Dynamic Nelson-Siegel model is widely used in modeling term structure of interest rates for financial products. In this study, we explain dynamic Nelson-Siegel model from the perspective of the state space model and explore Bayesian approaches that can be applied to that model. By applying SOFR term rate data to the Bayesian dynamic Nelson-Siegel model, we confirm the performance and compare it with other competing models such as Vasicek model, dynamic Nelson-Siegel model based on the frequentist approach, and the two-factor Bayesian dynamic Nelson-Siegel model. We also confirm that the Bayesian dynamic Nelson-Siegel model outperformed its competitors on SOFR term rate data based on RMSE.

In this paper, we test and estimate the stochastic non-fundamental trend in Korean stock market. For this, following Kim (2011), we exploit that the long-run equilibrium stock price may be decomposed into fundamental and stochastic non-fundamental trends (i.e., the sum of dividend innovations and a part that are orthogonal with the dividend innovations) by using the Beveridge-Nelson decomposition and projections. In this VAR construction, there is an error correction mechanism through which stock prices converge to their long-run equilibrium, which also contain the stated stochastic non-fundamental trend as well as fundamental trend. The estimation and test results using yearly data from the Korea (1976-2012) indicated that fluctuations in stock prices during that period can be explained mainly not by the stochastic non-fundamental trend but by the dividend trend. However, during some periods like after Seoul Olympic Games, we may observe the non-fundamental trend affected to the stock price variation.

Fruits of 10 cultivars ('Blue Gold', 'Brigitta', 'Coville', 'Duke', 'Nelson', 'North Blue', 'Rancocas', 'Sierra', Sunrise, and 'Weymouth') of blueberries (Vaccinum corymbosun) were analyzed for characteristics, contents of total phenolic compounds and flavonoids and antioxidant activity in this study. Fruit weights ranged from 0.83 to 1.88 g. Total soluble solids concentration varied from 9.7 in 'Duke' to $16.6^{\circ}Brix$ in 'Sierra' with titratable acidities of 0.94 % in 'Sunrise' and 1.75% in 'Brigitta'. There are relatively high contents in 'North Blue' ($23.75mg\;GAE{\cdot}g^{-1}\;FW$) and low contents in 'Coville' ($17.15mg\;GAE{\cdot}g^{-1}\;FW$) in total phenolic compounds. Contents of total phenolic compounds were high in 'Nelson'($14.1mg\;QE{\cdot}g^{-1}\;FW$) and low in 'Duke' ($10.1mg\;QE{\cdot}g^{-1}\;FW$). Analysis of antioxidant activity of blueberry fruits showed that there were high acitiviites of ABTS+ radical scavenging in 'Rancoccas' (82.2%), 'Bluegold' (79.6%), and 'Nelson' (77.8%), and high activities of DPPH radical scavenging in 'Rancocca' (76.0%), and high in hydroxy radical scavenging in 'Nelson' (73.0%). Quantification analysis method of qualitative data showed that 'Bluegold', 'Nelson', 'Northblue', and 'Rancocas' had high contents of phenol and flavonoid compounds, and activity antioxidants of berries. Blueberry cultivars selected by statistical quantification analysis can be utilized as valuable genetic resources for breeding of blueberry with high antioxidant activities in the future.

전통설화 '심청전'을 현대적 감각으로 재해석한 순수 창작 애니메이션 '왕후심청(Empress Chung)'이 서서히 윤곽을 드러내고 있다. 한국적인 아름다움에 더불어 세계의 보편적인 감각과 기술이 융화된 이 작품은 특히 북한에서 OEM방식으로 제작됐다는 점에서 세간의 관심을 집중시킨 작품이다. 국내에서는 에이콤프로덕션의 대표로 더욱 잘 알려진 넬슨 신 감독이 '가장 한국적인 것이 가장 세계적인 것'이라는 모토를 다시 한번 실현시킨다는 포부로 막바지 작업에 한창인 '왕후심청'을 만나보자.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the phenomenological approaches in Holl's architecture centered on his Nelson-Atkins Art Museum. This study mainly deals with concrete and practical architectural contents based on his recent works rather than existing studies about philosophical point of views to his architecture. Because Holl has had turning point from theoretical research to practical application and development stage. Therefore, this study aims to find out Holl's phenomenological approaches that were different from his early works. Nelson-Atkins art museum shows effect of luminosity as well as inflow of light in the phenomenological experiences of light and space. Holl gave new addition building that he designed contrasts of massing, transparency of material, colors to enhance existence of new building through phenomenological experiences. Narrow and long circulation and various focal points provide multi-view points and overlapped spaces in body experiences As a result, Holl shows shifts from theoretical application to architectural utilization. Nelson-Atkins art museum is important in that this project is one of stating points about this shift.
