This study is intended to estimate the demand for the green health industry market, to seek for the strategies to develop human resources and to provide fundamental data for development of local green health industry specialization programs in the manner of investigating the intentions to participate in and opinions about the green health industry. Data were collected from 190 and surveyed from 5 to 19 in November 2010. Based upon the priority survey and factor analyses of educational contents for development of human resources specializing in the green health industry, there is some difference in the classification of all domains between the two groups, however the results concerning the cognition of the language education of educational contents and the priority of medical tourism marketing are similar between the two groups. As one of the biggest problems with medical tourism is the difficulty of communication during medical examination and treatment, it is desirable to develop professional human resources with global competitiveness based on customized education as well as excellent language skills by the specialized fields of green health industry.

도시민들은 자연과 유리된 생활에 염증을 느끼게 되어 주말과 휴일이면 도시를 탈출하여 대자연과 좀더 가까이 하려 농촌과 어촌의 산, 강, 들, 바다 등의 품속으로 찾아가게 되었다. 앞으로 도시민들이 자연을 찾아 나서는 현상은 증가할 것이며, 도시민의 관광패턴도 현대문화 및 인공조형물을 구경하는 관광에서 점차 대자연속에서 지역의 문화를 직접 체험하면서 즐기는 형태로 변화하기 시작했으며, 동반자도 단체 중심의 대중관광에서 가족중심의 관광이 늘어나고 있으며, 형태도 녹색관광으로 변화되어 가고 있다.

동굴이 관광개발되면 반드시 그 환경은 변화되기 마련이다. 동굴이 관광개발된지도 벌써 20년의 세월이 지났다. 따라서 이 동굴의 개발은 마침내 많은 환경변화를 가져오게 하였다. 원래 동굴의 오염과 오손의 현상은 크게 퇴적물공해와 환경공해의 두가지로 대별되는데 그중 퇴적물공해에는 파손공해, 녹색공해, 그리고 흑색공해, 박리공해 등의 네가지로 구분된다.(중략)

동굴환경의 파괴는 여러가지 측면에서 그 원인을 찾을 수 있다. 우선 동굴이 관광화되기 이전에 동네주민들이 호기심에 들어갔다가 석주ㆍ석순과 같은 형상이 좋은 퇴적물을 파괴하여 집에 가져오는 경우도 있고, 관광지로 개발된후 동굴내의 조명등에 의해서 새로운 형태의 녹색공해 즉 하등식물등이 자라거나, 관광객의 빈번한 출입에 의해서 동굴내부의 온도가 올라가 표피가 박리현상을 일으켜 탈피되거나 관광시설을 설치할때에 파괴되거나, 자연적으로 홍수때 오염된 물이 지하에 유입되어 동굴생물을 파괴시키는 경우등 그 원인이 여러가지 있을 수 있겠다.(중략)

With the development of tourism the desire for a variety of tours for visitors was occurred. Accordingly, to meet the needs of tourists for the development of various tourism products is necessary. In addition to the occurrence of environmental problems needs to develop enviromental tourism products. In this study refocus on rapidly developed templestay and difference of life quality between before experienced templestay and after experienced templestay as product development of low-carbon green was to explore the possibilities. The findings were as follows. First, the increase of age, they satisfacted temples experience like meditation, tea ceremony and Buddhist cultural experience. 11 questions of life quality, 9 items showing significant differences in the quality of life in it will be useful temple stay was used.

As demands and interests in visiting rural village increases, government authorities are promoting eco and green tour village development project through plural functions of rural village. The purpose of this study is to understand infrastructure improvement direction by researching the case study of general rural villages' changing to eco and green tourism villages. As for the research method, the character of each village was verified, then the case studies of improvement by life infrastructure using the identity of villages were analyzed. Finally, it was found that infrastructure through public facilities improvement and environment improvement project was expanded and relaxative and experiential space was offered by creating tour infrastructure using the identity of villages. Also, it was shown that farming infrastructure creating project was executed to promote the income base of locals.
