The previous studies have investigated the effect of social capital on innovation performance. However, the previous studies investigating the relationship between social capital and innovation performance have assumed a black box in the linkage. According to the knowledge based view, firms with inter-dependent relationship can make innovation through sharing processes of knowledge. In other words, social capital as intangible resource results in knowledge management activities which can increase innovation performance. And increasing innovation can make relationship satisfaction promoting relationship investment gradually. Therefore, research hypotheses are made from social capital to relationship investment. From the empirical results, except for the effect of knowledge sharing on both product innovation and relationship satisfaction, almost all hypotheses are reported to be significant. And product innovation performance positively affects relationship satisfaction, and relationship investment is positively affected by relationship satisfaction. From this study, we can know the importance of knowledge management activities in strategic management view.

This paper aims to explore the characteristics of regional embeddedness of Korean firms in Daren City, China, with special reference to management practices. To achieve this goal, I attempt to analyze the type and structure of the firm, the structure of decision-making, labor practices, and the inter-organizational networks with the government, trade associations and the business supporting agencies. The major purpose of the investment in Daren by Korean firms is to penetrate and expand the local market. In line with this, the structure of decision-making by Korean firms tends to become increasingly autonomous, especially in terms of employment and marketing. However, the decision-making related to finance and accounting tends to be still highly controlled upon the headquarter in Korea. In addition, it is shown that Korean firms make a great effort to sustain the cooperative relationships with the local society and the local government.

With the growing international consensus regarding sustainable development of transportation, the plan of transportation infrastructure needs to meet various requirements toward enhancing environmental conditions. Accordingly, the upcoming long-term plan of high-speed rail network has to be reflecting the sustainability of transportation systems. In this paper, we propose methodologies based on multi-attribute utility theory for determining priorities of sustainable high-speed rail investment. The proposed methodologies identify indicators for sustainable transportation systems such as economic, environmental, social, and transportation-related ones and then, explain the way how to evaluate the overall sustainability by comparing the relative importance among indicators. This will help transportation agencies to prioritize high-speed rail investment toward sustainable transportation systems.

This paper analyses technical and economical conditions which activate the use of mobile communication spectrum not to limit the growth of mobile broadband service because of mobile big data traffic and proposes the method which activate the use of mobile communication spectrum. To activate new mobile communication spectrum the expenditure and income of investment should be balanced. The activation of new mobile communication spectrum to process mobile big data traffic depends on technical and economical conditions, internal and external factors of service provider. The investment expenditure is relate to CAPEX, OPEX which is internal factors of service provider and to spectrum price which is external factor of service. The investment income is relate to tariff system which is internal factors of service provider and to spectrum neutrality which is external factor of service provider. The activation of new mobile communication spectrum can be implemented when the investment expenditure and investment income meet the balance including the spectrum price in the investment expenditure and the tariff system which is able to extend network and the income based on traffic increase by external contents in the investment income.

인터넷 게시판이나 트위터 같은 온라인 매체는 쉬운 접근성과 실시간 특성으로 어떤 사건에 대한 사용자들의 반응이 즉각적으로 나타난다. 또한, 실시간으로 엄청난 양의 데이터가 생성되고 있어 이 데이터를 잘 분석한다면 실제 사회에서 나타나는 다양한 현상들에 대해 파악할 수 있다. 최근 주식 시장에서도 이러한 온라인 데이터들을 분석하여 주가 변동이나 주식 시장 상황을 이해하려는 연구가 시도되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 주식 토론방의 게시물과 주가 사이에 어떤 상관관계가 있는지를 분석하고, 이를 이용한 주식 투자 종목 추천 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 먼저 주가와 주식 토론방 게시물들 사이의 상관관계를 분석하기 위해서 KOSPI200에 속한 회사 중 55개의 회사를 대상으로 주가와 주식 토론방 게시물을 분석하였다. 2008년부터 2013년까지 6년 동안 각 회사의 주가와 게시물의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 개별 주가와 게시물 수 사이에는 특별한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 하지만 주가와 게시물 수의 상관관계가 높을수록 주식 수익률이 높은 경향을 보였다. 이 논문에서는 주가와 게시물 수의 상관관계 정보를 이용한 투자 종목 추천 알고리즘을 제안하였고, 모의투자 실험을 통해 제안 방법의 효율성을 보였다. 2008년 1월부터 2013년 12월까지의 주가와 주식 토론방 데이터를 이용한 모의투자 실험에서 제안 방법으로 구성한 포트폴리오의 1개월 평균 수익률은 약 1.82%로, 주식 네트워크 특성을 이용한 기존 방법보다 약 0.64% 높은 수익률을 보였다. 또한, 마코위츠의 효율적 포트폴리오와 KOSPI200 수익률보다 각각 약 0.85%와 1.48% 높게 나타났다.

