Utilization of Phellinus linteus Meal as a Feed (상황버섯박의 사료화에 관한 연구)

  • This experiment was conducted to investigate the feed value of Phellinus linteus meal. The chemical composition and particle size of Phellinus linteus meal was determined, and investigated the effect of partial substitution(0, 5, 10 and 20%) of dried Phellinus linteus meal on metabolizability and serum IgG concentration of layers. Crude fiber content of Phellinus linteus meal was higher, and crude protein and crude fat contents were similar level compare to corn, barley, and wheat. Dry matter metabolizability of Phellinus linteus meal was lower in 10 and 20% treatment than those of 0 and 5% treatment significantly(p<0.05). But, Phellinus linteus meal did not affect concentration of serum IgG.

  • 본 연구는 수도작에서 토양과 식물체의 분광반사특성과 영상처리를 이용한 기계시각 잡초검출 센서를 개발하기 위한 기초연구로서 분류하고자 하는 대상체들의 분광반사율을 조사하여 주요한 파장을 선정하고 선정된 파장을 이용한 판별분석을 통해 각 대상체에 대한 분류 정확도를 중심으로 잡초검출 가능성을 조사하기 위하여 수행하였으며, 실험으로부터 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 토양과 식물체를 구분하는데 효과적인 파장은 마른 토양의 경우 680 nm, 배수 토양에 있어서는 810 nm로 선정하였고, 토양을 배제한 후 벼와 잡초를 구분하기에 효과적인 파장은 580, 680 nm로 선정하였다. 2. 토양과 식물체를 구분하기 위한 판별분석 결과 2가지 토양상태 모두 식물체와 완전히 구분 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 벼와 잡초를 구분하기 위한 실험에서, 벼는 98%의 분류정확도로 구분이 가능하였고, 잡초는 83%의 분류정확도로 구분이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 차후 분광학적 원리를 이용한 센서를 제작할 때 본 연구에서 선택한 주요 파장과 판별함수를 이용하여 장치를 구성하고 알고리즘을 제작한다면 벼, 잡초, 토양을 효과적으로 구분이 가능할 것으로 판단되었다. 3. 컬러 CCD 카메라를 사용하는 경우에 있어 식물체와 토양을 구분하기 위해 3 종의 파장 중 630 nm 파장만의 이용을 고려하여 그 분류성능을 분석한 결과, 식물체와 토양은 소수의 관측치를 제외하고 완전히 구분이 가능했고, 벼와 잡초를 구분한 결과에서는 비교적 높은 분류능력을 가진 것으로 나타나 차후 컬러 CCD 카메라를 이용하여 장치를 구성하는데 좋은 기초가 될 것으로 판단된다. 배양체의 접종작업은 모든 배양실이 인력에 의존하였으며, 배양체를 배지와 분리하여 불필요한 부분을 제거하고 배양작물에 따라 생육정도를 2~3등급으로 구분하여 배양용기의 배지 위에 치상하는 과정으로 수행되었으며, 작업능률은 호접란의 경우 배양병에 25본을 접종하는데 시간당 6병, 심비디움은 원형 플라스크에 25본을 접종하는데 시간당 10병 정도였다. 바. 식물체의 대량증식에 사용되는 플라스크, 배양병, PE용기 등 배양용기의 세척작업은 농원의 1개배양실에서 간이식 세척기, 이 외의 9개배양실은 모두 물에 담겨 두었다가 세제와 브러쉬 등을 사용하여 인력으로 세척하고 있어 생력화 기술개발이 요구되었다.도가 빠를수록 건조속도가 빨라졌으며, 건조에너지도 1,334kcal/kg.water로 비슷하게 소요되었다. 마. 시험구와 대비구의 건감률은 시험구에서 1.08~1.36w.b./h로 나타나 대비구보다 약 9.9~18.3%가 높게 나타났고, 건조에너지는 10.2~14.6%가 절감되었다. 발아율은 열풍온도가 낮을수록 높게 나타났고 시험구가 대비구보다 발아율이 낮게 나타났으며, 동할률 증가량도 원적외선.열풍 복합건조방법이 높게 나타나 이것은 곡물 표면에 원적외선 방사에의한 복사열이 전달되어 열장해를 받았기 때문으로 판단되며, 금후 더 연구하여 적정 열풍온도 및 방사체 크기를 구명해야 할 것이다.으로 보여진다 따라서 옻나무 유래 F는 포유동물의 생식기능에 중요하게 작용하는 것으로 사료된다.된다.정량 분석한 결과이다. 시편의 조성은 33.6 at% U, 66.4 at% O의 결과를 얻었다. 산화물 핵연료의 표면 관찰 및 정량 분석 시험시 시편 표면을

