해안구조물 주위의 표사이동예측 (The Prediction of Littoral Transport in the Vicinity of Coastal Structures)

  • 본 연구는 표이동의 예측방법중 이동상수리모형실험방법을 위주로 그 상이예측 및 실험순서의 체계확립에 중점을 두고 실증적인 문제로서 원자력발전소 9,10 기호 해상구조물 주위의 표사이동예측을 시도해 보았으며 아울러 그에 따른 취수구의 매몰방지대책에 관해서도 고찰해 보았다. 실험결과 취수구의 매몰방지대책으로는 이안유장벽, 돌제공법 중 비교적 이안제공법이 취수구매몰방지에 도움을 주고 구조물 안정에도 기여함을 발견하였다.

가변 초점거리 마이크로 유체렌즈 제작 (Fabrication of a Micro fluidic Lens having variable focal length)

  • A microlens connected to microfluidic channel is fabricated. The microlens is sealed with an elastomeric membrane which deforms by pressure of fluid driven by a syringe pump resulting in the shape change of the microlens. The optical properties of the microlens could be controlled by changing the microlens shape. The microlens system were made of an elastomer, PDMS, using molding from a photoplastic master patterned by UV photolithography. The test results show the optical property of the lens could be made into convex and concave type by applying the fluidic pressure positive and negative.

나노스텐실 제작을 위한 FIB 밀링 특성 (FIB milling on nanostencil membrane)

  • FIB (Focused ion Beam) milling on a 500-nm-thick silicon nitride membrane was studied in order to fabricate a high-resolution shadow mask, or called a nanostencil. The silicon nitride membrane was fabricated by MEMS processes of LPCVD, photolithography, ICP etching and bulk silicon etching. The apertures made by FIB milling and normal photolithography were compared. The square metal pattern deposited through FIB milled shadow mask showed 6 times smaller comer radius than the case of photolithography. The results show high resolution patterning could be achieved by local deposition through FIB milled shadow-mask.

초등학생의 수학교과목에 대한 인식 조사: 5학년과 6학년을 중심으로 (A Study on Recognition for Mathematics Subject of Elementary Students: Focused on the 5th and 6th Graders)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the recognition fur mathematics subject in the 5th and 6th graders elementary students. To carry out this study, the 5th and 6th graders recognition as learning mathematics subject was investigated by questionaire. The questionaire was analysed by using frequency and percentage. The 5th and 6th graders had difficulties in the hierarchical problem because mathematics is very systematic and hierarchical, and other had difficulties in studying mathematics because the explanation of the problem solving process in the textbook was not detailed. Others had difficulties in studying mathematics because of quick loaming progress, in applying the formulas and property of mathematics.

절연층에 따른 액적의 전기습윤 특성 분석 (Characteristic Analysis of Electrowetting on Dielectric Layer)

  • Electrowetting on dielectric (EWOD) is a unique method of shape control of small-volume droplets in microfluidic biochips that relies on modification of surface wetting characteristics using electrical methods. In this study, the droplet shape control on various dielectric surfaces by the EWOD and the effect of droplets on the contact angle as well as the shape were investigated. The droplet used in the experiment was on a sample substrate with $5{\mu}l$ of de-ionized water (DIW) using a micropipette, and wettability was measured with a contact angle meter. This study is expected to be helpful for the development of various micro-total-analysis-systems (${\mu}TAS$) and microfluidic systems with MEMS technology.
