Gait analysis is one of the research fields for obtaining various information related to gait by analyzing human ambulation. It has been studied for a long time not only in the medical field but also in various academic areas such as mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, and computer engineering. Efforts have been made to determine whether there is a problem with gait through gait analysis. In this paper, as a pre-step to find out gait abnormalities, it is investigated whether it is possible to differentiate whether experiment participants wear elderly simulation suit or not by applying gait data to machine learning models for the same person. For a total of 45 participants, each gait data was collected before and after wearing the simulation suit, and a total of six machine learning models were used to learn the collected data. As a result of using an artificial neural network model to distinguish whether or not the participants wear the suit, it showed 99% accuracy. What this study suggests is that we explored the possibility of judging the presence or absence of abnormality in gait by using machine learning.

본 연구에서는 노인의 신체 특성에 적합한 고기능성 구두를 개발하기 위하여 한국인에 적합한 리스트를 근간으로 하여 발에 편안한 착화감을 줄 수 있는 노인화를 개발하였다. 본 연구의 핵심 연구분야인 제화 족형 설계·제작은 제화공정에서 가장 중요한 부분으로 본 연구진에 의해 수년간에 걸친 인체 족 측정 및 체계적인 족형설계 과정을 거쳐 제작된 족형을 통한 수차례의 착화시험에 의해 마련된 표준 족형을 근간으로 최종 제작되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 새로 개발된 노인용 구두는 소비자의 요구에 조금 더 부합하게 하였고, 향후 보다 편리하고 기능성이 향상된 노인용 구두를 제시하기 위한 최적의 라스트를 제작하고 건강기능성 부자재를 선정할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다.

The elderly customized care service, which began in 2020, aims to improve professionalism and service quality by introducing dedicated social workers for responsible management of living area performing institutions. Through inductive content analysis, this study attempted to examine the work adaptation process of dedicated social workers who are human resources performing the elderly customized care service system. As a result, 9 upper categories, 25 lower categories, and 56 conceptualizations were derived. This study attempted to provide basic policy data on the adaptation of dedicated social workers by exploring new policies and special work systems from the perspective of practitioners.

The purpose of this paper is to reduce the ratio of the patient accidents that may occur in nursing hospitals. In other words, it determines whether the person approaching the dangerous area is a elderly (patient uniform) group or a practitioner(Casual Clothing) group, based on the clothing displayed by CCTV. We collected the basic learning data from web crawling techniques and nursing hospitals. Then model training data was created with Image Generator and Labeling program. Due to the limited performance of CCTV, it is difficult to create a good model with both high accuracy and speed. Therefore, we implemented the ResNet model with relatively excellent accuracy and the YOLO3 model with relatively excellent speed. Then we wanted to allow nursing hospitals to choose a model that they wanted. As a result of the study, we implemented a model that can distinguish patient and casual clothes with appropriate accuracy. Therefore, it is believed that it will contribute to the reduction of safety accidents in nursing hospitals by preventing the elderly from accessing the danger zone.

Shoes adding layer for preventing sprain and slippery for the elderly were developed using the shoe-last based on the Korean anthropometric elderly. The anthropometric elderly, arbitrarily defined as those 65 years of age and above, were a distinct with special needs. The shoe-last for the elderly was also designed in this paper. A total of 9 subjects participated and evaluated each shoes made by developed shoes-last and adding layer for preventing sprain and slippery. As results, the proposed shoes have the better functions for preventing sprain and slippery compared to others.

The purpose of the study is to identify the degree of relevancy on the facilities for the older persons in the public library buildings. To achieve the purpose, the study has researched and analyzed' the guidelines of the law contributing to the convenience of the handicapped, older persons, pregnant women etc(1999)' for the older persons accessing to the facilities in the public library buildings. And then, the older persons' physical standard sizes in 'Size Korea(1997)' are researched and reconfigured. The study has selected the 10 kinds in such facilities as followed : Door, Accessible Route, Stair, Elevator, Escalator, Ramp, Toilet Stall, Urinal, Table, and Post Box. As the result, the study has identified the relevancies of each facilities based on the older persons's physical standard sizes.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the clothing behaviors and wearing sensation of ready-to-wear of the elderly woman who residing in the Pusan and Kimhae. The subjects were elderly woman who assessed the wearing sensation of slacks, jacket 1(1-2button), jacket 2(over 4button), and jumper. The results were as follows: 1. In the analysis of the clothing behaviors factors, the factor 1 was the concern about the appearance, the factor 2 was mental dependency about the clothes, the factor 3 was the satisfaction about the clothes and the factor 4 was the concern about the fashion. 2. As for the wearing sensation of the slacks, waist and thigh of the slacks was large and slacks length and crotch length was long. As for the wearing sensation of the jacket 1, over the age of 70 years was more satisfied than under the age of 70 for the wearing sensation of bust, waist, hip, and sleeve length. As for the wearing sensation of the jacket 2, under the age of 70 years was more satisfied than over the age of 70 for the wearing sensation of sleeve length and location of the armhole. As for the wearing sensation of the jumper, the area showed significant difference in waist. Jumper was larger than jacket.

This study was conducted to identify factors affecting depression in the elderly using three-year Community Health Survey data from 2020, when COVID-19 was declared an epidemic. Differences in depression according to general characteristics, health behavior, subjective health level, and medical use among 220,921 elderly were analyzed using complex samples t-test and ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis was performed to identify factors affecting depression it was carried out. As a result of the study, the level of depression among elderly women was found to be high, with an average of 1.21±0.01 for elderly men and 1.74±0.02 for elderly women, and there was a difference in generation type, with depression being higher in the first generation for elderly men and the third generation for elderly women. Variables that had a great influence on depression were the experience of depression and perceived stress.
