Construction and urban development projects that drove urbanization were perceived as a main culprit that disturbs environment and ecosystems, including urban heat island, air pollution and a decrease in species diversity in urban area, as they do not consider natural environment and adopt consistent development behaviors and rapidly degrade the ecology of development sites. In order to build a sustainable green wall system, design process is configured as follows based on basic technology development direction, climate environment elements, climate design technology elements suggested earlier. Each part of required technology element is codified systematically and a sound Korean-style green wall system design direction will be suggested.

최근 지구온난화로 인한 기후변화는 우리 삶에 다양하게 영향을 미치고 있으며, 특히 강수 또는 기온의 비정상성으로 대표되는 기후변화에 따라 수문순환의 변화 역시 자명하게 여겨지고 있다. 기후변화에 따른 수문변화를 전망하기 위한 최우선은 수문상황을 명확하게 이해 진단하는 것이고, 그 다음은 현재기후에 대비하여 미래 변화를 전망하는 것이다. 우리나라는 관측의 역사가 짧기 때문에 수문상황의 이해, 진단과 전망을 위해서는 수문모형이 필수적이고, 모형의 관측 재생 능력은 매개변수의 최적화 문제와 직결되어 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 SWAT 모형과 매개변수 최적화를 위한 SWAT-CUP를 이용하여 현재기후에서의 수문량(유량 및 수질)을 추정하였고, 대표농도경로에 근거한 미래기후에서의 수문량을 전망하였다. 연구결과, 연 최대 일유량은 현재기후에 비하여 21세기 후반에 약 27%(RCP4.5), 50%(RCP8.5) 증가하겠고, 총질소와 총인 역시 미래로 갈수록 부하량이 증가하리라 전망되었다.

This study suggested practical application of climate design on apartment complex with the focus on the use of Cold Air Flow and green building design method. The domestic research on the wind path analysis has been associated since the early 21th century in urban planning and site planning, this initiative study aimed to mitigate the urban heat island effect and to promote the sustainable urban development. It is, however, mostly focused on the flow analysis and heat flow in the urban context, due to the poor application of the wind path analysis in actual planning and design. Special attention is paid to the possibilities of identifying and developing the application methods in relation to Cold Air Flow and building design. This study examined these relations and suggested some trenchant approach to a more comprehensive and efficient use of the wind flow analysis in climate design.

최근 북한의 수자원에 대한 관심과 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 수자원 취약성과 지속가능한 개발과 관련된 지수에 대한 연구도 꾸준히 이루어지고 있으며, 이 지수를 이용하여 현재 또는 미래의 수자원 취약성을 판단하고 대비하고 있다. 본 연구는 기상청, 통계청, 환경부에서 제공하는 자료 중에서 북한의 지역별 자료의 확보 가능한 자료를 대상으로 기후변화에 대한 기후노출, 민감도, 적응능력을 나타내는 지표들을 선정하여 남한과 북한의 26개 광역자치단체에 대하여 수자원 취약성 순위를 도출하였다. 기후변화를 고려한 지표들은 각각 홍수피해와 물부족을 반영하는 지표인 일최대강수량, 일강수량이 80mm 이상인 날의 수, 연최대 연속강우일수, 3일주기 최대 강수량, 6-9월 강수량, 12-2월 증발산량, 3-5월 증발산량, 12-2월 강수량, 3-5월 강수량, 연속적인 무강우일 수의 최대값, 총인구, 인구밀도를 선택하였으며, 변수들의 가중치 결정은 객관적 가중치 산정 방법인 Shannon의 entropy 기법과 주관적 가중치인 환경부(2012)에서 전문가를 대상으로 유도한 가중치를 적용하여 치수와 이수분야에 대한 취약성을 각각 평가하였다. 수자원 취약성의 정량적 평가를 위하여 TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) 기법을 적용하여 남 북한 지역별 수자원 취약성을 지수화하고 취약성 순위를 도출하였다. 산정된 수자원 취약성 지수가 낮을수록 취약함의 정도가 심각한 것으로 정의할 수 있으며, 연구결과 남 북한을 통틀어서 서울이 가장 취약한 지역으로 나타났으며, 치수 분야에서는 북한의 양강도가 취약성이 낮은 것으로 나타났고, 이수분야에서는 북한의 양강도와 남한의 제주도가 취약성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 남 북한의 지역별 취약성 순위를 통해 우리나라와 북한 수자원의 현황을 제시하며, 미래의 국가 수자원 계획 수립 및 대책을 제시할 수 있는 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Recent changes in the Korean education policies are promoting the advances in science and technology and cultivating people of convergence talent. STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) educational program is Korean styled convergence program for creative competent human resources. Therefore, Therefore the aim of this study is developing convergence hand-on educational program coping with climate change for elementary school students. For development of the program, we investigated the curriculum of the elementary school about the climate change, and allocated in the creative learning standard frame. Also, we selected themes related the climate change in the curriculum and learning activity. For more effective program to build the convergence competency, we analyzed the program based on creative problem based learning process and 4 core competency(creativity, communication, convergence, caring) elements. In conclusion, the STEAM program needs to develop by school curriculum and leaner's ability. For elementary school students, the STEAM program consists with creative problem based learning process. And the convergence educational program would analyze by the creative PBL process and convergence competency elements. So, this developing program has brought the promotion of the creative convergence competent talented person for the future global environment.