Effect of Thickness of Polypropylene Spunbonded Fabrics on Growth Characteristics of Rice Seedlings (벼 상자육묘에서 부직포 두께가 묘소질에 미치는 영향)

  • Seedling characteristics of rice on nursery covered with different weight of polypropylene spunbonded fabric(PSF) were investigated to determine the optimum thickness of PSF for raising of healthy rice seedlings. Four different thickness of PSF 40, 60, 80 and $100g/m^2$ were used in the seedling nursery with a conventional polyethylene(PE) film. PSF and PE were taken off in 20 days after sowing(DAS) on April and in 10 DAS on June. Plant height of 20- and 30- day old seedlings in PSF covering nursery was slightly taller as the increase of PSF thickness from $40g/m^2$ to $100g/m^2$, but number of leaves and shoot dry-weight of the seedlings was reduced. Root solidity of seedlings grown in lighter PSF ($40{\sim}60g/m^2$) covering nursery was more favorable than that in relatively heavier PSF($80{\sim}100g/m^2$). The optimum thickness of PSF for the raising of healthy seedlings was $40{\sim}60g/m^2$ PSF at sowing on April 20 and April 30 for single cropping, and $40g/m^2$ PSF on June for double cropping based on the growth characteristics of seedlings investigated at seedling nursery covered with different thickness of PSF.

  • 곤달비(Ligularia stenocephala)는 쌍떡잎식물, 국화과의 다년생 초본식물로서 한국·일본·타이완·중국 등에 분포하고, 우리나라는 전남 홍도가 특산 자생지이며 주로 강원도, 경북 경주, 전북 남원 등지에서 재배되고 있다. 곤달비는 어린 부분을 생채, 데친 나물, 국거리, 튀김, 묵나물로 식용한다. 특수 성분으로는 Isopropenyl, dimethoxybenzofuran, Liguhodgsonal, Ligujapon, Ligularinone A, Ligularinone B 등이며 신경을 안정시키는 진정작용, 진통억제, 정기를 보익하고 허약함을 보하는 기능이 있고, 한방에서는 뿌리가 신경통, 유종(乳腫) 등에 쓰인다. 곤달비는 주로 시설하우스나 노동력이 많이 드는 임간에서 재배되어 생산 단가가 높아 소비활성화를 위한 가공제품을 생산하기가 힘들며, 육묘 또한 시설하우스에서 주로 이뤄지고 있다. 본 연구는 곤달비 노지육묘 파종시기별 생육특성을 구명하여 노지재배 생력화 재배기술을 확립하고자 2019년 4월부터 2020년 11월까지 전라북도농업기술원 허브산채시험장(해발 500m)에서 수행하였다. 춘파는 2019년 4월 상순, 5월 상순, 6월 상순에 각각 파종하였고 추파는 2019년 9월 상순, 중순, 하순에 파종하였다. 본포 정식은 춘파는 2019년 6월 말에, 추파는 2020년 4월 말에 식재하였으며, 파종시기별 발아율, 활착률, 생육특성, 수량성 등을 조사한 결과 파종시기별 발아율은 춘파가 35.0%로 추파 30.7%보다 높았으며, 발아 소요일수는 추파 육묘에서 8.3일로 춘파 육묘 9.3일보다 빨랐다. 파종시기별 정식시 묘소질은 춘파가 추파보다 좋은 생육상태를 보였고, 정식 후 육묘 활착률은 추파가 99.3%로 춘파 94%보다 높았고, 생존율 또한 추파 육묘에서 99.3%로 춘파 육묘 96.3%보다 높았다. 파종시기별 생육특성은 처리간 유의한 차이는 없지만 춘파에서 좀 더 좋은 생육을 보였으며, 수확량은 춘파 처리구에서 798.6kg/10a로 추파 처리 621.4kg/10a보다 높았다.