As of July, 2009, Chungnam Province get DI (Direct Investment) of 2,502 corporations as the amount of 31 billion US dollars only for 3 years. Especially, Chungnam provincial governor make a excessive performance of 2.5 times comparing to the target number, 1,000 of inviting capital, that is public promise in the election. Now, the amount of inviting foreign capital is 1.2 billion dollars, at the end of this year it might be 1.4 billion dollars just in case of making a success on going negotiations. This outstanding performance comes from governor's leadership and aggressive strategies of well-trained subordinates. Chungnam Province has nation-wide multiple targets focused on interdisciplinary industries including strategic industries of display, auto-parts, steel, and oil-chemistry. Also, it has organic network system based on the very descriptive and accurate informations managing the task force team consisted of 35 competent members. In conclusion, the core competence of inviting foreign capital in a regional government is governor's strong leadership, activated organization consisted of specially well trained subordinates, and predominant differentiated strategies in details.

The TIPS, a representative public-private cooperative project to revitalize the start-up ecosystem, is a government supported policy that promotes successful commercialization through various start-up support for technology-based startups. The purpose of this study is to analyze the investment decision factors of the TIPS program and to derive priorities. In order to achieve the research purpose, first, the investment decision factors were derived through literature analysis, a Delphi surveys were conducted on investors and experts participating in the evaluation of the TIPS program, and an AHP analysis was conducted on 20 VCs to empirically analyze the priority of factors on investment decisions. As a result of the analysis, the importance of critical factors was confirmed in the order of entrepreneurs(team) > market > product/service > finance > network. The importance of detailed factors was found in the order of entrepreneur's reliability and authenticity > market growth and scalability > team members' expertise and capabilities > adequacy of current market size > new market creation. This study presented the capabilities of technology-based startups preparing to participate in the TIPS program by deriving factors that influence investment decisions from an investor's perspective and comparing and analyzing the importance. It is also meaningful that basic data on determinants of private-led investment decision-making were presented to stake-holders such as venture capital, accelerator, and start-up support institutions.

Although the Korean government is making great effort to prevent the redundancy in IT investment and efficiently allocate the IT budget, actual achievements are quite limited because of the variety of IT resources and different architecture description among organizations and projects. Thus, a standardized description model of the system architecture is strongly needed to identify the common resources and improve the efficiency of IT investment. Therefore, in this paper, we have developed the function-network matrix model which can be used as the basic template for a standard for architecture description of e-Government systems. The function-network matrix model integrates the function tiers and the network areas into a single unified framework, which enables the functionality of each component and the flow of information clearly visible. Moreover, we described the architectures of Korean e-government’s citizen service systems using our model, resulting in clear demonstration of the similarities and differences between different systems, and easy identification of the common resources. Using the architecture description model developed in this research, the consolidation of national IT resources can be promoted, and non-expert IT users can easily recognize the architecture of their systems. In addition, more efficient and systematic IT resource management can be achieved using our model.

최근 인터넷 트래픽이 폭증하고 서비스 품질에 대한 요구가 증가함에 따라 백본과 가입자 망에 대하여 집중적인 투자가 이루어져 빠른 속도로 고속화되고 있으나, 메트로 영역에 대한 투자가 상대적으로 적어 메트로 망이 전체 네트워크에서 병목이 되는 결과를 초래하고 있다. 메트로 망을 고속화하기 위해서는 초기 설치비가 저렴하고 확장이 용이하여야 할 뿐만 아니라 사용자가 요구하는 대역폭을 신뢰성있게 제공할 수 있는 망 기술이 요구된다. 이러한 요구에 따라 충분한 대역폭을 저렴하고 신뢰성있게 제공하기 위한 RPR(Resilient Packet Ring) 기술이 제안되어 표준화되고 있다. 본 고에서는 향후 메트로 망의 링 기술로 부각되고 있는 RPR에 대하여 기술적 특징, 표준화 동향 및 적용 방안을 살펴보고 향후 기술을 전망해 본다.

2020년대에는, 7조개의 스마트 디바이스의 급증, 70억의 인구, 새로운 고품질 매체에 대한 요구가 급증하면서, 새로운 이동통신 환경 및 비즈니스 모델의 변화에 대한 선제대응이 필요하고, 현재 셀률라의 1000배의 용량, 사용자당 Gbps 서비스, 그리고 사용자당 1000분의 1의 에너지효율을 높이면서도, 사용자와 인터액션과 감성을 만족시키는 서비스에 대한 선도적인 연구개발이 필요하다. 이를 통해서, 현재 이동 통신 사업자들의 투자 대비 수익 감소에 따른 불합리한 투자 및 수익 구조를 개선할 수 있을 것으로 예상한다. 이러한 기술을 바탕으로 5G 이동통신 네트워크는 Early Adpater 시장뿐 아니라, 보편적 모바일 핵심 인프라기반으로 미래의 사회 문제를 해결하고 지식의 양극화를 적은 비용으로 해소할 수 있어야 하며, 또한 창조지식 국가 실현을 위한 성장엔진으로, 새로운 혁신 산업 및 지식산업의 생태계를 창조함으로서, 산업 육성 패러다임의 역할을 할 수 있어야 한다. 본 고에서는 이동통신 환경 및 서비스 변화를 예측하면서, 5G 이동통신에서 실현해야 할 이동통신 기술의 비젼과 그 추진 전략에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 그 구체적인 추진 전략으로서 국가 정책 및 연구 개발 활성화 방안을 수립하고, 그 실행을 위한 민관 연합의 협력 기구인 5G 포럼의 구성과 역할에 대해서 살펴본다.
