이 논문에서는 저장소에 독립적인 SPARQL-to-SQL변환 시스템 모델의 비용 평가를 수행한다. 시맨틱 웹이 발전하면서 이를 기술하기 위한 다양한 웹 온톨로지 언어들이 제안되었고 이를 저장 및 검색하기 위한 관계형 데이터베이스 기반의 저장소와 SPARQL과 같은 질의 언어가 개발되었다. SPARQL의 활용도가 높아짐에 따라 관계형 데이터베이스에 저장된 웹 온톨로지 데이터를 질의하기 위해서는 SPARQL을 SQL로 변환하기 위한 알고리즘이 필요하다. 그러나 기존에 제안된 변환 알고리즘들은 몇 가지 해결해야 할 문제점을 가지고 있는데 그 중 변환 알고리즘이 저장소에 종속적이라는 문제점 때문에 변환 알고리즘의 활용도가 떨어진다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 기존 논문에서는 저장소에 독립적으로 변환 알고리즘을 활용할 수 있는 시스템 모델을 제안하였으며 프로토타입을 구현하여 제안 모델을 통한 질의 결과의 정확성을 측정하였다. 또한, 저장소의 종속적인 모델과 독립적인 모델간의 정성적 평가를 통하여 저장소에 독립적인 모델이 여러 측면에서 활용도가 높다는 것을 평가하였다. 그러나 기존 논문에서는 제안한 시스템 모델에 대한 명확한 정량적 평가가 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 비용 평가 모델을 정의하여 제안한 시스템 모델의 효율성을 정량적으로 평가한다.

This paper surveyed the research trends in archival appraisal science in Korea. All 33 articles from 4 relevant academic journals articles were analysed on the basis of quantitative measurement and thematic sorting. The number of the articles by the record managers or archivists working at the public bodies has especially decreased for some time past. A distinguishing feature was a decline in interest in the present appraisal system and methodology. Correspondence between practice and academic theory be required for the future development in archival appraisal.

In this paper, we introduce the method that a user analyses the similarity of the two programs by using keyword from the syntactic tree, created after the syntax analysis, and its implementation. The main advantage of the method is the performance improvement through using only keyword of syntax tree. In the paper, we propose the similarity evaluation model and how we extract keyword from syntax tree. In addition, we also show the improvement in the performance in analysis and in the system's structure. We expect that our system will be utilized in the similarity evaluation in text and XML documents.

본 논문에서는 기존의 평가기준에 기반하여 평가$\square$인증 받은 침입탐지시스템 제품의 대다수를 차지하는 K4 등급의 보안기능요구사항과 공통평가기준 보안기능요구사항을 본 논문에서 설정한 보안목적과 자산에 기반하여 비교 분석함으로써 이들 보안기능요구사항간의 호환 가능성을 검토하고 상호 호환되지 않는 K4 보안기능요구사항에 대해서는 새로운 공통평가기준 기반 기능 컴포넌트의 필요성을 제시한다.

형광등용 안정기의 실태를 파악하기 위하여, 제조시설 및 관리실태를 조사하고, 제품의 품질 특성을 조사하였다. 본 논문에서는 실태 평가를 위한 평가방법을 제시하고 이를 사용하였으며, 특히 형광등에서 가장 중요한 광출력 특성을 평가하기 위한 고아출력 평가인자를 제안하였다. 논문 자료를 위하여 8개사를 직접 방문하였으며, 제품 평가를 위하여는 입력 220[V] 형광램프 40[W] 1등용을 대상으로 하였다.

본 논문에서는 교육용 컨텐츠 추천시스템의 정확도를 향상시키고자 사용자 모델 정보를 활용하여 기존의 협업여과 방법의 유사도 재산을 보완함으로써 추천의 정확도를 향상시키는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 협업여과방법은 사용자의 평가와 비슷한 선호도를 가지고 다른 사용자의 평가를 기반으로 제품이나 항목을 예측하고 이를 사용자에게 추천한다. 그러나 협업여과방법은 일정 수 이상의 상품이나 항목에 대한 평가가 이루어져야 하며, 사용자의 평가가 적은 경우 희소성으로 인한 평가의 정확도가 낮아지는 단점을 기지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인구 통계 정보를 이용한 가상 평가 점수를 반영하여 유사도 계산시 희소성을 낮춰 예측의 정확도를 향상시키고자 한다.

본 논문은 교통사업들의 투자우선순위 결정시 적용 가능한 방법을 제시한다. 지금의 평가방법을 부정하는 새로운 방법이라기보다는 기존의 평가방법을 보완하는 기법이다. 특히 특성이 다른 교통사업들간의 평가시 이들 특성들이 평가과정에 감안되지 않을 경우는 평가결과의 대외 설득력이 부족하게 된다. 이를 극복하기 위해 지금까지 각종 정량적 정성적 방법을 동원하였지만 그 범위와 방법에 한계가 존재하였다. 이를 보완하는 대안으로서 본 논문에서는 기존 평가과정에서 고려되기 어려운 사업의 여러 특성들을 전문가들의 경험과 판단을 통해 최대한 반영하는 방법을 제시한다. 이 기법의 기본 이론은 집단의사결정이론(group decision theory)이며, 여기에 퍼지이론이 접목된 퍼지집단 결정이론(fuzzy group decision theory)을 적용하였다. 이 이론은 개인의 대안별 선호(우선순위)로부터 집단의 선호관계(우선순위)를 도출할 수 있다. 또한 도출된 투자우선순위결과에 대한 집단의 동의수준(만족도)을 추정할 수 있다. 이러한 정보는 최종 정책결정자의 중요한 판단자료로서 사용되어 질 수 있다. 그 동안 교통사업의 투자우선순위결정과정의 객관성의 부족으로 사업간 우선순위결과에 대한 신뢰가 그리 높지 않았다. 본 논문에서 제시한 방법은 기존의 투자우선순위의 평가방법을 보완하여 대외적인 신뢰성을 제고할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

In this paper, we propose an evaluation model of systems level using modified eigenvector method and fuzzy subordination relations. This model is desibmed to evaluate the level of system in enterprise. In here. modified eigenvector method is proposed to compute the weights of each criteria in two evaluation group. Also, fuzzy subordination relations is used to evaluate the relationship between the criteria by painvise comparison. In this paper. we can get the evaluated score for the present level of system. This method will help to manage and improve the systems. We show the efficiency of the this method by means of a case study for evaluation problem of environmental management systems.

R&D의 경제성장 기여도에 대한 인식이 높아짐에 따라 매년 국가연구개발사업의 투자규모는 큰 폭으로 증가하였으나 연구개발의 생산성은 저조하다는 비판이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 연구성과 평가시스템 중 논문의 자료 수집 검증 평가에 대한 범위에서 그동안의 양적위주의 평가에서 탈피하여 연구성과에 대한 체계적이고 심층적인 분석을 통하여 논문의 질적평가의 반영을 목적으로 현재 연구성과 평가기스템의 문제점 분석을 통한 개선 방안에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

This research deals the method to assess the validity and reliability of students' evaluation for lectures. Most papers for student's evaluation have focused the procedures for controlling the external effects, but this paper is trying to answer for "How reliable is the student rating?" An empirical study shows that the evaluations in Jeonju University have the fair validity and reliability. The generalizability theory is suggested to obtain the more comprehensive results rather than Cronbach's alpha to examine internal consistency.
