Logic programming based on classical or linear logic has traditionally lacked devices for expressing sequential tasks and sequential iterative tasks. Expressing sequential goal tasks has been addressed by a recent proposal of sequential goals of the form $G_1{\cap}G_2$ which is based on the game semantics of Japaridze. This paper proposes sequential iterative goal formulas of the form ${\cap}_x^LG$ where $G$ is a goal, $x$ is a variable, and $L$ is a list. ${\cap}_x^L$ is called a sequential bounded quantier. These goals allow us to specify the following task: sequentially iterate $G$ with $x$ ranging over all the elements of $L$.

To quickly and accurately grasp the consistency and the true/false of sentence description, we may require the help of a computer. It is thus necessary to research and quickly and accurately grasp the consistency and the true/false of sentence description by computer processing techniques. This requires research and planning for the whole study, namely a plan for the necessary tables and those of processing, and development of the table of the five logic rules. In future research, it will be necessary to create and develop the table of ten basic inference rules and the eleven kinds of derived inference rules, and it will be necessary to build a DB of those tables and the computer processing of sentence logic using server programming JSP and client programming JAVA over its foundation. In this paper we present the overall research plan in referring to the logic operation table, dividing the logic and inference rules, and preparing the listed process sequentially by dividing the combination of their use. These jobs are shown as a variable table and a symbol table, and in subsequent studies, will input a processing table and will perform the utilization of server programming JSP, client programming JAVA in the construction of subject/predicate part activated DB, and will prove the true/false of a sentence. In considering the table prepared in chapter 2 as a guide, chapter 3 shows the creation and development of the table of the five logic rules, i.e, The Rule of Double Negation, De Morgan's Rule, The Commutative Rule, The Associative Rule, and The Distributive Rule. These five logic rules are used in Propositional Calculus, Sentential Logic Calculus, and Statement Logic Calculus for sentence logic.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial characteristics of the unit of garden and to classify and symbolize it, to provide the basis for analyzing the works based on the characteristics of the space and to provide the data that can become the logical foundation for garden design. The research method first analyzed the behavioral scene analysis and the grounded theory methodology as the theory about the space type. It controls the subjectivity of the researcher and derives the characteristics of the space for the garden image based on the experiential knowledge of the expert, It is a qualitative analysis method that aims to increase credibility. The actual case target was the author garden which was exhibited at the 2017 Seoul Garden Expo. Through this process, we have simplified the characteristics of the space and the positives and negatives accordingly. We have grasped the relationship between spatial space, sculptural space, architectural space, and environmental space.. Research on qualitative topics such as the characteristics of space can not completely exclude the subjectivity of the researcher in terms of its characteristics, but such research can provide a rationale for interpreting and evaluating the gardens that depend on the individual's taste.. It can also contribute to the development of the field by providing reference materials for garden designs that rely on designer intuition, or by providing a logical basis for design.

In this paper, a novel algorithm for segmentation of moving multiple vehicles in video sequences using logic operations is proposed. For the case of multiple vehicles in a scene, the proposed algorithm begins with a robust double-edge image derived from the difference between two successive frames using exclusive OR operation. After extracting only the edges of moving multiple vehicles using Laplacian filter, AND operation and dilation operation, the image is segmented into moving multiple vehicle image. The features of moving vehicles can be directly extracted from the segmented images. The proposed algorithm has no the two preprocessing steps, so it can reduce noises which are norm at in preprocessing of the original images. The algorithm is more simplified using logic operations. The proposed algorithm is evaluated on an outdoor video sequence with moving multiple vehicles in 90,000 frames of 30fps by a low-end video camera and produces promising results.

What are the meanings of abduction as a methodology of Cultural Studies? By contextualizing Charles Sanders Peirce's logic of abduction in the discipline of Cultural Studies, I explore the epistemological discussion on the modern scientific research methodology of social sciences. Abduction is a kind of logical inference, which is often associated with guessing or intuition. Peirce's method of abduction and Cultural Studies' contextual formation in effect address an alternative methodology to positivism. Criticizing the modern Eurocentric structure of knowledge construction, I suggest that the virtue of abduction, as a logic of discovery, should be re-discovered in the context of Cultural Studies. Abduction holds important lessons for Cultural Studies as well as social sciences in general because of its focus on intuition, empathy, and intellectual collaboration. Through its elaboration of the logic of abduction, Cultural Studies is able to maintain not only its epistemological ground but also its methodological communicability.

