The purpose of this study is to present an effective management model for planning phase of architect office in korea. The research method of this study includes a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. The results of this study are as follows; The suggested model for planning and management involves business strategy, manpower strategy, technical strategy and marketing strategy. It is verified by correlation analysis and multiple linear regression from the questionnaire survey data.

In Korea, demand for the Social Overhead Capital(SOC) projects has tremendously increased since 1970's and is expected to keep growing to support national economic development as well as to enhance the quality of life. In these projects, project planning and feasibility study phase is one of the most critical phases because it determines the success of later phases. However, we have experienced trial and errors repeatedly such as cost overruns and schedule delays in many of the SOC projects. These problems can be prevented or at least expected in the earlier phase and it requires well-developed and standardized project planning process and systems before design, procurement, and construction phases begin. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate current problems in this phase and provide framework for a model for the project planning management which can be used for the SOC projects to insure the whole project success.

Early planning phase of private development project is an important part in mercy of failure and success of all project. Hut reliability of analysis result existing planning phase in not high to the importance. So we analyzed a basic problem point through case study and research data analysis of planning phase in private development project. After this, there is a cause in no establishment of systemic model about work processing and method of planning phase. We would like to suggest the solution through establishment of planning phase analysis processing and risk management model. We think that suggested analysis method increase the credibility of analysis result. With this, we anticipate we suggest the guideline in project process phase and that assist the effective accomplishment of project.

Nowadays, there has been extreme competition due to market reduction in the domestic construction industry. In this situation, Korean construction companies are focused in the area of planning development housing project, which should maximize profit for a project. The most important step in this project is the business planning stage which judge whether it could come true or not. Each company has its own planning process model, but there hasn't been any standard model for the business planning process. To solve this problem in Korean construction companies, this study identifies the existing business planning process in the domestic construction companies finds out its problems, and suggests solutions for thorn. And Finally a business planning process model is proposed for success in development housing projects.

멀티미디어 저작 시스템이 지원해야할 기능으로는 기획, 공동저작, 작업공정 및 데이터관리 기능들을 들 수 있다. 그러나 현재 개발된 저작 시스템들에서는 기획과 저작과정만을 지원하거나 또는 공동저작만을 포함하는등 부분적인 기능통합만이 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 저작 시스템이 지원해야할 기획, 공동저작, 작업공정 및 데이터 관리 기능들을 통합적으로 지원하는 저작 시스템에서 사용 가능한 이벤트, 링크에 기반을 둔 멀티미디어 저작 모델을 제안한다.

BCMS의 변경관리에 대한 요구사항은 ISO 22301 구성체계의 기획단계인 6.3 변경의 기획에서 수행하고, 기업재난관리표준 구성체계에서 기획단계인 3.5.5 문서화된 정보에서 수행하도록 규정하였으며, 이는 모두가 P-D-C-A 운용 모델의 Plan 단계에 해당된다. 이러한 구성체계는 BCP를 최초에 수립하는 단계에서는 적합하지만, BCP가 수립(제정)되어 운용단계에서 발생되는 변경사항을 처리하는데는 많은 문제점이 도출된다. 따라서 재난 및 안전관리 분야에 해당하는 유사제도의 요구사항을 대상으로 비교분석을 통하여 도출된 개선방안을 연구결과로 제시하고자 한다. BCP를 수립하는 과정에서 발생하는 보완사항은 변경관리 절차에 포함하지 않고, BCP가 수립되어 운용단계에서 발생되는 변경사항만 변경관리 절차에 포함하여 관리하며, P-D-C-A 운용 모델의 Act 단계에서 수행하는 것이 적합하다.

In planning phase of Public Multi-Housing Projects, it is required to develop the methodology and criteria for fair cost prediction with influencing power from planning phase to occupancy phase. Many studies still have focused on the prediction of cost by multiple regression. However, there is no logical explanation about the influence of nonmetric variables for the prediction of cost in planning phase. Accordingly, this research pursues a cost prediction model including nonmetric variables for use in planning phase. There are 3 steps of this research : 1) Finding the factors influencing construction cost and assigning variables for a multiple regression. 2) Conducting a dummy regression analysis with nonmetric variables and model validation by comparing actual cost data. 3) Developing the ratio of RC structure cost to wall structure cost by using cost predection model. The results could establish cost prediction process including the influence of nonmetric variables and the ratio of RC structure cost to wall structure cost.

본 논문은 기업들의 점증하는 체계적 브랜드 관리에 대한 필요를 인식하면서 이에 부응하기 위한 하나의 브랜드 관리 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 일반적으로 전략적인 브랜드 관리는 브랜드자산의 구축, 브랜드자산의 측정과 진단, 브랜드 자산의 관리를 포함한다(Keller 1998). 그러나 이 논문에서 제안하고자 하는 브랜드 관리 시스템인 Brand Value-Up 은 주로 상표 자산의 측정과 진단에 관한 시스템이다. 이 논문에서 Brand Value-Up 을 제안하기 위해 우선 기존의 대표적인 브랜드 관리 시스템들을 검토하였다. 그리고 나서 이들의 미비점들을 분석하였으며, 나아가서 기존 시스템들의 미비점을 보완하는 시스템으로서 Brand Value-Up 을 소개하였다. 또한 Brand Value-Up 은 고객 중심의 브랜드진단 평가모델로서 결과지표 (Awareness Power, Functional Power, Image Power)와 성과지표(Brand Performance)로 구분하여 구체적으로 전략적인 시사점을 얻기 위한 모형으로서 제안하였다. 실제로 주요 국내 브랜드 (21 개 제품 106 개 브랜드)를 대상으로 한 분석을 통해 Brand Value-Up 의 활용 예를 보였으며, 마지막으로 이 시스템이 갖는 마케팅적인 의미와 시사점을 논의하였다.

본 연구보고서는 Text Mining 가법을 기반으로 영문 특허텍스트 DB를 구성하는 텍스트 (Text) 부분의 경제성 및 피검색성을 정량적으로 평가하는 모델을 제시하고， 이를 바탕으로 2차 가공된 영문 특허텍스트 DB의 성능을 일정범위 내에서 관리하는 품질관리모델의 개발 가능성을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다.
