As the environmental pollution and the global warming have become more and more serious, the green management has been growing more and more critical to small and medium enterprises. In order to explore factors positively influencing small and medium enterprises' green management performance, this study presents the two major implications through the ordinary least squares regression based on the 2,200 data from the small and medium enterprises in the Republic of Korea. First, small and medium enterprises' external technology R&D information network diversity positively influences their green management performance from technology R&D. Second, small and medium enterprises' production process improvement is a partial mediator between their external technology R&D information network diversity and green management performance from technology R&D.

정부는 지난 7월 6일 녹색기술 및 산업, 기후변화 적응역량, 에너지 자립도 에너지 복지 등 녹색 경쟁력 전반에서 2020년까지 세계 7대, 2050년까지 세계 5대 녹색강국 진입을 목표로 한 녹색 성장 국가전략 및 5개년 계획을 발표했다. 그 내용을 소개한다.

녹색성장은 저탄소 및 녹색산업화에 기반을 두고 경제성장력을 증대시키는 신성장 개념이다. $CO_2$ 발생량을 줄이고, 녹색기술, 친환경적 비즈니스를 신시장을 창출함으로써 경제성장의 원동력을 확보한다는 것이다. 이때 녹색산업이 투자 가치면에서 얼마큼 큰 부가가치를 발생할지는 예상하기 어렵지만, 단단한 시나리오를 준비하고 투자해나간다면 미래 성장원동력으로 자리할 것이다.

Under the effectuation of Green growth from last year, It was surveyed in this study that how recognize of local government and companies in Dae-gu and Kyoung-buk Area. For this purpose, in order to see the present situation, the perception and influence to the Green growth was surveyed and analyzed. The result was that local government and companies were big differences in many items between the compared companies which are different. On the basis of this analysis, It was suggested what and how the companies and the government have to do in order to improve the perception of Green growth and make a new business chances.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the green logistics of Korea enterprises. According to participate pan-nationally about environment problems, the field of logistics is required to transfer green logistics like increase efficiency of using energy and construct economic systems. And also environment-friendly policies of enterprises are playing important role. So authors selected and analysed factors through precedent study and questionnaire. Selected factors are cultivation about environment-friendly policy awareness to employees, Utilization environment-friendly resources, decrease of atmosphere pollution substance, company's promotion of outside environment-friendly policy. In order to shed light on these problem, fuzzy AHP method is adopted and the factor of cultivation about environment-friendly policy awareness to employees is the highest weight. And also result of the highest weight between enterprises that set policies about green logistics and factors' are The Korean Air, Glovis, Korea Express synthetically.

국내를 비롯한 세계는 지금 녹색성장의 시대를 맞이하고 있다. 탄소를 줄이자는 운동과 지구환경의 문제에 대해 생각하는 녹색 환경 운동에 모두가 동참하는 상황이다. G20시대를 맞이하여 녹색건설에 대해 생각해보고, LEED라는 친환경 인증시스템을 통해 대한민국의 친환경건축산업이 나아갈 길에 대해 모색해 보기로 한다.
