With the emergence of the internet and the increasing use of online communities for over 20 years, the age range of users has also been rising. This study explores the linguistic changes that have occurred as the user age in online communities has increased. To do this, data was collected and analyzed from an online community that has been actively operating, despite new member registrations being closed nine years ago. By comparing the posts over an 11-year period from 2012 to 2022, changes such as an increase in average comments, a decrease in interrogative sentences, and a decrease in imperative statements were observed. The study also proposed loneliness due to aging and a decline in curiosity and confidence as potential causes of these changes. In South Korea, which is rapidly entering an aging society unprecedentedly fast on a global scale, the increase in single-person households has evolved loneliness from a personal issue to a social problem, manifested in an increase in solitary deaths and reclusive individuals. This research sheds light on one aspect of these social phenomena through the analysis of data from a large online community.

The present study is designed to explore restructuring direction of the old-age income maintenance system and development direction of the Seniority Pension Scheme(SPS) in Korea. While the SPS is trifling scheme with tiny benefit amount and small budget, the SPS has important role that function as only public income maintenance scheme for both the low income class and the excluded from public pension and public assistance at present stage because of immature National Pension. This study starts with the research question why serious mis-matching problem between needs and resources in old-age income maintenance system occur. Thus this study explores fundamental change direction of the old-age income maintenance system which is coincide with further situation change(demography, labour market, family structure). Also this study explores desirable SPS's development direction as taking into account relation with other public old-age income maintenance system. This paper suggests basic direction of old-age income maintenance system as follows: principle of universal and individual security; principle of sustainability; principle of equity. Under general principle, this paper also proposes largely two development scenario of the SPS. The one is to maintain present transitional and provisional scheme with trying scheme's substantiality. The other is to change into permanent old-age income maintenance scheme for the excluded public pension and public assistance. At this point it is the public pension's role that the SPS's development direction is determined. If the public pension keep one pension per one earner as present system, non-contribution pension as present SPS should maintain continuously. However, if the public pension reorganize into basic pension of one pension per one person and earning-related pension, the SPS should be managed temporarily until mature of public pension. Therefore whether the public pension play basic security role for all elderly or not will determine the SPS development direction.

우리 사회의 고령화가 지속됨에 따라 퇴행성 척추 질환을 가진 고령 인구가 증가하고 있다. 노인성 척추 질환은 일상생활을 불가능하게 하며, 경제활동을 어렵게 하여 결과적으로는 고령자 삶의 질을 훼손시킨다. 또한, 이 질환은 개별 환자에 최적화된 척추의 수술 및 재활 치료 방법이 요구된다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 노인성 척추 질환에 대한 효과적 대응을 위해 IT 기반의 경제적/과학적 해결 방안을 제시하는 "노인성 척추 질환 치료/재활을 위한 노령 인체 모델 및 의료기기 제품화 기반 기술"에 대해 소개한다.

현대인들의 건강관리의 인식의 변화와 노령화 인구 증가는 현대 사회의 큰 이슈이다. 몸이 불편하지만 거동이 힘든 환자, 보호자가 항상 곁에 없는 환자, 스스로의 질병관리의 방법을 모르는 환자들이 스마트 기기만 있으면 이용 가능한 만성질환관리 하이브리드 앱서비스를 제안한다. 제안한 하이브리드 앱서비스는 웹페이지를 이용하여 운영체제에 상관없는 서비스 이용이 가능하도록 연구하였다.

웰빙에 대한 사회의 관심이 증가하고, 노령화 사회로 접어들게 됨에 따라, 유비쿼터스 환경에서 웨어러블 시스템을 위한 다양한 응용들이 개발되고 있다. 사용자의 생체정보를 측정하여 서비스를 제공 할 수 있는 U-헬스캐어 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는, 사용자의 생체정보를 측정할 수 있는 센서, 센서데이터를 처리할 수 있는 미들웨어, 유비쿼터스용 헬스캐어 서비스 등이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 생체정보 인식용 웨어러블 시스템을 위한 유비쿼터스 헬스캐어 서비스를 제안하고자 한다. 유비쿼터스 헬스캐어 서비스는 자가진단서비스, 원격모니터링서비스, 응급관리 서비스 등으로 구성될 수 있으며, 본 논문에서 각각 서비스에 대해 논의해보고 더 나아가 유비쿼터스 헬스캐어 인프라를 고려한 시스템 구현을 하도록 한다.

