본 연구는 시간에 따라 정보비대칭의 정도가 변동할 때의 역선택모형을 이용하여 우리나라 주식시장에서 기업의 유상증자의 시기가 주가에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 먼저 재무제표 등의 내부정보가 일반투자자에게 공시된 직후에는 다른 시점에서 보다 많은 유상증자공시를 확인할 수 있었으며, 유상증자공시 직전에는 다른 기간에서 보다 좋은 내부정보가 공시된다는 사실을 확인하였다. 그리고 유상증자공시에 따른 주가반응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위하여 가격압박가설, 레버리지가설, 정보가설 둥에서 제시한 변수를 이용하여 분석한 결과 유상증자공시일에서는 시장상황과 유상증자공시시기 등이 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 점을 확인하였고, 배정기준일에서는 시장상황, 레버리지변동, 기업자산의 가치에 대한 불확실성 등이 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 점을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 어떤 조직 내에서의 네트워크를 내부 네트워크와 외부 네트워크로 구분하고, 이들에 각각의 서버를 할당하여 분산된 서비스를 제공하는 환경을 대상으로 한다. 각 서버의 특성에 맞게 TCP Parameter 중의 하나인 Window Size를 설정하여 내부 네트워크의 성능 향상을 시도하였다. 외부 네트워크에서는 Window Size 가 큰 영향을 미치지 못하나 내부 네트워크에서는 Window Size 에 따라서 처리율(Throughput)이 크게 달라진다. 본 연구에서는 Window Size 의 조절을 통해서 내부 네트워크의 처리율(throughput) 변화를 NS-2 를 사용하여 시뮬레이션 해 보고 그 결과를 비교하여 내부 네트워크의 성능 향상을 확인하고자 한다.

현재까지 e-비즈니스와 관련된 많은 자료들과 솔루션들이 발표되었지만 기업을 위한 e-비즈니스 환경에 IT 기술을 접목시켜 기업의 내부의 IT 기술과 솔루션에 대한 연구가 활발하지 않은 듯 하다. e-비즈니스의 유형은 기업과 고객(B2C), 기업과 기업(B2B), 국가와 기업(G2B), 국가와 국가(G2G) 등으로 세분화 할 수 있으나, 가장 중심적 역할을 하는 주체는 기업 조직이라고 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 많은 e-비즈니스의 구현 기반 기술 중에서 기업 내부 측면의 e-비즈니스 구현 기반기술과 관련된 IT 기술들은 전사적 자원관리를 위한 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)와 지식 기반의 정보 분석을 위한 DW/CRM(Data Warehouse/ Customer Relationship Management), 기업내부의 정보 통로인 EIP(Enterprise Information Portal}, 기업내부의 이기종 어플리케이션간의 통합을 위한 EAI(Enterprise Application Integration)와 경영층의 전략적인 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 SEM(Strategy Executive Management), 확장 ERP 개념인 SCM(Supply Chain Management) 기술에 대한 개념적 이해와 기업내부의 e-비즈니스 환경을 위한 적용방안을 밝히고 각 IT별 솔루션의 분류함에 의해 기업의 e-비즈니스 시스템의 구현 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 워크플로우 시스템의 엔진 컴포넌트들 간에 이루어지는 내부 통신 메커니즘에 대해 기술한다. 워크플로우 엔진의 내부 통신 메커니즘을 구현하는 방법은 동기적 매커니즘과 비동기적 메커니즘으로 나뉘어진다. 본 논문에서 제안하고 있는 e-Chautauqua 워크플로우 관리 시스템에서는 비동기적 메커니즘을 토대로 하여 엔진 컴포넌트들의 내부 통신 처리를 구현한다. 이러한 엔진 내부 통신의 성능 향상을 위해 비동기 메시징 방식을 기반으로 하는 EJB 메시지 빈(Message-Driven Bean)을 사용하여 설계한다. 또한 엔진 컴포넌트들 간의 내부 통신시에 사용되는 송수신 메시지를 구조적인 유연성과 확장성을 지닌 XML로 설계함으로서 엔진 컴포넌트들간의 내부 통신을 보다 효율적으로 이루어지도록 설계한다.

