일반적으로 노동시장은 노동자와 고용주들로 구성되며, 이들은 복잡한 상호작용을 통해 노사관계를 형성한다 본 논문에서는 진화 에이전트들로 구성된 노동시장 모델 상에서 노동자들 또는 고용주들 사이에서 형성될 수 있는 전략적 연합을 적용하여 노동자와 고용주의 수적인 비율로 표현할 수 있는 직업밀집도와 직업집중도에 따른 행동 특성을 분석한다. 전략적 연합은 다중에이전트 환경에서 상호간의 이득을 보장하는 효과적인 방법이 될 수 있다. 진화 노동시장에서 노동자와 고용주들은 집단 내에서 자율적으로 연합을 형성하며 죄수의 딜레마게임으로 진행되는 거래에 참여한다. 실험결과, 에이전트들의 행동이 직업밀집도와 직업집중도에 따라 다르게 나타나며, 특히 전략적 연합이 허용될 경우 노동자와 고용주들이 보다 공격적인 형태로 노사거래에 참여함을 보여준다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the perverted labors of online newspapers' editors in Korea. Online newspaper editors' works were be influenced directly and indirectly by the printed newspaper, the parent company of online newspaper. Their labor conditions were poorer than online newspaper editors'. And online newspapers' editors didn't have status as professionals. They set a premium on Internet traffics on their works. For online newspaper editors' normal labor conditions, the most practical measure was to normalize the editorial system of online newspapers. How to raise the status of online newspaper editors was to secure the online newspapers' editorial right. And to conclude, to improve the quality of online journalism in Korea, the most urgent issue is to improve online newspaper editors' professionalism.

The development of digital technology has given rise to a new service model: self-service. This model introduces the concept of "digital shadow work", in which consumers conduct unpaid behind-the-scenes digital tasks instead of employees. While consumers are engaging in increasingly more digital shadow work in self-service environments, they are unaware of their unpaid labor. This raises concerns about consumer rights and businesses' long-term sustainability and health. This study aims to reveal the psychological awareness factors that influence consumers' decisions to engage in digital shadow work in self-service environments. This exploratory qualitative study utilizes a grounded theory approach and semi-structured interviews to reveal the psychological awareness factors that contribute to consumers' decision to engage in digital shadow work. By revealing the psychological awareness of decision-making factors, this study enhances consumer's understanding and awareness of digital shadow work, which helps increase their awareness of self-protection in the context of self-service technologies. Additionally, understanding consumers' decision-making psychology is crucial for non-face-to-face self-service technology companies and provides a theoretical basis for sustainable and healthy business development.

The main aim of this paper is to contribute to building some strategic foundations for future Korean foreign investors in Cambodia by investigating trends and institutional changes in inward foreign direct investment and working conditions in Cambodia. Rapid increase in labor costs, and investment incentives centering on high-tech industries in China and Vietnam has led to the relocation of labor-intensive industries into low wage countries since the early 2000. As a result, Cambodia has emerged as a new alternative investment region in which enable to off-set existing locational and institutional advantages, so that it has implicated in changes in Asian economic geographies. In addition, the Cambodian government has operated two labor relations projects - Better Factory Cambodia and Labor Dispute Resolution Project - with ILO to improve the working conditions of foreign investment firms. These projects could provide an insight into constructing strategies for foreign investment, and also imply institutional embeddedness in Cambodia.

일반적으로 노동의 주무대인 작업장의 작업환경은 주거실내환경과는 다르다. 작업장에서는 유해물질을 다량으로 사용하거나 농축된 상태로 사용하므로 납과 수은, 카드뮴, 먼지 등 발암물질이나 인체에 유해한 물질에 노출이 용이함으로서 근로자들의 건강을 크게 위협하고 있다(김, 1999). 노동자는 작업환경에서 발암물질과 유해물질이 포함된 각종 먼지를 흡입하기 때문에 폐에 섬유증식을 일으키거나 폐기능을 저하시키는 직업병을 겪기도 한다. (중략)
