농업기계의 중국 지역 수출 현황과 촉진방안

  • 업계의 뉴스에 의하면 농기계 시장의 하락세가 지속적으로 이어지고 있다고 한다. 자료에 따르면 지난 2000년 1조원이던 농기계 시장이 2002년에는 5,500억원으로 45%가 감소해 10년 전 수준으로 하락했다. 이와 같이 농기계의 내수시장이 점점 감소되는 현실에서 농기계산업의 나아갈 방향은 해외수출 외에 뚜렷한 대안이 없을 것 같다. 이러한 현실에서 농기계 시장의 수요잠재력이 무한한 중국의 농기계 시장에 대하여 우리나라 농기계 산업이 어떠한 수출 전략을 추진해 왔으며, 앞으로 어떠한 수출 촉진 방안과 정책을 수립해야 할 것인가에 대하여 검토해 봄으로 농기계 업계에 농기계의 해외수출에 대한 희망을 제시해 주고자 한다. Effect of Agricultural Machine Lighting systems on Drivers Night Visibility (농기계의 등화장치가 운전자의 야간시인성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to analyze a driver's night visibility, according to the installation of a lighting system for driving an agricultural machine during the night time. For the night visibility analysis, a luminance measurement test on the lighting system and a gaze duration measurement test through eye movement measurement devices were carried out. In the luminance measurement test, the increase of luminance was confirmed as relative distance from an agricultural machine was closer and the conditions of the lighting equivalence are improved. Also the gaze duration measurement test, total gaze duration from an agricultural machine increased, as the conditions of the lighting equivalence are improved. In addition, it was identified that the difference in average gaze duration from an agricultural machine was statistically significant as the agricultural machine was driven in high speed. In conclusion, when the lighting system is installed on an agricultural machine, a driver's night visibility from the agricultural machine improves, which is expected to be enormously helpful to the prevention of agricultural machine accidents.

  • Recently, the aging of agricultural society has caused a rapid increase in safety accidents in -agricultural machinery. Sometimes, the wounded may be left unattended resulting serious situation. In order to solve these problems, ICT technology is used to detect and inform the accident quickly when a safety accident such as overturning, collision or other accidents occurs during the operation or moving the agricultural machinery, such as cultivator, rearing machine, and tractor. A system capable of minimizing the amount of data is required. In this paper, an ICT - based automatic accident detection & propagation system is proposed for the agricultural machinery accident such as colliding crashes or overturning of agricultural machinery. The proposed system enables quick rescue by sending a text message automatically to family, acquaintances, hospitals and 119 in the event of an agricultural accident.

Raspberry Pi Based Smart Adapter's Design and Implementation for General Management of Agricultural Machinery (범용 농기계관리를 위한 라즈베리 파이 기반의 스마트어댑터 설계 및 구현)

  • We designed and implemented the attachable smart adapter for the general management of each company's agricultural machine regardless of whether it is equipped with a CAN (Controller Area Network) module. The smart adapter consists of a main board (Raspberry Pi3B), which operates agricultural machine's management software in Linux environment, and a self-developed interface board for power adjustment and status sensing. For the status monitoring, a sensing interface using a serial input was defined between the smart adapter and the sensors of the agricultural machine, and the state diagram of the agricultural machine was defined for diagnosis. We made a panel to simulate the sensors of the agricultural machine using the switch's on/off contact point, and confirmed the status monitoring and diagnostic functions by inputting each state of the farm machinery from the simulator panel.

  • This study analyzed any accidents occurred by agricultural machines and comprehended the safety for trends in the current research. The researches pertaining to the safety for agricultural machines are identified by two different methods: scrutinizing the statistical data for accidents and suggesting solutions to ways of an investigation. Other researches related to investigations for the accidents by agricultural machines are planned on the national level and the broad terms of an accident of agricultural activities. The studies are conducted for the prevention and control of accidents about the requirement analysis as well as administrative, educational and financial policy in accordance with the different kinds of the agricultural machines. In addition, for the better responses to injuries caused by the agricultural machines, more researches about the function and ability of elders are much needed.

  • Alternatives for increasing the competitiveness of locally manufactured agricultural machinery in domestic and foreign markets has been proposed. This was done by analyzing the major agricultural machinery's price and market share as well as their performance and quality. In the Korean domestic market, the market share of Japanese agricultural machinery has been identified to be 14.5% for tractors, 31.1% for combine harvesters, and 35.8% for rice transplanters, and on track for further increase. Japanese manufacturers' domestic patent shares are 58.5% for tractors, 79.9% for combine harvesters, and 69.8% for rice transplanters, showing the dire need for Korean domestic firms to expand their technological rights. To strengthen the industrial competitiveness of agricultural machinery, therefore, researches that develop the fundamental and elemental technology to reduce the frequency of breakdown should be needed in the short term. To achieve this, it is imperative to establish technology roadmap, promote greater cooperation between academia and industry, and systematically increase research funding. In addition, as a long-term solution for enhancing the competitiveness, an establishment of Agricultural Equipment Technology Institute is strongly recommended to systematically support R&D for developing core technologies, particularly high-quality components that guarantee durability and quality.

  • 지금이야 수확철에 콤바인, 트렉터 같은 훌륭한 농기계가 벼나락을 거두어 건조까지 해주는 첨단농업 시대이지만, 마을에 경운기 한두대가 전부였던 30년전 가을 걷이는 정말 손이 농사도구이 전부인 농기계였다.
