The Organization and Coherence of the Geography Experimental Textbooks in Chinese Senior Secondary Schools (중국의 고급중학교 지리교과서 내용체계와 정합성)

  • The Chinese Geography Standards for Senior Secondary Schools(trial) was released in 2003. The Standards put forward some changes for senior geography education, the changes in geographical education are reflected explicitly and implicitly by the textbooks. The purpose of this descriptive study was to review of the improvement of Chinese senior geography education by analyzing contents organization and coherence of the new standards-based geography experimental textbooks. The results of study are as follows. The textbooks adopts a student-centered approach through the way of 'more chapter topics with slimmed contents' and by introducing four type activities, geographical inquiries. These student activities are implicity encourages students' active acquisition of geographical knowledge what they have learned in their real lives. The organic coherence of the textbooks' contents rests on the compulsory and the elective subject relating to diversification of the learning areas. The organic coherence between the compulsory and the elective subject rests on diversification of the learning areas. More, looking at the arrangement of the four basic concepts(population, resource, environment, sustainable development) among the textbooks, it was imbalanced by subject.

Developing Content System for Home Economics Curriculum in Connection with Education for Sustainable Development(ESD): Focusing on the 'Life Environment and Sustainable Choice' Area (지속가능발전교육(ESD)을 연계한 가정과 교육과정의 내용체계 개발: '생활환경과 지속가능한 선택' 영역)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a content system for the home economics curriculum that integrates Education for Sustainable Development(ESD) and provides basic material for ESD implementation in schools. In view of this, the content elements of the revised home economics curriculum for 2022 were analyzed, and a content system for the home economics curriculum, linked to ESD, was proposed based on the implications drawn from the analysis. The results are as follows. First, the three components of competencies, namely knowledge, values, and skills, were organized equally as a whole. However, the association between the content elements and key competencies in sustainability was found to be insufficient. Consequently, it is proposed that key competencies in sustainability should be cultivated integrally. Second, no content element was identified that can promote social participation. Therefore, it is proposed that solutions should be dealt with at the level of social participation. Third, the connection with Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) was observed in only six of the 28 content elements. Wherever relevant, it is proposed to incorporate key issues related to SDGs. Fourth, the analysis confirmed that only the environmental dimension of sustainable development was considered. Therefore, it is proposed to pursue coexistence based on temporal and spatial relationship and consider the dimensions of environment, society, and economy in an integrated manner.

  • The aim of this study is to reveal the categorizational and classificatory features of the subject-based classification (SBC) as a subject organization system. For this purpose, 12 SBC schemes of public libraries were selected and a comparative analysis was made between the traditional classification system, such as DDC and SBC in terms of the categorizational aspects, and canons for the classification. As a result, there were significant and considerable differences between the two types of classifications. This study concluded that SBC cannot be clearly explained and understood without a consideration of its essential and distinctive characteristics as a classification scheme.

  • This paper has analyzed contents of copyright education in Informatics textbook in middle school curriculum and has proposed ways to enhance copyright education. In this paper, we have analyzed Informatics curriculum, authorized textbook, and teacher's guide book for middle school revised in 2007 and have extracted contents and systems of copyright education in Informatics course. We examined studies on the copyright education and analyzed on the basis of interest, understanding, usage, and practice of copyright. As a result, copyright education has turned out to be focused on 2nd level of information society and information technology. We found that copyright education was necessary both directly and indirectly in various parts and levels in that it is an optional subjects. This paper suggests the possibility of copyright education in Informatics curriculum for middle school and the copyright education is expected to be reinforced.

  • 이 논문에서는 ITU-T E.164 및 AESA ICD/DCC 주소체계 및 형태를 비교분석하고, 공중 ATM 망에서 ITU-T E.164 주소체계외에 AESA ICD, DCC 주소체계를 수용할 경우 E.164 및 AESA ICD/DCC 주소형태(format), AESA ICD/DCC 주소체계를 사용한 망 계획 및 ATM 망에서 이러한 주소체계를 수용하여야 하는 이유를 분석하였다. 그리고 공중망 및 사설망을 포함한 전체 ATM 망에서 AESA ICD/DCC 주소체계를 사용할 경우 AESA ICD/DCC 주소형태(format)에 포함되어야 하는 서브 계위(hierarchy)와 이들을 사용한 망 계획 방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 내용은 AESA ICD 주소체계를 수용할 경우에도 유사하게 적용되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 이 글은 지난 5월 4일 육군이 개최한 비무기체계 발전 세미나에서 발표된 내용으로 21세기 디지털 전장환경에서 요구되는 병사의 타격능력, 지휘/통제, 생존성, 임무지속성 및 기동성 등을 극대화 할 수 있는 병사체계에 대하여 선진국에서의 병사현대화 체계/기술 발전 추세를 분석하였다. 따라서 2025년경 실현될 체계개념과 전투원의 전쟁에서의 운영개념을 예측하고 병사체계와 관련 소요기술 및 핵심기술을 식별하며, 한국적 개념에 부합하는 독자적인 모델을 단계적으로 정립하고, 국내에서 개발 할 수 있는 첨단 센서 등 핵심기술과 한국적 병사체계에 대한 개방 방안을 제시하였다.