본 논문에서는 내부마케팅의 실행요인 및 개인의 행동과 업무 수행수준에 영향을 미치는 심리적 변인인 자기효능감을 살펴보고, 내부마케팅과 자기효능감이 기업의 조직 구성원들의 행동을 유도하여 조직몰입과 직무만족에 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 실증적으로 확인하기 위한 구체적인 평가의 방법으로는 수집된 자료를 SPSS21.0 및 AMOS21.0을 이용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 기업의 내부마케팅 활동과 자기효능감은 심리적 영향에 따라 조직 구성원들의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 내부 직원들의 업무 지향적 태도 형성을 위해 조직의 방침과 목적달성을 공유하기 위한 기업의 역량강화 활동과 조직 구성원들의 심리적 관리가 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

We examined the impact of CEO's insiderness on innovation performance. Our results using U.S. patent data revealed that insider CEO shows higher innovation performance than outsider CEO. Also, level of CEO's insiderness had positive impact on innovation performance. Further analysis has shown that relationship between level of CEO's insiderness and innovation performance is more evident in high-tech industry compared to non-high-tech industry. These findings are expected to provide implications for a company's choice of the next CEO.

Network Access Control system of medical asset protection solutions that installation and operation on system and network to provide a process that to access internal network after verifying the safety of information communication devices. However, there are still the internal medical-data leakage threats due to spoof of authorized devices and unauthorized using of users are away hours. In this paper, Network 2-Factor Access Control Model proposed for prevention the medical-data leakage by improving the current Network Access Control system. The proposed Network 2-Factor Access Control Model allowed to access the internal network only actual users located in specific place within the organization and used authorized devices. Therefore, the proposed model to provide a safety medical asset environment that protecting medical-data by blocking unauthorized access to the internal network and unnecessary internet access of authorized users and devices.

The rapid development of information technology and emergence of the internet have created a borderless business environment and intensified market competition. Riding on the globalization trend, companies have been gradually leveraging information technology in order to shorten their manufacturing processes, enhance productivity with lower costs and prompt delivery to meet the customers' needs. To achieve these targets and maintain competitive advantage, companies have been introducing enterprise resource planning (ERP). This study distributed and collects the questionnaire which is suitable for the research goals during 25 days from march 12th, 2012, to April 6th, 2012. Totally 226 employees answer the questionnaires by the method of direct visiting interview. The results are as follows; In the relationship between management performance and ERP-introducing factors, the moderating effect of internal performance has significant influence by statistical analysis. Our findings suggest that a better understanding of the contribution of ERP systems to business performance and introducing ERP system.

객체기반 영상분류를 위한 영상분할에 있어서 중요한 요소로는 분할축척(Scale), 분광 정보(Color), 공간 정보(Shape) 등이 있으며 공간 정보에 해당하는 공간 변수는 평활도(Smoothness)와 조밀도(Compactness)가 있다. 이들 가중치의 선택이 최종적으로 객체기반 영상분류의 결과를 좌우하게 된다. 본 연구는 객체기반 영상분류의 준비 과정이라 할 수 있는 영상분할에 있어서 다양한 가중치를 적용을 통하여 영상을 분할하였다. 영상분할을 위해 적용한 가중치는 10, 20, 30의 분할축척(Scale)과 분광 정보(Color)와 공간 정보(Shape)간의 가중치 조합, 공간 변수인 평활도(Smoothness)와 조밀도(Compactness)간의 가중치 조합을 사용하였다. 각 가중치 조합을 통하여 분할된 영상의 분석은 Moran's I 와 객체 내부 분산(Intrasegment Variance)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 각 객체간의 상관관계 분석을 위하여 Moran's I를 계산하였으며 분류된 지역의 동질성을 분석하기 위하여 객체 면적을 고려한 객체 내부 분산(Intrasegment Variance)값을 계산하였다. Moran's I 가 낮은 값을 가질수록 객체 간의 공간상관관계가 낮아지므로 이웃 객체간의 이질성은 높아지며 객체 내부 분산(Intrasegment Variance)이 낮은 값을 가질수록 지역간의 동질성은 높아지게 된다. Moran's I 와 객체 내부 분산(Intrasegment Variance)의 조합을 통하여 객체기반 영상분류 시 가장 높은 분류 정확도가 예상되는 밴드별 영상분할 가중치를 얻을 수 있다.

It has been only few years that various contents information subject for information processing system has been remarkably increased in online. If we say the year 2000 is the technology based year when deluge of information and data such as real time sharing, the time since after 2000 until 2011 has been a period plentiful of application based functions and solutions. Also, as the applicable range of these information process systems extends, individual information effluence has been social issues twice in 2009 and 2010. Thus now there are continuous efforts made to develop technologies to secure and protect information. However, the range problem has been extended from the illegal access from outside to the legal access from internal user and damages by agents hidden in internal information process system and client system. Therefore, this study discusses the necessity for the studies on efficiency based information security by control of access to internal information and authority setting for administrator and internal users. Based on the result of this study, it provides data that can be used from SOHO class network to large scale for information security method.