Effects on Application Time of Mixed Expeller Cake fertilizer in Organic Farming Soil and Rice Yield (혼합유박비료 시비시기가 유기농경지 토양과 벼 수량에 미치는 영향)

  • The aim of this study was to solve the problem of yield loss causing the lag of fertilizer efficiency after tiller stage, being originated by applying mixed expeller cake fertilizer on three day before rice transplanting in organic rice farmers. The mineralization degree of $NH_4-N$ of the mixed expeller cake fertilizer was increased until 7 weeks at flooding condition, and so did $NO_3-N$ until 5 weeks at non-flooding condition. The mineralization rate of nitrogen in paddy soil on 20 days before rice transplanting was the highest by 0.85% on 20 days before the transplanting treatment. The properties of yields during the harvest period have no difference with application time of the mixed expeller cake fertilizer, except soil organic matter. The plan length, culm length and panicle length were the longest on 20 days before rice transplanting. Also, the number of tiller, ripening rat and 1,000 grain weight were the highest on 20 days before rice transplanting, and thereby the yield of white rice were increasing by 9% on 20 days before rice transplanting compared with that of 3 days before rice transplanting. The whiteness values of the rice and amylose content made no difference, but the value of protein and palatability were the same between 20 days and 30 days treatment. In the conclusion, the relationship between rice yield, its quality and application time of the mixed expeller cake fertilizer has showed that the suitable time of applying it reveals 21.3 days before rice transplanting.

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of microbial inoculation on sewage sludge composting. The number and species of microorganisms in sewage sludge sampled on February were higher than those sampled on August. The composting of sewage sludge is inhibited by the polyacrylamide cation, which was used as a coagulant and known to repress the growth of microorganisms. The growth of all microorganisms was inhibited by the addition of the polyacrylamide cation at a concentration of more than 0.8%. The species and viable counts of microorganisms were observed to increase during composting sewage sludge by inoculation of the effective microorganisms and addition of the pine tree sawdust as a bulking agent, compared with those without inoculation. A variety of organisms in compost(sewage sludge plus sawdust) were observed after composting for 30 days, such as Fragilaria sp., Proales sp., Vorticella sp., Schizothrix sp., Anabaena sp., Zoothaminium sp., Epstylis sp., Arcella sp., Balantidium sp., Actinophrys sp., Synedra sp., Euglypha sp., Ulothrix sp., Anacystis sp., and Clostium sp.

Participant Characteristic and Educational Effects for Cyber Agricultural Technology Training Courses (사이버농업기술교육 참가자의 특성과 교육효과)

  • It was main objectives to find the learners characteristics and educational effects of cyber agricultural technology courses in RDA. For the research, it was followed by literature reviews and internet based survey methods. In internet based survey, two staged stratified sampling method was adopted from cyber training members database in RDA along with some key word as open course or certificate course, and enrollment years. Instrument was composed through literature reviews about cyber education effects and educational effect factors. And learner characteristics items were added in survey documents. It was sent to sampled persons by e-mail and 316 data was returned via google survey systems. Through the data cleaning, 303 data were analysed by chi-square, t-test and F-test. It's significance level was .05. The results of the research were as followed; First, the respondent was composed of mainly man(77.9%), and monthly income group was mainly 2,000,000 or 3,000,000 won(24%), bachelor degree(48%), fifty or forty age group was shared to 75%, and their job was changed after learning(12.2%). So major respondents' job was not changed. Their major was not mainly agriculture. Learners' learning style were composed of two or more types as concrete-sequential, mixing, abstract-random, so e-learning course should be developed for the students' type. Second, it was attended at 3.2 days a week, 53.53 minutes a class, totally 172.63 minutes a week. They were very eager or generally eager to study, and attended two or more subjects. The cyber education motives was for farming knowledge, personal competency development, job performance enlarging. They selected subjects along with their interest. A subject person couldn't choose more subjects for little time, others, non interesting subject, but more subject persons were for job performance benefits and previous subjects effectiveness. Most learner was finished their subject, but a fourth was not finished for busy (26.7%). And their entrying behavior was not enough to learn e-course and computer or internet using ability was middle level as software using. And they thought RDA cyber course was comfort in non time or space limit, knowledge acquisition, and personal competency development. Cyber learning group was composed of open course only (12.5%), certificate only(25.7%), both(36.3%). Third, satisfaction and academic achievement of e-learning learners were good, and educational service offering for doing job in learning application category was good, but effect of cyber education was not good, especially, agricultural income increasing was not good because major learner group was not farmer, so they couldn't apply their knowledge to farming. And content structure and design, content comprehension, content amount were good. The more learning subject group responded to good in effects, and both open course and certificate course group satisfied more than open course only group. Based on the results, recommendation was offered as cyber course specialization before main course in RDA training system, support staff and faculty enlargement, building blended learning system with local RDA office, introducing cyber tutor system.

