In today's competitive global environment, technological innovation is an important issue. Many countries are devising national level strategies to further strengthen industrial capacity in support of innovative companies. South Korea is no exception, and multiple strategies are in place to aid innovative development in the private sector. This study postulates that such national level strategies are applied differently depending on the innovation goal pursued by the service sector in Korea. We use data mining methods to test such research hypothesis. Factor analysis is used for clustering of various service companies, while association rule is used in finding the relationship per each cluster. The results show that national level strategies are underutilized and unequally distributed. This may be attributed to the disparity between the demand and needs of the private sector and the opinion of the government, which lead to underutilized and indistinguishable strategies.

The application of solar energy, in the field of alternative energy, was on the increase tendency. In the case of advanced nations, through continuous R&D, solar hot water heater with high efficiency has been used for the house and the industrial process on business, advanced nations were reached up the experimental stage of solar generation system. But, the actual circumstance of the domestic has been not accomplished the popularization of solar hot water heater and the settlement of it which is the fundamental stage of the solar energy usage. This trouble, the domestic was flooded with small enterprise for producing solar hot water heater, was caused by the popularization and the production without verification of performance. To supply the monitoring program for evaluating solar hot water heater, this research was purpose to improve the technical development of the enterprise for producing solar-heat hot-water-boiler and served as an aid for the enlargement and the popularization on solar energy.

분뇨처리시설은 인간의 배설물을 처리하는 아주 중요한 시설이지만 처리 과정에서 발생하는 악취로 인해 사람들이 접근을 꺼리는 시설이다. 강서구 마곡동에 위치한 서남물재생센터 내 서남분뇨처리시설은 서울의 서부와 남부권에서 수거된 분뇨를 위생처리하는 시설이다. 그러나 30년 넘은 시설로 노후화는 물론 분뇨 발생량의 지속적인 증가로 인해 처리물량 부족 및 악취 발생으로 민원 발생이 잦음에 따라 서울시가 지난 2009년부터 시설 증설 및 현대화 사업을 추진하고 있다. 새롭게 조성되는 서남분뇨처리시설 증설 및 현대화 사업은 일 평균 4,000톤 처리 시설을 지하화 하여 신설하고, 기존 분뇨처리장은 철거되며, 지상은 공원화 하여 서울시민에게 개방된다. 서남분뇨처리장 지하화 사업이 2016년 6월 30일 완공되면 그동안 지역주민들이 꺼리던 분뇨처리시설이 친환경적으로 탈바꿈 하게 된다. 또한 서울시가 시행 중인 서남물재생센터 현대화, 마곡워터프런트, 마곡지구 개발 등의 사업과도 함께 진행 중이어서 이 사업이 완공되면 서남권 지역에 생태 수상 체육공원 등이 조성되어 여의도 면적의 약 2배에 달하는 친환경 웰빙도시로 변화된다. 본지는 서남분뇨처리시설 증설 및 현대화 사업에서 기계설비공사를 시공하고 있는 대윤환경(주)(대표 김우진) 장준수 현장소장을 만났다.

Airframe maintenance is regarded the most important maintenance action in airlines as the aircraft is the most valuable asset in their operation though the volume of airframe maintenance is the last in MRO market. In the selecting process of airframe MRO provider many kinds of evaluation criteria should be considered such as quality, expenses, TAT, capability, and customer support. This paper will suggest the way to select the airframe MRO in airlines and MRO business sectors using AHP.

진공청소기는 가전 제품 중에서 인간의 일상생활에서 꼭 필요한 가전제품의 하나이다. 그러나, 성능 향상을 위한 과도한 회전 속도 때문에 큰 소음을 유발하며 그로 인해서 사용자에게 소음으로 인한 스트레스나 피로누적 등의 큰 불편을 초래하고 있다. 이것은 진공청소기내에 있는 팬 모터가 30000∼35000 rpm으로 고속회전을 통해서 측에 연결되어 있는 임펠러를 회전시켜 공기를 흡입, 배출시키는 일련의 작동을 하면서 여러 가지 진동 및 유체소음을 일으키기 때문이다. 이러한 진공청소기용 팬모터의 소음 저감 연구는 국내외 관련회사 및 연구소에서 활발히 진행되고 있다.(중략)

An experimental study was performed on the time lag, lift and drag characteristics of a multi functional spoiler which is a device to increase lift and drag contrary to conventional spoiler which decrease lift and increase drag. In this study, a wind tunnel investigation was made of the effect of incidence angle, slot width, and chordwise location of multi functional spoiler on the time lag, lift and drag characteristics of a wing. The results indicate that the time lag of a multi functional spoiler is influenced mainly not only by the chordwise location of a spoiler but also by the slot width between spoiler and wing upper surface. Multi functional spoiler can reduce time lag effectively by slotting the trailing edge of spoiler with slot ratio (slot width devided by the wing chord length) between 0.05 and 0.1. Also, it shows that the lift and drag coefficients of the wing with the multi functional spoiler and trailing edge flap are increased by 20% and 80%, respectively, compared to the wing with trailing edge flap only.

최근, 전력설비의 열화진단 및 안전검사에 있어 편의성과 활용성의 측면에서 자외선 카메라가 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 자외선 카메라는 전력설비의 코로나 방전에 의한 자외선 검출을 응용한 기기로서 열화지점과 열화정도를 이미지 형태로 직관적으로 나타낼 수 있다. 따라서 전력설비의 정확한 열화진단을 위해서는 코로나 방전에 대한 전기적 특성과 자외선 특성에 대한 이해가 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 전력설비의 열화진단을 위한 코로나 방전을 모의하고, 그에 따른 자외선 이미지와 전기적 특성에 관해 연구하였다.

The unsteady vortex lattice method is used to model lead-lag in flapping motions of a rectangular flat plate wing. The results for plunging and pitching motions were compared with the limited experimental results available and other numerical methods. They show that the method is capable of simulating many of the features of complex flapping flight. The lift, thrust and propulsive efficiency of a rectangular flat plate wing have been calculated for various lead-lag motion and reduced frequency with an amplitude of flapping angle(20o). To describe a motion profile of wing tip such as elliptic, line and circle, the phase difference of flapping and lead-lag motion was changed. And the effects of the motion profile on the aerodynamic characteristics of the flapping wing are discussed by examination of their trends.

This study analyzes the integrated system of the hotel employment management and the differences between the persons of employment concerning and the applicants about the importance of the determinants of the employment around the five-star hotels in Seoul. Firstly, the integrated strategies are presented by 3 stages such as recruiting, selection and placement. And then the 15 determinants of the employment are derived to analyze the perceptional differences between the persons of employment concerning and the applicants about the important determinants and to present the reasons and strategical implications. The results of this study indicates that the strategy to make him/her aware of sufficient information about the hotel and job through the proper balancing demand and supply and the industry-university cooperation program order to maintain and utilize the human resource to be aligned with the business performance of the hotel.

In this study, a circular and indoor soil tank foundation was manufactured to study the improvement according to the degree of turbulence arising from PBD penetration, using the existing plate-type shoe and improved V-type shoe to change the degree of turbulence. Furthermore, to study the foundation improvement effect, the strength, settlement speed in the turbulence area were compared according to the shoe penetration. The results of the study showed that the V-type shoe reduced the strength coefficient decrease effect, and the foundation improvement effect according to the degree of turbulence was identified.
