In this paper, the design of power supply for high power magnetron system is studied. For magnetron drive, three kinds of power supply is required for main high voltage, magnet and heating filament. Detail design was accomplished with basic simulation and real system is developing based on basic design.

원자력발전소(이하, 원전)에서는 운전, 보수, 점검, 검사, 변경 등 모든 활동을 절차서 형태로 정의하고 있으므로, 절차서는 원전운영의 안전성을 유지하기 위한 핵심적인 수단이다. 따라서, 원전에서 절차서는 신기술 및 설계, 설비 변경 결과를 반영하여 주기적으로 검토 보완되고 있다. 절차서의 내용은 안전성 측면에서 철저한 확인을 거쳐 작성된다. 그러나, 절차 및 절차서의 인적요소는 그러한 기술적인 측면을 무력화시킬 수 있으므로 별도로 관리되어야 한다. 절차서의 평가에서는 절차 내용의 기술적인 타당성과 함께 인적요소를 평가하여 안전성에 부정적인 영향이 없는지를 확인하고 있다.(중략)

The purpose of this research is to investigate how Japanese speakers perceive and produce Lenis, Aspirated and Fortis consonants in Korean. Identification tasks and production tasks were performed. The error analysis of both task showed that the participants had a significant difficulty in discriminating between Lenis and Aspirated sounds. And it was observed that there was a positive correlation between identification scores and production scores.

멀티미디어 데이터의 효과적인 네트워크 전송에 대한 연구와 투자가 계속적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 전송 프로토콜인 RTP(Real-time Transfer Protocol)를 기반으로 MPEG 오디오 데이터를 실시간 전송하기 위한 PAD(Packet Assembler/Disassembler) 모듈을 설계, 구현하였다. RTP 기반 MPEG 오디오의 PAD 구현 방법은 MPEG 오디오의 계층에 관계없이 전송하는 방법과 MPEG Layer-3에 특화된 방법 등의 두 가지 방법이 있으며, 본 논문에서는 범용성을 중시하여 전자의 방식을 채택, 구현하였다. 구현한 PAD 모듈은 MPEG-1 및 MPEG-2 오디오 포맷을 지원한다.

본 논문에서는 시스템 내의 모든sote들에게 분산되어 있는 정보들을 수렴하여 일치를 이루고, 그 결과를 모든 site들이 알도록 하는 다중 일치 프로토콜을 위한 효과적인 통신 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 분산 시스템에 참여하는 computer 또는 site들의 수를 N이라 할때, $O(N^2)$의 message를 필요로하면서 한 round안에 일치를 이룰 수 있는 프로토콜은 message의 수가 너무 많다는 것이 단점이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Finite Projective Planes을 이용하여 message의 수를 줄이면서 두 round 안에 일치를 이룰 수 있는 통신 방법을 제안한다. 이때, 각 round마다 필요한 message의 수는 O(N$)이다. 또한, 이 통신 방법에서 이용되는 Finite Projective Planes을 구축하는 알고리즘을 제안하고자한다.