. 최근 인구구조의 변화는 급속한 노령화로 요약되고, 이에 따라 제기되는 각종 노인문제는 각 부문별로 정책적 대응을 필요로 하고 있음. . 우리나라는 세계적으로 유래를 찾아볼 수 없을 정도의 속도로 노인인구가 급속하게 증가하는 가운데, 전통적으로 가족을 중심으로 하는 사적 영역에서 담당해오던 노인 부양기능이 약화되고 있으며, 낮은 출산율로 인해 청장년층의 노인부양 부담이 점차 더욱 커질 것으로 전망됨. - 특히 노년기의 보건학적 특성으로 인하여 보건 분야의 주요 현안들을 야기하고 있는데, 노인인구는 보건의료서비스에 대한 수요가 높은 집단으로 1인당 보건의료비용 또한 가장 높은 집단일 뿐만 아니라, 노인의 건강문제는 보건의료서비스 이외에 건강문제로 파생되는 다양한 사회적 서비스와 연계되어 있음. - ­이러한 사실은 한편으로는 우리 사회가 향후 노인의 건강문제로 인해 발생하는 높은 비용과 부담을 지게 될 것이라는 사실을 의미함과 동시에 다른 한편으로는 이에 대한 대책을 시급히 마련해야 한다는 것을 의미함. 노령화 사회와 함께 대두된 골다공증을 가정에서 저렴하고도 손쉽게 조기 진단할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 네트워크 기반 골다공증을 손쉽게 진단하기 위해 관련 단백질을 추출하고 네트워크로부터 핵심 모듈을 찾아 조기 진단키트의 타깃을 제공하고자 하였다. 먼저 골다공증 관련 유전자를 OMIM database로부터 추출하고 HPRD로부터 단백질 상호작용 정보를 추가하여 골다공증 관련 단백질 네트워크(1,594 노드 및 2,160 링크)를 구축하였다. 네트워크상 Degree가 높은 단백질을 선별하고, 복잡한 네트워크를 단순화하는 알고리즘인 MCODE를 사용하여 핵심 모듈을 추출하여 핵심 단백질을 확보하였다. 또한 네트워크 자체를 KEGG PATHWAY에 적용시켜 골다공증 관련 단백질의 경로 중심의 핵심단백질을 추출하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 비교하여 공통적으로 나타나는 핵심 단백질을 타깃으로 골다공증을 손쉽고 간편하게 조기 진단할 수 있는 실마리를 제공하고자 한다.

Number of elderly, above 65 years old are 3,384,576 in korea on AD2000. Half of them will be have an experiencing in fall and decreasing of balance performance from musculoskeletal problems. Muscle strengthening exercise, empty hand gymnastics, gait training, rhythmic gymnastics are improved increasing of balance performance and prevent fall. Regular exercise program will make improve the balance performance and prevent fall. The exercise program have to perform continually that intensity and frequency will be once in day or 3-4 times in a week. Intensity and frequency of the exercise program start with low intensity and low frequency and gradually increasing of the intensity and frequency.

유엔의 통계에 의하면, 2020 년에 전세계 60 세이상의 인구는 10 억까지 달성하고, 2050 년, 전세계에 20 억 가까운 노인 인구가 생존하게 됩니다. 끊임없이 증가되는 세계의 노령화 문제 때문에, 혼자 생활하는 독거 노인은 끊임없이 증가하고, 동시에 노인들의 순환기질환 관련 위험성은 증대하고 있다. 따라서 본 디자인연구는 이러한 노인들의 문제를 해결하기 위해 외형은 손목 시계와 같이 손목에 차는 형태로 연구되었으며, 심장과 혈압 항상 검사 측정하는 기능이 있어서, 그 수치가 안전을 위협하고 있을 때, 119 나 친척들 또는 담당의사에게 전화로 응급처리를 요청하게 되고, GPRS 는 스스로 작동, 병원에 응급조치와 함께 가장 짧은 시간에 도착할 수 있도록 것을 한다. 동시에 제품에는 환자의 진료카드가 있어 담당의사가 아니라도 진료를 할 수 있도록 하는 기능을 가진 기기에 대하여 연구하였다. 이러한 기기가 노인들에게 사용되기 위해서는 노인의 특성을 고려한 특징적인 연구가 필요하며, 노인의 감성에 맞는 기기의 특성을 파악 적용하는 문제를 연구하였다.

Recently, with the remarkable increase in elderly persons and improvement of skin care technique, the requirements of customer for anti-aging care have become very important. Also, after cosmeceutical-product law was done in 2001, the major interesting field in cosmetic industry has been focused to developing anti-aging materials having safety and efficacy by basic science. In this review, we ill introduce the trend of anti-aging research and materials to prevent wrinkle or improve elasticity of skin.
