  • According to consumer's needs of agriculture like vegetables and paprika, etc. are being various, the agricultural facilities are diversifying. In current trends of agricultural facilities, area and heigh of those is becoming bigger and higher to plant various agriculture. But the software and support for constructing the various agricultural facilities is insufficient. And understanding the current status of agricultural facilities to help farmer and users of agricultural facilities is needed. Therefore, in this study, the status of the agricultural facilities are examined by interviewing farmer and users of facilities. The results of this survey on the status of agricultural facilities are presented. Firstly, the construction cost of facilities is most important. Secondly, the materials and technology for constructing facilities is also important.

  • In today, there has been an increase in the construction of agricultural facilities due to the development in agricultural technology. Agricultural facilities are becoming bigger and higher to plant various agriculture. This study analyzes the construction and maintenance problems in agricultural facilities. The results of this survey on the status of agricultural facilities are presented. Firstly, the construction cost is most important factor in agricultural facilities. Secondly, Materials durability is important factor in selecting the facilities. Third, safety in facilities is also important factor. The results of this research are greenhouse is lack of the law of contract and the performance and need for the construction process supervision.

  • The purpose of paper is to examine about Street Furniture in swimming beach. The beach space is the very important place not only to spend in season but also to use 4-seasons in leisure culture. To offer better landscape in spacial beach; Gyeongpo, Naksan, Mangsang, Samcheok and Sokcho, such as regional atmosphere and identification are to analyze with design criteria. For the amenity of users through the improvement of landscape may be possible to work out future of beach surroundings. Accordingly material, form and color can be estimated systematically. This research suggests that design of street furniture is to be environmental and regional control. As a result, some proposal of Street Furniture by analysis, designer and officer have to focus on establishing a comprehensive plan for the attractive beach space.

  • 현재 농업용저수지 둑 높이기 사업이 전국 110개 저수지를 대상으로 추진되고 있다. 다양한 효과가 기대되고 있는 둑 높이기 사업과 더불어 농업생산기반시설 및 주변지역 활용에 관한 특별법의 시행으로 저수지 등 농업기반시설 및 그 주변지역을 본래의 기능을 유지하는 범위에서 개발할 수 있게 됨에 따라 다양한 시설물의 설치와 운영을 통해 지역의 수익창출이 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 저수지 수변지역으로 개발계획이 집중되어 있고 추가확보 되는 용수는 하천유지와 농업용수 공급에 주로 활용될 계획이므로 추가확보 용수의 보다 다양한 활용방안을 제고하여 더 많은 이익을 창출할 수 있는 방안이 요구되고 있다. 그 중 하나로 둑 하류지역 농경지의 관개배수체계를 정비하여 추가용수 이용의 효율을 향상시키고 농촌마을과 연계하여 친수공간을 조성함으로서 둑하류 농촌마을 주민의 삶의 질 향상과 경제적 이득을 창출할 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 이와 같은 친수공간 개발은 둑높이기 저수지의 추가용수 확보규모 및 지역의 지형, 토지이용, 사회경제적 특성에 따라 달라질 수 있으나 유형화를 통해 대표적 특성에 대한 표준안을 개발 할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기초연구로서 둑 높이기 저수지의 특성 및 주변 현황자료를 수집하고 통계적인 기법을 이용하여 5개의 둑하류 농촌지역 친수공간 개발유형을 분류하였으며 지역 및 공간적 분포를 제시하였다.

A Study of the Application of Amenity Resources for a Rural Community Development Project (농촌마을 종합개발 사업의 어메니티 자원 활용에 관한 연구)

  • This research is based on a rural village reconstruction business that is a priority under the national support act for rural village vitalization. Allowing for an analysis of the regional and annual classification of business contents as part of the master district implementation plan, this research presents amenity resource applications for the purpose of understanding the business contents and resource status reports. To analyze the utilization of amenity resources in the rural villages' overall development business, a content analysis of the business characteristics and resources of 299 districts was conducted for a seven-year period (2005-2011). Information that included district names, enterprise types, and specifications of a particular business, were coded in Excel, through exhaustive research of the 299 districts. Using this process, a more detailed categorization of seven years of business data, periodic, and regional business contents were defined. As a result of this research, it is apparent that the overall district's facility resources are optimized for the most, and that the environmental management of resources, including animal and plant resources, as well as water resources, is continuously decreasing, as was shown in the annual amenity resource usage transition. The annual amenity resource usage transition data denotes the highest rates in Jun-Ra-Buk-Do and Kyung-Sang-Buk-Do. In summary, this analysis verified the urgent need for diverse amenity resource utilization, research on practical alternatives, and the resource optimization of environmental controls for sustainable development in rural areas.

A Research on Management and Layout of Gimnyeong Beach, Jejudo (김녕해수욕장의 공간배치 및 관리현황 조사 연구)

  • This study aims to propose the future plan and research management of a beach and the relation between spatial structure of a village and layout of the beach focusing on Gimnyeong beach among the 12 general beaches in Jejudo. The results are as followings: First, Gimnyeong beach had the relation to primary industries of residents in the village in times past and was the space for everyday lives of residents. However, at present it has the relation to tertiary industries and is more important in community activities. Second, the entry part and the sandy beach of Gimnyeong beach were crucial in location and function in times past but total size of the beach has expanded for campground nowadays. Therefore, it is necessary to change the location of entry part to center part of the beach. In addition, convenient and safe facilities are need to be built more to corresponding to expanding area of the beach. Finally, in order to maintain clean sea, residents in the Gimnyeong have agreed to not make sea farms in the vicinity of Gimnyeong Beach which pollute the sea. Their roles have influenced on positive effect to community of the village, management of the beach, and maintenance of clean sea.

