This study aimed to examine the impact of internal communication(IC) on collaborative performance(CP) and organizational effectiveness(OE), and the moderating effect of online communication tools. First, IE and RS, ISI, RS, and COMN had a significant impact on ISI, Perf, respectively. The all factors of CP affected JS and OC. Second, IE, COMN, and RS influenced OC through CC and Perf. Third, online cooperative tools for collaboration have been moderated between RS and ISI, CoW and CC, IE and Perf, Perf and JS, repectively- IE(Infromation Exchange), CoW(Collaboration Work), Communication(COMN), Relationship(RS), Information Sharing Intention(ISI), CC(Collaboration Culture), Perf(Performance), JS(job satisfactino), and OC(Organization Commiment). These results could provide one implication for the establishment and utilization of online communication collaboration tools that take into account internal communication components within the organization.

This research focuses on the university-business incubation from the prospective of triple helix and summarizes complementary researches and develop plans for university-business incubation. To pursue these objectives, we analyzed the studies of triple helix on domestic as well as overseas university-business incubators and their collaboration. The findings of this study showed that firstly In order to innovate the business incubator of the university, it is necessary to secure sufficient competence for the capability. For this purpose, Research and policy implications from various perspectives must be preceded.. Second, the collaborative relationship of business incubations should lead to organic and dynamic cooperative relations instead of static cooperative partnerships. Furthermore, based on the internal innovation that runs the business incubation program together with bottom-up rather than top-down approach, it is necessary to plan incubation and lead the transformation through creative ideas. Third, for the dynamic collaboration of business incubation, the management and practice of the organization should be given priority so that the boundary spanning appropriate to each situation, which turn increase the absorption capacity. As a future direction, studies are expected to explore the development of innovative university-business incubation about boundary spanning and knowledge transformation.

The positive changes in urban space and urban activities resulting from the urban services provided by Smart City is not accomplished by simply creating the physical environment built on ICT but through the cooperation and participation of citizens and private sector, which is in fact key to success. In this study, this research analyzed the role and structure of smart governance, which is a system of horizontal cooperation between public and private sector, and analyze its role in developing Smart City. The study also proposes various ways to facilitate such development in each of critical categories. For this purpose, this research studied 228 smart services across 11 categories registered in the Ministry of Land and Transport in Korea to analyze the spatial distribution of smart services by spatial hierarchy and their characteristics Also, the research conducted a case study of MetroGIS, which is an information collaboration governance system for the greater area of Minneapolis and St. Paul in the state of Minnesota, United States, to explore how governance is formed; its organizational structure; the role of sub-level organization hierarchy and their interrelationship. The results of the analysis suggest that the following conditions are required to create a smart city: first, public sector resource assistance for building community; second, enhanced communication system within the community and with outside the community; securing financial stability and establishing a model of sustainable development to induce the community to evolve into a governance form.

As the effective use and strong protection of an organization's information resources are recognized as a condition for the growth of an organization, they are increasing technological and policy investments in IS(information security). However, information exposure can occur from external invasions such as hacking and incidents related to misuse and abuse by insiders. This study proposes a mechanism that considers the organizational environment and individual characteristics from the viewpoint of promoting employees' IS participation activities. In other words, the study presents the complex effects of organizational environmental factors (ethical leadership, IS collaborative communication) and personal factors (person-organization fit) on organization trust and IS voice behavior. We surveyed office workers who asked for IS-related business activities and tested hypotheses using 422 samples. As a result, ethical leadership influenced organization trust through collaborative communication, and organization trust strengthened IS voice behavior by having an interaction effect with person-organization fit. This study suggests direction for establishing an organizational environment for promoting IS-related activities by office workers, so it provides practical implications for organizations with goals related to internal information exposure control.

21세기에 접어들면서 기업의 경영환경은 급속한 속도로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 급격한 환경변화 속에서 기업이 핵심역량에 집중하고 기업의 경쟁력을 극대화하기 위해 기업의 정보관련 시스템 및 어플리케이션을 아웃소싱하기 위해 사용하는 개념이 ASP 서비스이다. ASP 서비스는 기업내부에 정보시스템 전담 조직을 갖추지 않고서도 각종 소프트웨어를 저렴한 값에 사용할 수 있고, 기업 자체의 전산시스템 및 운영 전담인력이 필요없으며, 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어를 구입할 필요성이 없는 등 여러 가지 이점을 가지고 있어 최근들어 기업들로 하여금 큰 논의와 함께 많은 투자가 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 ASP 서비스의 개념이 비교적 최근에 등장한 개념이기 때문에 관련 연구들이 개념정립이나 도입 의사결정 요인에 관한 연구에 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 배경하에서 본 연구는 첫째, ASP 서비스에 대한 체계적인 연구를 통해 ASP 서비스의 개념에 대한 명확한 이해를 제공하고, 기업의 정보화 추진 방법으로서 ASP 서비스가 가지는 가능성을 분석해 보고 둘째, 기업이 ASP 서비스를 도입하고 운영함에 있어서 성공적인 수행에 어떠한 요인들이 중요한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보기 위해 개념적인 모형을 도출해 보고자 한다.

