This study established the evaluation index system of green logistics of Changjitu in Chinarelated to environment, resource, economics and technology. It derived the weight value of indexes by using AHP method analyzing interviews logistics researchers and surveys. Based on the results, the paper described the problems of Changjitu's green logistics and proposed some development suggestions.

현재 4대강 유역개발과 하천 정비 등 관련된 대규모 토목공사가 진행되고 있다. 친환경적인 수자원 정비를 가능하게 하는 친환경 콘크리트 제품의 개발은 환경오염 방지 및 환경보전에 있어서 필수적이다. 현재 국내에서는 콘크리트에 다양한 자원 순환형 재료를 적용하고 있지만, 적극적 친환경 콘크리트의 연구는 아직 미미한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 친환경적인 수자원 정비를 가능하게 하는 콘크리트의 필요성과 활용측면에 대해 논해 보고자 한다. 또한 국내외 관련 기술현황을 비교하여 현 콘크리트 제품 개발 산업에 적용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

지구온난화 완화를 위한 세계적인 활동에 부응하여 우리 정부는 "저탄소 녹색성장 기본법" 및 동법 시행령을 제정, 공표하고 지구온난화의 주범으로 지목되고 있는 온실가스 배출을 줄이기 위해 "온실가스 에너지 목표관리제"를 도입하였다. 온실가스 에너지 목표관리제는 일정량 이상의 온실가스를 배출하는 사업체가 의무 보고 대상이 된다. 대상 사업장은 온실가스 배출 감축목표에 따른 이행계획을 수립하고 명세서를 매년 제출하여야 한다. 따라서 대상 사업장은 온실가스 에너지 관련 데이터를 관리하고 목표달성을 위해서 온실가스 및 에너지 관련 전문성을 가진 인원이 필요하며 이러한 인원에 대한 적격성은 개별 사업장에서 정의하고 양성하기에는 어려움이 따르기 때문에 온실가스 배출량 정량화 및 평가, 보고 및 내부 검증에 대한 전문가 자격제도의 도입이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 온실가스 에너지 관리자 자격제도를 도입하기 위한 방안을 연구, 온실가스 관리자의 역할 및 적격성, 자격구분 및 검정기준, 검정체계를 제시하고, 향후 도입 단계에 대한 방안을 제시한다.

This study investigates the current status of the green growth policies of Korean public corporations and proposes some potential improvement ideas. A set of twenty global green trends are first elicited by using classified macro trends of environmental changes. The green trends are categorized into four key issues based on which domestic and international research efforts are compared. The management performance reports of Korean public corporations are then throughly analyzed to evaluate the validity of their strategic green tasks in relevant to the global green trends. Finally, we suggest some potential government policies for enhancing the existing green growth businesses of public corporations.

Main purpose of this study is to suggest improvement of environmental information disclosure system and to find out counterplan for hospitals based on literal review and 41 hospitals/clinic's environmental information data(2011) released by the Korean ENV-INFO SYSTEM. The research methodology used to analyze 18 items divided between 7 for compulsory and 11 for voluntary was primarily quantitative. Research subjects was comprised of 33 general hospitals, 6 hospitals and 1 clinic. Environmental information disclosure system needs to be improved as follows: (1) enlargement of citizen participation, (2) upgrade of 'Company Overview', (3) clear definition of items, (4) unifying measure unit, (5) close verification, (6) creating standards for additional informations. The following activities are critical for hospitals: (1) reliability enhancement of hospital's data, (2) reorganization strategy & green management system, (3) water/energy reduction data accumulation, (4) greenhouse gas emission reduction planning, (5) introduction of green purchase guidelines, (6) digital publication of environmental(sustainable) report.

This paper proposes a green closed-loop supply chain network (GCSN) for optimizing closed-loop supply chains. The GCSN focuses on the application of the recycling express box in logistics circulation, accelerates the standardization of logistics operations and the use of express packaging in e-commerce companies, and promotes the reduction and greening of recycling express box in the e-commerce industry. The GCSN is represented as a mathematical formulation and implemented using LINGO. Greening, environmental protection, and wisdom are the general trends for promoting the growth of the e-commerce industry. Meanwhile, the price of raw materials has increased owing to a shortage of resources, which emphasizes the need for e-commerce enterprises to develop green packaging. Therefore, this study considers the shared circular packaging launched by e-commerce enterprises as the research object, and integrates the problem of facility positioning and path planning in the logistics system. The conclusion summarizes the significance of this study.

Recently, as the environment-friendly factors has become more important than before. In other words, the new model in trade has emerged as an important issue. At the same time, environmental trade is emerging as a new barrier due to the increasing international trade environmental regulation linked with environment. International trade environmental regulation has a huge impact on the whole industry, so if you can not cope with it in a timely manner, you can suffer great damage. Therefore, global export and import companies are required to manage green supply chains, and companies need to reestablish strategic systems throughout supply chain management with renewed awareness of the importance of eco-friendliness in the international trade environment. In this study, we investigated how companies perceive international trade environment regulation and how this affects the use of Green SCM.

The purpose of this study is to look into whether there is a possibility to develop the image of the local community in conjunction with green tourism, thus to explore the concrete ways to vitalize local community with diversified green tourism programs. In the pursuit of relating the research of community image-building with comprehensive local characteristics, this study selected the case of Jung Bang I village near Daejeon and analyzed the case through both written materials and on-site investigation. As a result of analysis, first, it was found that community image-building contributed positive effects in terms of the commercialization of the local community and its revitalization. Second, it was observed that community image-building led to form a "green route" that played a role as a passage to link townspeople to the country. It was also verified that those country villages that succeeded in image-building provided the places where people could experience the country and arts, which showed the potential of their roles as educational opportunities. In conclusion, this study will be able to suggest the direction to where the green tourism and image-building projects of the small communities near towns should go, and also provide a substantial guideline to related people regarding how to operate and maintain the local community.

Climate changes and environmental pollution recently became a matter of global interest. Korean government established low carbon green growth act in the light of international environment regulation and started demonstration certificate project for GMS (Green Management System). We aim to explore audit data resulted from demonstration companies that pursued the GMS certificate. The demonstration companies are consisted of 11 companies that a certification body L gave the certificate. The audit data results were formed by minor nonconformities detected in the field evaluation based on GMS standards, KS I 7001/2 : 2011. We found out significant differences for minor nonconformities between types of industry and between major clauses of Part 1 and Part 2 in GMS standards. We make an effort to figure out the implication of causes of the significant differences. These results are expected to contribute to understand GMS operation situations and are utilized as a reference for energy management, social responsibility, and green gas reduction.

Recently "Green IT" technology has been attracting public attention that the Ministry of Environment has come up with new plans to make "low carbon and green growth" technology and to promote u-City industries. Making an offer, Uubiquitous Service needs RFID/USN Middleware to handle heterogeneous RFID/USN devices in order to gather existing informations. In this paper, we propose the design and implementation of a dynamic management method for heterogeneous RFID/USN devices. In compliance with the paper I will furnish Uubiquitous Service regarding existing circumstances by handling heterogeneous RFID/USN devices such as new RFID/Sensor devices addition and deletion and so on.
