남북의 상호이해, 신뢰회복, 이질감 완화를 위해 대내외적 정치적인 변수에 상관없이 남북방송교류는 지속되어야 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 사회문화적, 단발적인 남북방송교류를 비정치적인 분야인 방송기술협력을 기반으로 한 장기적이고 지속적인 프로젝트형 남북방송교류로 전환하는 하는 것이 필요하다. 본고는 평화공존과 협력이라는 방향성 아래 남북이 상생할 수 있는 효과적인 방송기술협력 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

북한의 정보화 추진은 나름대로 많은 노력을 기울이고 있지만 아직은 미흡한 실정이다. 북한의 정보화를 구현하기 위해서는 많은 인프라 즉 기술과 산업이 필요한데 이러한 기술은 북한 독자적으로 개발하기 보다는 남북교류 또는 국제교류를 병행해야 할 것이다.

남북한 천문분야 과학기술협력을 위한 천문분야 활성화 및 협력 방안 연구를 수행하고 있다. 천문학은 과학기술분야 중 남북한 상호 신뢰구축과 민족 동질성 회복에 기여할 수 있는 순수 기초학문으로, 이 과제를 통해 단절된 남북한 천문분야 활성화 및 협력을 기대하고 있다. 또한 통일 후 남북한 천문학 공동 연구를 위한 토대를 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위해 북한의 천문학 연구 인력, 관측기기, 연구 활동 등 인프라를 조사하고 북한 천문학자와의 교류를 위한 접근 방안, 남북한 교류 가능한 천문분야 발굴, 남북한 천문학자 교류를 위한 국제협력 루트를 개발하고자 한다. 분단 후 현재까지 남북 교류의 단절로 북한 천문학자와의 교류는 전무한 실정으로 많은 어려움이 예상되나 중국, 몽골, 스웨덴, 네덜란드 등 국제협력을 통한 네트워크를 마련하여 남북 천문분야 협력방안 및 활성화를 위한 기반을 구축하고자 한다.

Non-ideological information exchange and cooperation based on the scholarly and cultural fields would be the most effective project of south and north Korea for gaining the national homogeneity and trust in the long-term perspective. In this context, this study researched the measures on cultural exchange and cooperation between south and north through national libraries for the unified Korea. Related with that issue, this study analyzed function and limitation of national library in north Korea and evaluated library cooperation between south and north Korea in the frame of cultural cooperation project. So, this study suggested the stepwise model of the library cooperation between south and north based on the five practical measures including the cooperation governance system.

The 2032 South-North Joint Olympics is an agreement between the two Koreas. Through this, various efforts are needed to improve new inter-Korean relations and co-prosperity on the Korean Peninsula. The purpose of this study is to proceed with the 203 South-North Joint Olympics. This study was developed by literature reserch methods. The result of this study are as follows. First, Seoul-Pyongyang soccer exchange game will be promoted. Second, the International Peace Cup a relay race(Marathon) will be held. Third, Korea Peace Cup International Table Tennis Championships will be held. Fourth, I propose holding the Korea Sports Science Forum. Fifth, about 16-17 events are propose for North Korea to host the 2032 South-North Joint Olympics. Sixth, the decision to host the 2032 Summer Olympics is expected in 2022 or 2023. Seventh, it is necessary to promote the Inter-Korean Social Association cultural Exchange and Cooperation Committee or the Special Committee for the Promotion of the Inter-Korea Sports Exchange and Cooperation. Eighth, it is necessary to implement a five-year plan to promote Inter-Korea sports Exchange Cooperation or a five-year plan for Inter-Korea sports Exchange and Cooperation. Ninth, the North Korea player registration system will be promote to the South Korean K-1 League. Ten, suggest sports exchange and cooperation ahead of time. Eleventh, train experts on North Korean sports or exchange and cooperation. Finally, the South-North Korea sports exchange Agreement will be promoted. It also promotes the Inter-Korea sports Exchange and Cooperation Support Act.

The Exchange-cooperation of the Korean peninsula on the Internet contains the possibility that forms the basic of the South-North relationship to meet the Age of information. the Exchange-cooperation on the Internet will make a contributes to the frame of mutual cooperation in the two nations as solving the inconvenience, which might follow the direct contact between them, and cutting down on expenses. Focusing on the Internet, especially Software and Communication service in the Information and Communication sector. This paper presents the Establishment scheme of Cyber network for obtaining mutual cooperation on the Korean peninsula.

북한은 최근 공산주의의 몰락과 동구의 자유화로 인한 전한기를 맞아 북한의 내분적 모순과 침체된 경제현실을 극복하기위하여 과학기술개발에 큰 비중을 두고 있다. 따라서 지금까지 폐쇄적이던 북한의 과학기술정책이 점차 개방화하려는 움직임과 변화가 크게 나타나고 있어 남북과학기술교류의 가능성이 그 어느때 보다도 고조되고 있다. 차제에 과총은 지난 11월 14일 서울교육문화회관에서 북한의 과학기술과 남북교류를 주제로한 심포지움을 통해 북한의 과학기술정책을 비롯한 과학기술전반에 관한 실상과 자료를 종합적으로 조사 연구, 앞으로 다가올 통일에 대비하고 남북한의 교류협력방안을 모색하였다.

남북한 간 ICT산업 표준화를 통한 교류협력은 상호 공동의 경제적 이익을 추구할 수 있는 실질적인 분야이다. 특히 ICT산업표준은 경제협력의 촉매제가 될 수 있으며, 체제에 대한 부담이 덜하고 양측의 협력을 통해 적은 비용으로 큰 파급효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 남북 경제통일의 기초가 될 수 있다. 아울러 정부 및 민간 차원의 실질적 교류를 여는데 용이하면서도 필수적인 사업이기도 하다. 본 연구에서는 남북한 ICT산업 교류협력을 위한 양측의 기술 및 산업현황, 실현가능성 등을 분석하여 표준화 과제를 도출하였다. 남북한 ICT산업 교류협력을 위한 우선과제는 낙후되어 있는 북한의 기술수준을 선진화하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이에 남한의 첨단 정보화 인프라를 적극 제공하여 기술격차를 줄이는 것이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 남북 ICT산업의 국가기술규격 및 표준의 통합과 기술적 제도적인 중 장기적 협력체계를 통합방안을 제시하였다.

Exchange-cooperation between south and north Korea using the Information can say that it breaks down a physical barrier and recoverys quickly national homogeneity between them. As a case of a unified Germany, Excange-cooperation in the information and communication field has an important influnence on making a decision over the progress speed and quantity of friendly relations between Seoul and Pyong-yang, which ranges over a wide field like economy and society. This paper examines a unified German's precedent and the present condition of Excange-cooperation between the South and the North of Korea so that Excang-cooperation scheme in the information and communication field presents.

최근에 남북간의 대화가 진전되어 감에 따라 과학기술분야의 교류도 머지않아 본격화될 것으로 보인다. 남북이 분단된 지 40여년이 지나는 동안 각종 언어의 이질화가 커진 것을 볼 수 있으며, 무엇보다도 학술용어의 올바른 정립은 과학기술교류의 첫번째 단계라고 하겠다. 따라서 본 난에서는 남북한과학기술용어비교표를 분야별로 연재하기로 한다.
