다는 사회불안만 가중될 뿐이다.즉, 물가안정을 이유로 농축산물의 수입정책을 쓰는 것은 손끝의 아픔만 생각하고 심장이 상하는 것은 느끼지 못하는 것과 같다

This research suggests the method of how to build agricultural and stockbreeding products recommender systems based on RFID technology for monitoring crop and livestock production, tracing production history as an application strategy. In the past the studies on enterprise applications have been barely implemented owing to the rack of business model and limitation of technical development. Currently however there have been enormous technological progress of RFID and agricultural and stockbreeding products retailing sites are increased. Therefore this paper suggests PDCF-ASP(Profile Decay based Collaborative Fltering for Agricultural and Stockbreeding Products) which is designed to reduce customers… search efforts in finding safety and fresh products on the internet shopping mall. For this, product decay function is defined to make sure whether the products are safety or not and to adopt a change in customer preferences. And for the implementation of PDCF-ASP, the system structure including functional agents is schematized.

The agro-livestock industry is composed of a complicated supply chain and the customer‘s interest in safety of agro-livestock products is increasing. In order to provide customer with the accurate information about the history of product, and make good use of these information, traceability systems based on RFID technology were implemented and are planned. It is, however, difficult to make the efficient flow of information and to enhance or expand the traceability system because of the lack of the standard of RFID code system. To overcome this problem, we propose a RFID code system for the traceability of argo-livestock products on the basis of ISO/IEC 15459 KKR code system.

최근 웰빙(well-being) 바람과 함께 유기농축산물에 대한 소비자의 관심이 고조되고 있다. 그러나 국내에서 유기농축산물에 대한 인증기준은 아직 미비한 실정이어서 특히 국내산 유기축산물은 찾아볼 수 없다. 농산물의 경우, 유기농산물, 전환기유기농산물, 무농약농산물, 저농약농산물로 인증 표시가 되어 있으며, 축산물은 유기축산물, 전환기유기축산물로 표시기준은 있으나 구체적인 인증기준이 마련되어 있지 않은 실정이다.(중략)

먹거리 안전에 대한 우려가 커져가면서, 무엇을 먹을 것인지 식료품을 어떻게 구매할 것인지에 대한 소비자들의 관심이 증가하고 있다. 미국에서 2000년 중반부터 생겨난 신조어인 '로카보어 (locavore)'는 이와 같은 현상을 반영한 것이다. 이 용어는 지역이라는 의미의 '로컬(local)'과 먹는다는 뜻의 'vore'에서 파생된 것으로서 '지역에서 생산된 음식을 먹는 사람'이라는 의미를 가지고 있다. 건강에 좋은 음식을 소비하기 위한 적절한 장치로 로카보어 운동은 여러 가지 방식으로 음식 공급 체계를 유지할 수 있다. 농촌경제는 이어지는 FTA체결 등 시장 개방의 압력으로 인해 쇠퇴 일로에 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서 보면 지금은 지역농업을 살리기 위한 보다 효과적이고 실질적인 대응책을 개발할 시점이다. 따라서 로카보어 운동을 활성화함으로써 농촌 공동체는 사회적 결속을 강화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지역경제 활성화를 꾀할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 경기도 포천을 로카보어 운동의 한국형 모델로 선정하였다. 이는 포천이 서울과 근접해 있으며 관광객들이 자주 찾는 관광콘텐츠가 지역에 산재해 있을 뿐만 아니라 도 농복합도시로서 다수의 농장과 경작지로 구성되어있기 때문에 인근 대도시의 농축산물 수요를 충족할 수 있는 충분한 농축산물 산지라는 것이 장점이다. 이러한 측면에서 포천은 품질 좋은 지역의 농축산물의 공급처로서 '농축산 플랫폼(agro-platform)'의 구축을 체계화함으로써, 한국형 로카보어 운동의 중추적인 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.