  • This article focuses on the period from the beginning of Twentieth, the period commonly regarded as the Enlightenment Period in Korea. Questioning Daehan-Sin-Gygi( 問答大韓新地誌) textbook consists of contents of physical geography aimed at rational and objective perception of the nature, within the frame of Sirak(實學) and Progressive Thoughts. In terms of contents organization, there are too wide range of facts and knowledge covered, with mechanical imitation of statement style of systematic and regional approach. Particularly, Geography textbook in this period attached greater importance to contents of physical geography than any other times. It is possible to conclude that real outcomes of geography education at the time contributed significantly to enlightenment of people and integration of the society. I consider that statement style of question-response used at the time is very worth-while.

우리나라 보건의료 정보체계와 정보화사업의 현황 및 문제

  • 국가 보건의료체계(health care system)가 올바르게 기능하기 위해서는 의료체계를 구성하는 각 요소들간의 유기적인 상호 작용이 대단히 중요하다. 정보체계는 이러한 유기적인 상호 작용을 위해 보건의료체계의 각 영역에서 꼭 필요한 시스템이다. 보건의료 서비스를 효율적으로 생산하기 위해서 투입하는 자원의 개발과 배치 체계는 물론 생산된 보건의료 서비스를 소비자가 효과적으로 이용할 수 있도록 하는 서비스 전달체계(delivery system)의 전과정에서 보건의료정보체계는 중요한 인프라가 되고 있다. 정보체계는 궁극적으로 보건의료체계가 지향하는 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 짜여져야 한다. 다시 말해, 의료체계의 각 하부영역에서 의료이용의 접근성(accessibility), 형평성(equity), 서비스의 의과학적 질(scientific technical quality), 포괄성(comprehensiveness) 등 보건의료체계가 추구하는 가치를 정보체계에서도 그대로 담아 낼 수 있어야 한다. 또한 정보체계를 구축하기 위한 요건으로 각 사업 영역별 표준화, 사업 영역간의 상호관계, 공공과 민간의 역할 분담, 정보 관련 시선과 인력, 정보기술 등의 인프라, 각 사업 영역별 정보화에서 담아야 할 정보 내용(contents, DB) 등에 대한 사전 기획이 수립되어야 한다. 그 동안 보건의료분야의 정보화사업은 1996년부터 보건소기관의 행정, 진료, 보건 업무지원을 위한 보건소정보화사업과, 1995년부터 초고속공공응용서비스 사업의 일환으로 추진해 온 전염병, 혈액유통, 장기이식, 외래진료예약, 원격진료, 응급의료, 원격치매진료 시스템 구축사업 등이 있으며, 응급의료, 혈액관리, 장기이식, 전염병정보, 외래진료예약시스템을 통합한 보건의료정보통합서비스시스템(1998년) 구축사업 등이 있었다. 이러한 사업들에 대해 현재 평가되고 있는 문제점들로는 정보화 사업에 대한 전략과 비젼이 부재한 상태에서 지나치게 정보기술 중심으로 추진되다 보니 보건의료 정보의 공유나 활용이 전혀 이루어지지 않거나 매우 제한적이었고, 시범사업의 경우는 초기 사업을 추진하기 위한 주체가 명확하지 않았고, 관련 인력의 훈련과 양성이 안 되었으며, 사업 확대를 위한 법적 기반의 취약, 정보화 사업이 부실한 데 대한 평가 기준과 대안 제시 등이 매우 취약한 것이 문제점으로 나타났다. 특히, 정보 내용과 DB 구축을 위한 표준화 등에 대한 사전 설계 부재는 개발된 정보시스템의 운영을 결정적으로 어렵게 만든 요인이 되고 있다. 전반적으로 기존의 정보화사업은 사업 추진을 위해서 꼭 필요한 비젼 수립, 비젼에 따른 목표 설정, 전략 개발, 관리체계 구축, 운영방안 수립 등 단계적인 정보화 계획이 부재한 것으로 평가되고 있어 보건의료정보체계 구축을 위한 종합 비젼 기획(ISP)이 시급한 실정이다.

  • The importance of information education is recognized at home and abroad, and education policies are changing in the direction of expanding informatics education. Therefore, in this study, an elementary school information curriculum content system was developed by forming an expert group consisting of professors at the University of Education and the College of Education working in the Department of Computer Education and elementary and secondary information teachers with experience in curriculum development. Specifically, a content system was developed for the area of elementary school information education with linkage and hierarchy with the secondary information curriculum in the 2022 revised curriculum, core ideas for each area, content elements for each area, and instructional content for each grade level. Through this study, connectivity was secured in information education in elementary and secondary schools, and it is meaningful that the content elements of digital literacy were included in each content area. It is expected that the content system of the elementary school information curriculum proposed in this study will be helpful as a basic data for the development of certified textbooks and independence of information subjects in the future.