Development of Database Management System for Agriculture Facilities Using Geographic Information System (GIS를 이용한 농업시설물 데이터베이스관리시스템 개발)

  • The environments in current farming and fishing communities have been exacerbated by the shortage of personnel caused by aging, the deficiency of equipment, and the decrease in produce prices. To help solve these issues, this study examined the history, such as inspections, failures, and repairs, by constructing a database for underground water wells, pumping stations, and irrigation, which are critical for management among agriculture production infrastructures. In particular, in the case of underground water wells, their optimal locations were determined using spatial information, such as a geological map of water resources, a water vein map, and underwater depth, because indiscreet installations and an absence of spatial information resulted in economic losses and environmental pollution. Therefore, this study could efficiently manage many facilities scattered in rural areas by developing a system. An analysis of the status of 14 underground water wells using spatial information showed that the location information at six points was specified incorrectly. On the other hand, a site investigation showed that the water vein map analysis at one point was inaccurate.

Analysis of Farmland Drought for Permanent Drought Measures in Yongin City (용인시 항구적 가뭄대책을 위한 농경지 가뭄 분석)

  • 최근(2014~2017년) 강수량은 평년대비 71% 수준으로 2017년에는 누적된 강우부족으로 극심한 가뭄피해가 발생하였다. 용인시 또한 최근의 3년(2014~2017년)의 경우 연속으로 100년 빈도에 해당하는 가뭄이 발생하는 등 심각한 가뭄이 발생 되었으며, 하절기를 제외한 기간의 경우 평년에 가까운 강수가 발생하나, 하절기에는 강수가 매우 작아 심각한 가뭄이 발생하는 경향으로 조사되었다. 용인시가 관리하는 소규모 농경지는 대형농업용 수원공이 없어 작은 가뭄에도 쉽게 피해가 발생되고, 저수지, 취입보, 양수장 등 수원공이 설치되어 있으나 내한능력 부족 및 영농방식 변화 등으로 상습적으로 가뭄 피해를 입고 있다. 또한, 관리 농경지 및 농업 수리시설물에 대한 현황조사 미비로 상세한 이력 관리가 되어 있지 않아 시설물의 유지관리 및 중장기 계획 수립이 어려운 실정으로 수리시설물에 대한 이력조사가 요구되며, 전체 용수 수요량의 60% 이상에 해당하는 농업용수의 체계적인 조사를 실시하여 항구적 가뭄극복을 하기 위한 가뭄분석을 하였다. 본 연구에서는 농경지에 대하여 관개계획 기준치를 보통 10년 빈도의 가뭄에 극복이 가능하도록 설정하므로, 계획빈도의 가뭄에 안정적으로 농경지에 농업용수가 공급될 수 있도록 기설 수리시설물의 공급능력을 검토하여 확인하였다. 용인시 전역에 대하여 우선 기초자료로 기상 및 수문조사와 농촌용수관련인자를 조사하였으며, 상위 관련계획 조사로 농업·가뭄·수자원 관련계획을 조사하였다. 기존 저수지 농업용수 공급능력은 유역의 유입량은 DIROM모형을 사용하여 산정하고 관개구역의 필요수량은 Penman방법으로 증발산량을 산정하였다. DIROM 모형과 Penman방법으로 산정된 자료를 참고하여 기존 수원공 시설의 물수지 분석을하여 과정에 HOMWRS(수리시설모의조작시스템) 모형을 적용하여 농경지 필요용수량과 공급 가능량, 지하수 취수량의 능력검토를 하였으며, 가뭄 계획빈도 10년 조건에서 농업용수 공급능력을 검토한 결과 수리적으로 안전한 농경지는 전체 농경지 대비 64.18%로 확인되며, 향후 강우 전망 RCP6.0 시나리오에서 2021년~2040년에 5.1%정도 감소하는 것으로 전망된 것을 감안하면 향후 용인시 지역은 가뭄이 보다 심화될 것으로 판단되므로 시급히 구조적 대책이 가능한 여건의 지역에 한하여 수원공 시설을 확보하여 가뭄에 반드시 대비하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

Installation Status of Information Facilities and Condition of Walking Road Influencing to Psychological Safety of Walking Tourists - Focusing on the Course No. 16 of Jeju Olle Trail, Sarabong·Byeoldobong Walkway in Jeju and the Course No. 8 of Bougil, Gyeongpo Lake Walkway in Gangneung - (도보여행자의 심리적 안전에 영향을 미치는 도보길 환경과 정보시설물의 설치 현황 - 제주올레 16코스와 사라봉·별도봉 산책로, 강릉바우길 8구간과 경포호 산책로를 대상으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate installation status of information facilities and condition of walking road influencing to psychological safety of walking tourists. For this purpose, four roads for walking tour are selected; the course no. 16 of Jeju Olle Trail, Sarabong Byeoldobong walkway in Jeju and the course no. 8 of Bougil, Gyeongpo Lake walkway in Gangneung. Facilities installed on roads for walking tour are classified into four facilities; safety facility, information facility, amenity facility, local cultural facility. In order to consider installation status of information facilities and condition of walking road influencing to psychological safety of walking tourist, a field experiment was conduced focusing on the course no. 16 of Jeju Olle Trail. Thirteen cases were happened as confusing situation while walking tour. Of the 13 cases, the situation of being lost and wandering on the trail accounted for six cases. In contrast to the expectation that the situation of being lost and wandering would occur only at a crossroads, it is not that such situation took place at specific places like a crossroads or where direction signs were inaccurate. Walking tourists of this field experiment also confronted situations of having lost confidence about continuing the ongoing direction, of having anxiety over walking a walking trail, of feeling discomfort caused by walking and of being offended by uncomfortable or messy areas of walking trial. These confusing situations are happened inappropriate installation of direction sign, so direction sign is needed to install more carefully and detailed.
