본 논문에서는 실제 교육 현장에서 발생하는 차세대 나이스의 활용 실태와 문제점을 분석한다. 또한, 차세대 나이스가 효율적으로 운영될 수 있도록 지원 방안을 모색하며, 교육현장에서 발생하는 질의내용(궁금증, 의문점)들을 분석함으로써, 차세대 나이스 업무지원을 통한 교원 업무 효율성을 높이고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 차세대 나이스 운영상의 문제점과 현장 활용 장애요인, 접근 용이성, 활용 만족도, 질의 영역, 활용 연수 운영 등에 대해 나이스 현장 자문단을 대상으로 설문 조사를 수행하고, 그 결과를 분석한다. 그리고 이 같은 분석을 통해 차세대 나이스 현장 지원의 개선 방안을 제시한다.

In order to effectively manage after-school works from 2011, NEIS after-school system has been developed and operated. As NEIS after-school system that has been currently operating will need to analyze the effectiveness, it makes the use of this system activate. After-school elementary school teacher 273 people survey of 11 school district of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education was commissioned. 116 teachers participated in the survey. NEIS after-school system showed a reduction in task processing time (M = 3.92) were higher than that of most complaints about paperwork (M = 3.82), work efficiency (M = 3.81), the accuracy of your work (M = 3.76) in the order of many complaints were.

The Snyder's synthetic unit hydrograph method is selected to apply the concept of the fractal dimension by stream order for the practicable rainfall-runoff generation, and fourth types of the Snyder's relation are derived from topographic and observed unit hydrograph data of twenty-nine basins. As a result of the analysis of twenty-nine basins and the verification of two basins, the Snyder's relation which considers the fractal dimension of the stream length and uses calculated unit hydrograph data shows the best result. The concept of the fractal dimension by stream order is applied to the Snyder's synthetic unit hydrograph method. The topographic factors, used in the Snyder's synthetic unit hydrograph method, which have a property of the stream length like $L_{ma}$ (mainstream length) and $L_{ca}$ (length along the mainstream to a point nearest the watershed centroid) were considered. In order to simplify the fractal property of stream length, it is supposed that $L_{ma}$ has not the fractal dimension and the stream length between $L_{ma}$ and ($L_{ma}\;-\;L_{ca}$) has the fractal dimension of 1.027. From the utilization of this supposition, a new Snyder's relation which consider the fractal dimension of the stream length occurred by the map scale used was finally suggested.

In this research, we are looking for new ways to parents' participation in the school education through the educational information. The qualitative research about this research is not at all state. We use the method of study based on the grounded theory. The case analysis object is a outstanding school of the educational information in 2007, ten excellent schools of the cyber home service, two research schools 2 and two schools of research for NEIS. The parents make the learning check on situation of the students and communicate with school through the cyber home learning service and NIES. Also, It is bringing parents around the school closer through the SMS service and is communication path out of time and space. We make the things that make communications work through it. We know it is building trust with the parent and school.

The Neis System is a system integrating administrative information that was operated in elementary and secondary schools in Korea. Currently, this system is operated by a central server method and contains school administration information and important educational information of students. Among student information, the student life record contains important information for a student to advance to a higher level institution, but problems such as information leakage or manipulation may occur due to malicious attacks. In this paper, we propose a hybrid blockchain system that combines the server and blockchain technology managed by the existing Neis system. The proposed system records the query information of the database in a block when student information is accessed. When a request for correction of student information or issuance of a certificate is received, the query of the blockchain, the information in the database, and the student's key value are checked to determine whether the information has been leaked or manipulated, and only if the data is normal, the request for revision of the record is performed. This process is more secure than the existing central server because it checks the manipulation of data through the blockchain. The proposed system was implemented on the Ethereum platform, and the query information of the blockchain was experimentally verified using smart contracts. This study contributes to enhancing the reliability of the Nice system by strengthening the security against forgery and alteration of student data by combining the existing Nice system with a block chain.

According to increasing smartphone users, Public mobile services is expanding across all areas, including education. We have to prepare NEIS(National Education Information System) student and parent service based on smartphone that provide information about student's school life for the smartphone users. Therefore, in this paper, we conducted an online questionnaire survey for student and parent. User's perception for existing services were analyzed by factors of content availability, service utilization, and user affinity. Reliability analysis of the collected data, the results of correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were found reliable. The user affinity factor have the most significant impact on user satisfaction and intention to user smartphone service. Consequently, the study stresses a measure of NEIS student and parent service based on smartphone and public education information service through the perception analysis of these.

NEIS (National Education Information SystTem) provides educational information to parents while students are not able to have the direct access to their own academic information. Students filed their request to the National Human Right Agency. The objective of this study is to investigate the feasibility of students direct access to their own information and how to do it. In detail, online survey was conducted from 3,300 students, teachers and parents who are the stake holders of student information service on NEIS regarding whether they are for it, if so how to do it. The result indicated that students, parents and teachers are all positive in that order. It is unexpected that teachers who need to input and are responsible for the accuracy and reliability for student information are also for it. Although the human right law suggests all students have the right to direct access to their own information, the order of operation can be from secondary school level if the operation can not be done all at the same time. The range of information provided through this service is in principle the same as what parents can access except the counseling information.

"나이스 샷" 골프공 날아가는 소리와 함께 박수 소리가 터져 나오는 곳은 골프존 내에 있는 스크린 골프 시설 앞이다. 여느 회사 점심시간에 볼 수 없는 풍경으로 골프존 직원들은 12시부터 2시까지의 점심시간 중 한 시간은 회사에 설치된 5대의 스크린 골프 시설을 즐기며 골프연습을 할 수 있다. 지난 3월 9일 삼성동에 위치한 골프존을 찾았다.