The objective of this study is to analyze the characteristics of Cutter's Expansive Classification. The four elements about classification evaluation were applied to analyze it. Results show that first, from philosophy and religion class to literature class, the order of main classes is logical and evolutionary. Second, the notation is a pure notation including author mark. Third, the classification is expansive from first classification to seventh classification. Science classes were expanded in the second classification comparing to the first classification. From the third classification, all classes were expanded. Fourth, it was applied by the local list to indicate places emphasizing connection of geographical space.

In today's brand apartment ads, the image of high-tech apartment seeking consumers' convenience thanks to the introduction of ubiquitous and the image of nature-friendly apartment stressing consumers' well-being life have become a main stream. However, it seems that there lacks differentiation in expressing ad images, except some brands. This may also be related to the matter of providing effective communication, which is the ultimate goal of advertisement. Therefore, to suggest the effective communication methods of brand apartment ads, this study semiologically translated first the images thai recent brand apartment ads present, and then in order to review whether these images are properly delivered to consumers, this study conducted the image survey for brand apartment ads with 123 subjects, who are the group of design professionals. As a result, the survey showed that, in the semiological translation of ad expression, meaning sharing is made when ad concept and ad image are semiologically consistent, and it showed that the realization of successful ad communication between advertisers and consumers is possible, which starts from this kind of meaning sharing. Based on the results of this study, we could know that the introduction of semiology into ad planning can be a logical judgment criterion to provide effective ad communication.

Competition among local governments in a competitive global festival and the festival is going to become the intensify regional strategies as enabled by the improved local image production and has been a symbol of the festival and each municipality is competitive. Is required as a symbol for the symbol can be passed to the consumer in this situation differentiated festive images efficient communication studies on the character. When viewed as a symbolic sign for the character representation of activities for the festival, Can provide a logical framework that is distinct from the idea of a character who relies on intuition and the creative semiotics. In this research paper a semiotic analysis of the character and the character string to enhance communication efficiency concept, Festival effect, we analyzed the correlation of the local culture. Empirical analysis of consumer images, Shared on the basis of empirical results to the consumer means, the paper shows that the influence of each of the other factors is reflected in the character according to the signifier local cultural characteristics and a character region on the concept of a character form culture semiotics interpretation element influences the guidelines of the characters that may be produced.

한글’은지구상문자중에서가장과학적이고독창적인글자다. 이정의에대해누구도섣불리부인하지못할것이다. 지구상의문자들을보면낱자를일렬로나열해 사용하거나, 뜻을가진낱글자하나씩을사용하는방식의문자가대부분이다. 한글처럼자음과모음이논리적으로조합되고창의적으로생성돼하나의음절을이루 는글자는찾아볼수없다. 한글의원리를하나씩이해해나가다보면조상들의뛰어난창의력에저절로감탄이나온다. ‘ 생각’은‘ 언어’를통해서하게되며, 이언어 를기록하고전달하기위해서는‘ 문자’라는가시적인기호가필요하다. 이번호에서는민족의얼을담고있는우리말‘ 한글’이모바일환경에서어떤모습으로나타 나는지알아보고자한다.

중학교 기하교육의 목적은 학생들의 수학적인 상황을 보는 기하학적인 직관과 논리적 추론능력의 향상이다. 그러나 이 두 가지 모두 만족스럽지 못한 실정이다. 본 고에서는 중학교 기하교육의 문제를 직관기하와 형식기하의 단절이라는 보고, 직관기하에서 증명의 학습요소를 미리 학습하여 직관기하와 형식기하를 연결하자는 대안을 제시한다. 이를 위해 7-나 교과서의 증명요소를 분석하고자 하였다. 관련문헌을 검토하여 7가지 증명의 학습요소를 선정한 후, 교과서를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 기호화를 제외한 다른 증명의 학습요소는 매우 빈약한 것으로 나타났다. 직관기하 영역에 대한 교과서 구성이 개선될 필요가 있음을 알 수 있다.
