Analyzing records of Korean pro-basketball using general linear model (일반선형모형을 적용한 한국남자프로농구 경기기록분석 : 2014-2015 정규리그)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze records of Korean pro-basketball using general linear model (two-way ANOVA and hierarchical multiple regression analysis). Korea Basketball League (KBL) informed the records (2014-2015 season) of this study. The eight variables (TA, 2PA, 3PA, 2P, 3P, Ast, TFB, CH) were selected in content validity. SPSS program was used to analyze general linear model. All alpha level was set at 0.05. Major results were as follow. 3PA had significant interaction effect between victory & defeat variable and home & away variable. Victory teams showed that 3PA was higher in home games than away games, and defeat teams was the other. 2PA, AS, TFB, and CH were selected significant variables affecting victory and defeat. In result of hierarchical regression, Ast had significant moderation effect between 3PA and TS. TFB also had significant moderation effect between AS between 2P. The other construct (Ast between 2PA and TS; TFB between AS between 3P) had no significant moderation effect. In the effect of 2PA, 3PA and Ast to TS, CH also had no significant moderation effect.

Estimating the determinants of victory and defeat through analyzing records of Korean pro-basketball (한국남자프로농구 경기기록 분석을 통한 승패결정요인 추정: 2010-2011시즌, 2011-2012시즌 정규리그 기록 적용)

  • The purpose of this study was to estimate the determinants of victory and defeat through analyzing records of Korean men pro-basketball. Statistical models of victory and defeat were established by collecting present basketball records (2010-2011, 2011-2012 season). Korea Basketball League (KBL) informs records of every pro-basketball game data. The six offence variables (2P%, 3P%, FT%, OR, AS, TO), and the four defense variables (DR, ST, GD, BS) were used in this study. PASW program was used for logistic regression and Answer Tree program was used for the decision tree. All significance levels were set at .05. Major results were as follows. In the logistic regression, 2P%, 3P%, and TO were three offense variables significantly affecting victory and defeat, and DR, ST, and BS were three significant defense variables. Offensive variables 2P%, 3P%, TO, and AS are used in constructing the decision tree. The highest percentage of victory was 80.85% when 2P% was in 51%-58%, 3P% was more than 31 percent, and TO was less than 11 times. In the decision tree of the defence variables, the highest percentage of victory was 94.12% when DR was more than 24, ST was more than six, and BS was more than two times.

The effects of three basketball wheelchairs on propulsion movement (포지션별 농구용 휠체어가 추진동작에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate propulsive time and kinematic variables on the three different kinds of the basketball wheelchairs in each play position for eight abled basketball wheelchair players. Kinematic data were collected by a video camera for two-dimensional analysis. The wheelchairs for the guard position showed the fastest in total propulsive time. The wheelchairs for the center position revealed the slowest in the phase of the change of the direction. The wheelchair for the guard position which shows fast movement velocity demonstrated closer hand contact with TDC(Top Dead Center). The wheelchair for the center position revealed the largest extension of the elbow and flexion of the trunk at handrim contact. The wheelchair for the guard position which has the lowest seat height presented larger elbow angle and trunk angle. The wheelchair for the guard position produced more fast trunk angular velocity than the wheelchair for other positions.

A Study on Neuro Sports Marketing by using Pupil's Size of Men: Focusing on Basketball Game (남성의 동공 크기를 이용한 뉴로 스포츠 마케팅의 접근 방법: 농구 경기를 중심으로)

  • The present study used one of research techniques which is eye gaze tracking for neuromarketing. When pupil's size of men dilated over than three sigma (0.135%), the interest and eye movement in observation were measured. According to statistical analysis of previous studies, three sigma range is meaningful therefore sigma range was used as operational definition because 'pupil dilatation' is difficult to be define in eye gaze tracking data. Pictures of basketball games were selected as visual stimuli and 90% effective ratio of total 7,200 data were calculated. Thus, 29 of 34 participants were used for test. Pupil's size was calculated by applying pupil's width and height into a formular; [Pupil's size = Pupil width/2${\times}$Pupil height/$2{\times}{\pi}$]. In conclusion, billboard utilized for sports marketing had meaningless effects because gaze frequency to basketball player and surrounding environment was higher than that to billboard when participantsas game spectators diltaed their pupil's size over than three sigma. Thus, it was required using new marketing strategies like neuromarketing to increase utility through the present study.

몬테칼로 베이지안 분석과 응용 사례

  • 본 논문에서는 한 유명 농구선수의 과거의 연도별 평균득점과 평균 야투율을 기초로 앞으로의 경기에 대한 평균득점과 평균야투율을 추정하기 위해 몬테칼로 베이지안 분석법 중의 하나인 Sampling-Important-Resampling (SIR) 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 즉 과거의 자료로부터 평균득점과 평균야투율에 대한 사전밀도함수를 설정하고 SIR 알고리즘을 이용하여 사후 밀도함수를 구한 후에 이를 기초로 베이지안 추론을 하였다.

Effect of SagungaTang Ingestion on Ammonia and IGF-I During Training Period (트레이닝 기간 중 사군자탕 섭취가 Ammonia와 IGF-I 에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigated the effect of six weeks' administration of Sagungatang Ingestion to blood ammonia and IGF-I, and further to testify its efficacy as ergogenic aids. The experimental subjects, 6 basketball players are loaded gradual maximal exercise by Treadmill at pre-Ingestion, three weeks after Ingestion, and six weeks after Ingestion, respectively and then their reaction of blood variables are analyzed. The obtained results are as follows: The effects of the Sagungatang on blood energy metabolism was showed Ammonia to the time(p<.01), But week was not showed. IGF-I was showed week(p<.01). In conclusion, Sagungatang herb medicine ingestion of high school basketball player did show good effect on the rest time and recovery process to blood ammonia and IGF-I. Even though the Sagungtang precedes can be for the department of sport medicine as well as good for health.

  • 본 논문에서는 농구 경기에서의 대표적 자세 중 Standing shoot, Jump shoot, Pass, Dribble, Lay-up shoot, 총 5가지 자세를 인식하기 위해 각 자세와 3축 가속도 값과의 상관관계를 보여주고 있다. 스마트폰에 내장되어 있는 가속도 센서로부터 데이터를 생성해주는 어플리케이션인 Sensor log를 활용하여 얻은 3축 가속도 값으로 수직, 수평축과 3축 가속도의 크기를 구해 Instance로 사용하였다. 위 데이터는 대표적인 데이터 마이닝 도구인 Weka tool을 이용하여 각 모션과 데이터 값의 상관관계를 확인하였고, 실험 결과 10-fold에서 평균 59.8%를 보였으나 Training set과 Test set의 결과 80.8%를 보였다.
