본 연구의 목적은 국내의 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도를 증가시키는 요소와 실제 시스템의 사용 만족도를 증가시키는 요소를 발견하여 이러한 요소들 사이의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기초적인 문헌조사와 심층 면접의 예비 조사를 통해 설문지를 구성하고 기업의사결정자를 대상으로 설문지를 통한 본 조사를 실시하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과는 다음과 같이 세가지로 요약될 수 있다. 첫째로 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 고객, 제품 경쟁자 등의 의사결정환경의 역동성으로 대표되는 환경요인, 조직규모, 최고경영자의 지원, 인센티브 도입정도 등으로 대표되는 조직요인, 마케팅부서의 독립성, 장기적 마케팅 전략수립정도, 마케팅 스탭수 등으로 대표되는 직무요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 하부시스템의 개발정도, 개발형태, 개발참여로 대표되는 실행요인과 사용정보의 양, 고려하는 차원의 수, 정보시스템의 관여도 등으로 대표되는 사용자 행위요인과 시스템의 정교함과 유연성으로 대표되는 시스템만족요인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 요소와 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 사용자들의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소는 본질적으로 다른 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 채택의도와 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소들 중에서 실행요인이나, 시스템만족요인, 사용자 행위요인의 매개적인 역할이 채택의도와 사용자 만족에 각각 다른 영향을 미치고 있기 때문인 것으로 밝혀졌다.

The purpose of this study is to examine that basic pension entitlement affects the subjective well-being(SWB) of the elderly. For controlling unobserved heterogeneity, we used fixed effects model for longitudinal data. The data used for this study is KLoSA from 2006 to 2016. The research results are as follows. SWB of non-basic pensioners was higher than for basic pension beneficiaries. Second, when the demographic variables were controlled, SWB of the basic pension recipients was higher then that of non-beneficiaries. Third, the factors affecting SWB were economic satisfaction, marital status, family financial support, employment status, subjective health status, daily life restrictions, gender, and age. Fourth, the effect of basic pension on SWB was positive at the lowest income quartile. The results of this study shows that the basic pension system has a positive effect on the SWB of elderly despite the low benefit level. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the basic pension system to solve poverty problems and improve the quality of life for the aged. Also, various aspects of social support for the low-income vulnerable elderly are needed. Lastly, It was suggested that the benefit level of the basic pension should be raised to have a substantial effect on the low-income class, which is a key policy subject.

Government-sponsored Research Institutes (GRIs) have made a great contribution to the development of Korea's Science and Technology (S&T). However, recently, GRIs are facing the challenge of many problems, for instance, absence of reasonable strategies, insufficient resources, and so on. Therefore, many GRIs are required for solving these problems by enhancing their strategic management capabilities. For this purpose, this paper suggests a Strategic Management Audit Model for Korean GRIs. The concept of Strategic Management Audit Model has not been widely adopted in Korean GRIs. In this paper, we suggest GRI-specific Strategic Management Model and apply it to Korea Basic Science Institute (KBSI), which is under the Korea Research Council of Fundamental Science and Technology (KRCF). Based on our strategic management audit, we propose several potential strategies for Korean Basic Research Institutes (KBSI). Our model and its implications will also be helpful for other Korean GRIs.

본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명에서 가장 중요하게 대두될 수 있는 융합R&D정책에 대해 소셜 네트워크 분석을 통해 새로운 대안을 제시하려고 한다. 연구장비, 연구성과의 자료들을 활용하여 연구장비 네트워크 분석을 실시하여 융합R&D의 특성 및 구조분석을 실시하며, 연구장비 공동활용 및 다학제 협력연구를 통해 창출될 수 있는 새로운 융합R&D정책에 대한 접근을 시도하려고 한다. 나아가, 연구개발과 사업화 사이에서 더욱 중요한 역할을 할 수 있는 분석과학기술에 대한 정책적 플랫폼 구축관점 대한 시사점을 찾아내려고 한다. 이를 위해 계량적 접근과 비계량적 접근을 동시에 활용하여 연구주제에 대한 타당성을 확보할 것이며, 앞으로 미래산업 및 유망기술에 대한 전략적 선별에 있어 일부 근거를 제시해줄 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 우리나라 기초과학 및 기초과학인프라에 대한 발전적 정책방안과 융합연구 및 융합연구의 사업화에 대한 정책적 관점을 제시하도록 한다. 분석자료는 한국기초과학지원연구원(KBSI) 현황자료를 중심으로 살펴보며, 분석방법은 소셜네트워크분석(SNA:Socail Network Analysis)을 활용한다.