  • To investigate the agricultural material application possibility of the compost made by the fermenting tank. We evaluate the stability fertility of the compost In evaluation of the stability of the compost, In germination index of test, germination test of lettuce of little resistibility not germinated wholly, in the radish of resistibility, both Shinco and TM-101 is showed 61%, 55% of germination rate, length of root not showed wholly. In stability fertility of the compost, early growth of radish in a little treatment applied was superior to other treatments except for TM-101 treatment, but the latter growth of those was showed opposite result. In evaluation of the fertility of compost, Primary growth of lettuce was superior in treatment applied 1.5t/10a, the latter growth of those was superior in treatment applied 3t/10a.

Quality characteristics of Aster glehni extract depending on the concentration and time of enzyme treatment (효소처리 농도 및 시간에 따른 섬쑥부쟁이 추출물의 품질 특성)

  • The Aster glehni extract has many therapeutic and medicinal values. Therefore, it is essential to set appropriate conditions for enzyme treatment to efficiently extract A. glehni. In this study, changes in the quality of A. glehni extract depending on the concentration and time of enzyme treatment was investigated to increase its effective utilization. Compared to the control, the pH of the extract of A. glehni its soluble solid content increased with the enzyme treatment. The color of the A. glehni extract changed from green-yellow to reddish-yellow with the increase in treatment duration. The fructose and sucrose contents of the extract were the highest at 7.73% and 6.78%, respectively, in the control group without the enzyme treatment. Glucose and maltose contents were 6.91% and 4.44% in the C group (3.2% enzyme concentration and 60 min for enzyme treatment), respectively. Total polyphenol content, which shows antioxidant activity, was the highest at 7.38 mg GAE/g in the E group (1.6% of enzyme concentration and 120 min for enzyme treatment). 2,2-diphenylpicrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2'-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS) showed the highest radical scavenging activity in the C group (3.2% of enzyme concentration and 60 min for enzyme treatment). These results enable setting appropriate conditions of enzyme treatment in terms of enzyme concentration and time for the production of dry powders using A. glehni extract.

Effect of the Mixing Ratio of Pot Media on the Germination and Early Growth in Vegetable crops (배양토 조성비율이 채소작물의 발아 및 초기 생장에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed physical and chemical characteristics of peat soil to use peat soil as the materials fur pot media and investigated seedling quality of horticultural plants in order to use peat soil as the raw materials fur pot media. The summary of the results is as follows; The chemical characteristics of peat soil, which is main ingredient of pot media are as follows; pH was 4.9, EC was less than $2.0ds{\cdot}m^{-1}$, which interferes the growth of the plant and organic ingredient was 33%. When looking into the germination characteristics of plants according to the mixture of pot media, red pepper showed 54.2% speed of germination and 97% germination rate in peat soil single treatment. Therefore the peatsoil was appropriate for the pot media for red pepper. In case of cucumbers, in the 50 : 50 treatment of main ingredient (peat soil) and auxiliary ingredients (vermiculite, peat moss and perlite) they showed 100% speed of germination and 100% germination rate. Therefore 50 : 50 treatment was appropriate fur the pot media for cucumbers. In case of chinese cabbage, peat soil, perlite and peat moss mixture (50 : 25 : 25) treatment showed the highest speed of germination (77.5%), while the germination rate was a little lower (92.15%) than comparative soil. However, it was appropriate for the pot media for chinese cabbage. In case of watermelon, germination was bad because of the influence of EC when the teat soil ingredient is over 80%. However, in the mixture of peat soil and vermiculite (50:50) treatment, they showed 91.6% speed of germination and 100% germination rate. Therefore it was appropriate for the pot media for watermelon. When looking into the growth of the plants according to the mixture of ingredients, peat soil and perlite (50:50) mixture showed excellent seedling quality for cucumbers, peat soil and perlite (50:50) mixture showed excellent seedling quality and it was proven to be appropriate for the pot media for cucumbers. In case of watermelon, peat soil, peat moss and perlite (80 : 10 : 10) mixture showed excellent seedling quality and it was proven to be appropriate for the pot media for watermelon.