지리정보 시스템에 기반한 응용 시스템 개발에 있어 필수적인 기능으로 지도작성, 데이타 관리, 해석 기능 외에 지식 표현 및 추론 기능을 들 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 지식베이스 관리 및 연역 추론 기능을 갖는 지식기반 지리정보 시스템의 개발과 연역 기능을 활용한 시스템 기능 확장에 대하여 논한다. 본 시스템에서는 사용자 인터페이스(Visual Basic), 지리정보 시스템(ArcView, ArcInfo), 추론 시스템(Eclipse)을 상호 밀결합 방식으로 결합, 구현하였으며, 각 서브 시스템은 서로 중간 파일 시스템의 사용없이 데이타 및 명령어의 전송 및 공유가 가능하다. 또한 사용자는 사용자 인터페이스를 통하여 개개의 서브 시스템을 인식하지 않고 단일화된 환경하의 작업이 가능하다. 시스템의 연역 기능은 일반적으로 거론되는 지식베이스 관리, 의사결정 지원 기능 외에도 사용자 환경개선, 복합 공간 객체의 표현, 공간질의 연산자 구현 등의 시스템 기능 확장에 활용될 수 있다. 특히 본 시스템에서는 사용자 환경 개선에 초점을 맞추어 사용자가 정보의 내부 구조나 문제 영역, 명령어 사용 방법 등을 잘 알지 못하더라도 유용한 정보를 얻도록 지원, 유도하는 협력질의 응답 기능과 명령어 자동 생성 기능을 제공한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 이들 방식을 이용한 두가지 응용 시스템(여행정보 시스템, 환경관리 시스템)의 구현 예를 들어 본 시스템의 실용성과 유용성을 보인다.

급속하게 변화하는 현대적 경영 환경속에서 Web 기반 정보기술은 시장에 용이한 접근을 제공하고, 상품의 차별화를 창출하며, 비용 효율성을 제고하고, 또한 너무 비용이 많이 들어 엄두를 내지 못할 정도의 전환 비용 때문에 동업자나 고객들 간의 의존성을 증가 시킴으로써 기업의 경쟁우위를 성취하는데 적극 활용되고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 기존 정보시스템의 전략적 활용에 관한 연구는 기업 내부 프로세스의 통합을 통한 경영력 제고에 치중되는 경향을 보여왔으며 협력사간의 조직간 정보교류를 위한 정보인프라의 구축과 같은 조직간 정보시스템의 전략적 활용에 관한 연구는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는(1)포터91985)의 가치체인과 가치시스템 개념을 정보기술의 가치활동에서의 연계강도와 형태에 따라 분류하여 분석모형을 설정하고, (2) 경영전략의 운용과 혁신사이에서 다리를 놓아주는 학습도구로써 정보시스템 역할을 조직내 /외적인 정보 공유의 형태와 프로세스의 통합유형에 따라 정보시스템을 분류함으로써 (3) 각 부류에 속한 Web 기반 정보시스템의 전략적 의미를 사례연구를 통하여 재조명하는데 그 목적을 두었다.

공급망관리(SCM:Supply Chain Management)는 자신의 비즈니스를 개선하고자 노력하는 대부분의 기업들에게 있어서 핵심 목표가 되고 있다. 공급망최적화(SCO:Supply Chain Optimization)는 이러한 개선 노력의 중심 목표로서 등장했으며, 보다 높은 수준의 고객 만족을 제공하기 위해, 공급망 구성원들이 최상의 업무 수행 사례를 공유하여 공급망 상호작용의 최저 원가와 최고 효율 시스템을 개발하기 위한 조직화 된 노력을 의미한다. 이러한 공급망에서 성과를 내기 위해서는 각 구성 요소들 사이의 조정과 협력이 필요하다. 그러나 기업내부와 기업외부의 환경의 동적인 면으로 인해 이러한 조정에 어려움이 있다. 예를 들면 공급업체로부터 원자재 도착시간의 지연, 생산 설비의 고장, 작업자의 질병, 고객의 주문에 대한 취소 및 변경을 계획의 변화를 유발시킨다. 몇 가지의 경우에는 지엽적으로 다루어 질 수 있지만 대부분의 경우는 공급망의 여러 기능들 사이에서 다루어져야만 한다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 각 프로세스를 최적화시키기 위해 에이전트를 이용한 e-SCM 프레임워크를 구축하고, 시뮬레이션 기법을 통해 그에 따른 성과를 제시한다.

올해(2004년) 연말로 예정된 남북철도 연결이 동북아 지역의 물적교류에 미칠 영향에 관한 연구는 TSR, TCR. TMGR, TMR에 관한 연구와 함께 국내에 이미 상당한 수준 축척 되었지만 물적교류와 함께 동북아 교류협력에 또 한축을 이루고 있는 인적교류 즉 여객수송에 관한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 인구가 조밀하고 경제성장속도가 빠른 서울↔북경 축에 국제 여객열차를 운행할 경우를 가정하여 기존의 항공$.$해운에서 철도로의 수요 전환량을 실제 설문조사를 통하여 구하고 이를 수송할 열차운행 계획을 세운다. 나아가 국제 여객열차 운영자의 입장에서 예상수입 및 비용을 현실성 있게 분석하고 수익성 여부도 유동성, 순현재 가치, 내부수익율 세가지로 검토하여 한$.$중간 국제 여객열차 운행의 가능성을 검증한다.

점차 심화되고 있는 북한의 에너지 위기는 북한 사회이 경제적 측면뿐만 아니라 사회 및 정치, 나아가서는 국제 사회에서의 북한의 외교정책에까지 영향을 미치는 것은 물론 남한의 군사적, 정치적 위협 요인이 되고 있다. 북한의 에너지난 타개를 위해 여러 회담의 주요 사안으로 에너지 지원을 요구하고 있으며, 내부적으로는 에너지 공급 제한 등의 정책을 시행하고 있으나 이는 미봉책에 불과하다. KEDO 중단으로 북한의 장기적 에너지 지원 노력이 중단되었으며, 중유 지원 등의 방식은 일시적인 수준에서 그치게 될 것 이다. 본 연구에서는 북한의 에너지난을 타개하고 이를 통하여 사회 경제 전반의 안정화에 기여할 수 있는 대북 에너지 지원 방안을 모색하고자 한다.