As discussions of the International Maritime Organization for the introduction of the Marine Autonomous Surface Ship (MASS) began in earnest, discussions were conducted to prioritize cybersecurity (Cyber Risk Management) when developing a system to support MASS operation at the 27th ENAV Committee Working Group (WG2). Korea launched a technology development project for autonomous ships in 2020, and has been promoting detailed tasks for cybersecurity technology development since 2021. MASS operation in a digital maritime communication system environment requires network security of various digital equipment that was not considered in the existing maritime communication environment. This study introduces the basic concept of network security equipment to support MASS operation in the detailed task of cybersecurity technology development, and defines the network security equipment interface for MASS ship application in the basic stage.

Recently, there has been considerable talk about urban regeneration support centers that are currently promoting urban regeneration projects. The reason is that the role and authority are unclear, and the experience of each local government center is not accumulated, resulting in many trial and error and side effects. This study analyzed the current state of operations of urban regeneration support centers in Chungcheongbuk-do to find desirable ways to operate them in the future. The main findings are as follows. First, the role and division between metropolitan and basic centers and field centers of urban regeneration support centers in Chungcheongbuk-do are unclear. Second, the limitations of the center's operation methods, operational autonomy, and independence are not secured. Third, as a participant in urban regeneration, it has relatively low authority and status compared to administration. Fourth, the lack of professional manpower related to urban regeneration and the instability of staff employment were derived as overall problems.

Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST), Ministry of Information and Communication(MIC) have a similarity rules to grants programs by the President's order. Name is 'The Rules of the National R ＆ D Program Management'. But this rules established for the national institute, university and big enterprise., Then, This Rules difference for the Snail and Medium Enterprise(SME's). Some article is not allowed for the SME's. So, Suggestion for this question should improvement.

본 연구에서는 노인을 네 집단 즉 유배우 남자노인 무배우 남자노인, 유배우 여자노 인, 무배우 여자노인으로 분류하여 노인의 경제상태와 사회적 활동정도 및 사회적지원(자녀 와 친구의 도구적, 정서적 지원)을 독립변인으로 하고 노인의 생활만족도를 종속변인으로 하여 각 변인들이 노인의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 동시에 이를 통하여 노인의 생활만족도를 향상시키기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 기초자료가 되고자하였다. 본 연구의 결 과를 정리하면 다음과 같다 첫째 집단별 노인의 생활만족도는 대체로 중간정도에 머무르고 있었으나 무배우 노인들은 유배우 노인보다 상대적으로 생활만족도가 낮으며 그중에서도 무 배우 남자노인의 경우가 가장 낮게 나타났다 둘째 네 집단노인의 생활만족도에 대한 경제상 태 사회적 활동정도 사회적 지원의 상대적 영향력을 본 결과 유배우 남자노인의 경우 자녀 의 정서적 지원, 경제상태, 사회적활동 순으로 나타났으며 무배우 남자노인의 경우는 경제상 태 자녀의 정서적 니원 친구의 도구적 지원, 사회적 활동정도순으로 나타났다 유배우 여자 노인의 생활만족도에 대한 변인들의 영향력은 자녀의 정서적 지원 친구의 정서적지원 경제 상태순으로 나타났으며 무배우 여자노인의 생활만족도에 대한 변인들의 영향력은 자녀의 정 서적 지원 사회적활동정도 경제상태 순으로 나타났다.

서 언 저자들은 1995년 12월부터 2개년간에 걸쳐 농림수산부가 지원하는 농수산 첨단 연구 과제로서 “안강망 어로 시스템 자동화에 관한 연구 개발을 수행하였다. 이 해설에서는 상기 연구의 초기 단계에 저자들의 조사한 안강망 어선 어로 시스템의 현황과 개선점에 대하여 기술함으로써 향후 안강망어업 관련 연구의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

This study was conducted to provide basic data for prioritization of family support services by examining the importance and performance of family support for parents of children with special education. To achieve the purpose of the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 220 parents of children from special education nationwide. As a result of the study, the importance of all 29 family support service items was rated high, but the performance level was low, and statistically significant differences were found. In addition, as a result of analysis of importance and performance, family support services related to physical and physical well-being and disability-related support were evaluated as high-priority, low-practice services, and it was a task that should be presented as a priority in family support services. On the other hand, it was found that family support services in the areas of family interaction support or emotional well-being were considered to be services that should be avoided due to their low importance but high performance. Based on the results of these studies, the direction for the operation of family support services for children with special education needs to be suggested in the future.