In order to use as basic data of adaptation, this study focused on a 'Water management vulnerability estimation' in Korea. Vulnerability is estimated dividing into flood mitigation and water resource management. Temporal resolution is 2000 year and the future 2020 year, 2050 year, 2100 year via A1B scenario. Time series data was normalized. Then weight that is gotten through delphi investigation was multiplied. Vulnerability is calculated through this process. In flood mitigation vulnerability, it was estimated to adaptation ability affect relatively biggest influence. In future, some area of Gangwon-do was analyzed that the flood mitigation vulnerability increases. In water resource management, it was estimated to climate exposure affect relatively biggest influence. At 2020 yr, there is a trend toward increased in the Chungcheongbuk-do and DaeJeon, Daegu, some area of Gyeongsangnamdo. Because this study evaluate relative vulnerability of whole country and analyzed spatial distribution, when local government establishes climate change adaptation details enforcement countermeasure, this study can give help to grasp whether should invest more in some field.

Recently, urban environments are changing due to climate change and urbanization. Because of these, Urban disasters occur frequently. To solve this situation, the architects and urban planners have been presenting urban disaster prevention design, and the concepts of resilience are utilized in urban disaster prevention design. In this study, we analyzed the cases of urban disaster prevention design presented by architects and urban planners, and grasped the types and resilience characteristics of urban disaster prevention design. Further, the direction of urban disaster prevention design was proposed in the point of sustainability.

The concept of sustainable development to preserve natural environment through economy in resources and energy is gradually distinguished since environmental problems as a series of air pollution and global warming take place now. Building occupies more than 1/3 of energy consumption in the whole world. Energy consumption of buildings caused a quick increase in the amount of energy use by air conditioning, which has a lot of effects on exhaustion of fossil energy as well as an increase in environmental load. Therefore, this research intends to suggest characteristics and direction for the designing of acclimatization's housing through the case study on acclimatization's housing. Acclimatization's housing is designed to reduce building load from the designing stage unlike green home or low-energy apartment. Also, factors which are commonly applied to acclimatization's housing are applied complexly by design strategic factors of Heating, Cooling and Lighting. The applied design factors make effects mutually and complexly. In addition, design strategy showed different priority by designing direction.

The weather data has important role for performative building design. If the data location is close to building site, the result of performative design can be accurate. The data which have used nowadays in Korea are from U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Korea Solar Energy Society (KSES) but they cover only several locations in Korea which are 4 in DOE and 11 in KSES and there are opinions which it could be served building design efficiently even if the data are not enough. However the weather data for micro-climate are exist which are Green Building Studio Virtual Weather Station (GBS VWS) and Meteonorm weather data. Each weather data has different generation methods which are TMY2, TRY, MM5, and extrapolation. In this research, the weather date for climate are compared with DOE and KSES to check correlation. The result shows the value of correlation in Dry Bulb Temp. and Dew Point Temp. is around 0.9 so they have high correlation in both but in Wind Speed case the correlation(around 0.2) is not exist. In overall result, the data has correlation with DOE and KSES as the value of correlation 0.648 of GBS VW and 0.656 of Meteonorm. Even if the correlation value is not high enough, the patterns of difference in each weather element are similar in scatter plot.

To cope with the threats posed by climate change actively, this study tries to examine multi-functional fashion design with the moral awareness of environment, which could be a direct cause of climate change. Literature and patents on multi-functional fashion design following climate change at home and abroad are examined to find the trend of multi-functional fashion designs. And fashion design that can protect human body to cope with climate change is analyzed. This study found that first, it is necessary to recognize the environment problems in the design process so that material is used to the minimum to minimize pollution and enable welfare and continuation of human society; second, environmentally friendly production and rational consumption such as manual production without waste of energy and material need to be favored to minimize the destruction of environment; third, to cope with environment and climate changes, design that allows an item to have diverse functions is needed so that it can have varied lengths, widths, and thicknesses, and it can be put on and taken off.
