Regional closed schools of about more 3,348(2010 year) have occurred all over the country according to governmental policy of 1982. Moreover, The applications of be closed school are not efficient and few studies about using community center. Also, Farmer which is the leader of revitalization of rural village could not have advantages about community center in rural area than in urban area. Therefore, The propose of study is increasing values of culture and local by using community center with closed schools. For moving ahead with study, I analysis about causes of origination of closed schools with literature and refer to the reference of the current of situation in Gyeongbuk Local Education Authority and National Statistical Office and Comprehensive Rural Community Development Program of Minister for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Korea for examination of conjugating closed school through community center. According to the research, community center was to be included hall, visiting center, exhibiting space, conference room, experience room, multipurpose room, dining room, welfare space and specialized room with revitalization of rural village. I proposed improvement of law and administration and suggest several cases which already in utilization.

Many administrative policies for regional activation have progressed the expansion and improvement of convenience institutions. Most appraisals about rural community influenced by urban life convenience are affirmative, but chasing urban life convenience is a cause of breaking out regional identity. Recently, new rising methods of theme and characteristic to imply regional identity, are ways of regional activation through neighboring network around satellite of rural community. In this study, I research and suggest applicable possible proposal of rural communities in Korea. by survey of neighboring network methods of Asan Live Museum in Japan applied ecomuseum concept for regional activation.

The aim of this study is to make abolished school utilized to be served for promotion of off-farm incomes, vitality of agriculture and rural communities' economic, i.e. directly related in inhabitants' income. The methods of this study was to classify the types of utilization via analysis of abolished school data base which served by Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development. Moreover, we tried to derive problems of management and the existing system via interview survey of the nation's best 100 executives who utilize abolished school and present active factors of abolished school utilization and improvement directions. Then, we classified types of the idle agricultural land utilization into categories and selected the survey site which were the best on the idle agricultural land. Then, we suggests utilization and improvement directions to the use and management of idle agricultural land for increasing inhabitants' income, vitality of agriculture and rural communities' economic.

먹거리 안전에 대한 우려가 커져가면서, 무엇을 먹을 것인지 식료품을 어떻게 구매할 것인지에 대한 소비자들의 관심이 증가하고 있다. 미국에서 2000년 중반부터 생겨난 신조어인 '로카보어 (locavore)'는 이와 같은 현상을 반영한 것이다. 이 용어는 지역이라는 의미의 '로컬(local)'과 먹는다는 뜻의 'vore'에서 파생된 것으로서 '지역에서 생산된 음식을 먹는 사람'이라는 의미를 가지고 있다. 건강에 좋은 음식을 소비하기 위한 적절한 장치로 로카보어 운동은 여러 가지 방식으로 음식 공급 체계를 유지할 수 있다. 농촌경제는 이어지는 FTA체결 등 시장 개방의 압력으로 인해 쇠퇴 일로에 있다. 이와 같은 관점에서 보면 지금은 지역농업을 살리기 위한 보다 효과적이고 실질적인 대응책을 개발할 시점이다. 따라서 로카보어 운동을 활성화함으로써 농촌 공동체는 사회적 결속을 강화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지역경제 활성화를 꾀할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 경기도 포천을 로카보어 운동의 한국형 모델로 선정하였다. 이는 포천이 서울과 근접해 있으며 관광객들이 자주 찾는 관광콘텐츠가 지역에 산재해 있을 뿐만 아니라 도 농복합도시로서 다수의 농장과 경작지로 구성되어있기 때문에 인근 대도시의 농축산물 수요를 충족할 수 있는 충분한 농축산물 산지라는 것이 장점이다. 이러한 측면에서 포천은 품질 좋은 지역의 농축산물의 공급처로서 '농축산 플랫폼(agro-platform)'의 구축을 체계화함으로써, 한국형 로카보어 운동의 중추적인 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.

Around the rural village area the traditional markets which are center the small capital it was active at the strong-point and the possibility the fact that it is developed. With this the same small capital currently as the city and the area where the quality of the rural village coexists, has the regional quality which belongs in guard of the capital region or strong-point city. With relative estrangement from the support process against this result past falling behind farming village it does not illustrate the possibility of knowing the fact that the duplex point who is falling behind as guard territory of reverse appears. Selects the small capital of the each area from like this point of view and the possibility of knowing center role of traditional market the possibility which is various is the possibility of doing in the process which propels an activation. Currently it is planned from the multi local self-governing group and the result which investigates the traditional market activation contents which are in the process of propelling, it will be able to discover the multi branch problem points against a traditional market activation.
