지난호에 이어 마지막으로 MB상 평가기준상의 7대영역의 기본개념을 살펴보면 이렇다. '리더십'은 비전과 방향을 제시하는 가운데 끊임없는 개선을 통해 전종업원이 고객의 니즈를 충족시키도록 이끄는 일을 뜻하며, '정보'는 현대의 경영상태를 올바로 파악하고 개선할 목적으로 고객정보와 경쟁사정보를 사실에 근거하여 수집평가하고 자사정보와 비교평가함으로써 객관적인 의사결정을 내릴 수 있도록 하는데 그 뜻이 있다.

최근 몇 년간 인터넷 네트워크상에서 운영되는 가상 기업이 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 이러한 발전과 더불어 많은 가상 기업의 실패 위험률 또한 성공률의 두 배를 웃돌 정도로 매우 높다. 본 논문은 기존 일반기업 평가 기준, 정보시스템 평가 기준 및 전자상거래 평가 기준의 틀 위에서 가상성이 동일한 가상 기업들을 비교 평가하기 위한 평가 기준을 AHP 분석 기법을 활용하여 제시하였다. 이들 평가 기준은 크게 이해관계자 집단의 상대적중요도와 경영적 측면(managerial aspect), 그리고 정보적 측면의 상대적 중요도의 2단계로 분류되었으며, 제2단계는 다시 다용인 평가를 하였다. 이 방법의 현실성을 보이기 위해 세 개의 공급사슬 형태의 가상 기업에 대해 비교 평가를 실시하였다.

The aim of the study is to explore some problems that we have to solve to execute assessments effectively and in agreement with the objectives of them. We analysed the practices of some assessments Including our national assessment of educational achievement and the third international mathematics and science study with focussing on the frames of assessments, the analyses of results, and the items presented in the assessments. The results of the study are the following. Firstly, we need to make the frame of assessment to agree with the objectives of assessment and to reflect the characteristics of the item related to a few areas. Secondly, we need to analyse the results of assessment with reflecting the frames of assessment. Thirdly, we need to discuss more concretely on the level and presentation of items including the order of conditions to need to solve the items. And lastly, we need to minimize the difference caused by the variations of translation in the international assessments.

경제위기 극복의 핵심과제는 '시장기구의 원활한 작동에 의존하는 경제의 틀'을 마련하는 것이며, 이를 위해서는 경제적 시장경제체제를 구축해야 한다. 이러한 견지에서 공정거래법 정책의 위상, 역할, 과제, 방향 등을 새로이 정립할 필요가 있다. 공정거래법 정책의 기초개념이 되어온 경제력(집중)과 경쟁의(불)공정성은 지나치게 포괄적이고 주관적이며 이에 대한 분석의 틀이 되는 이론체계도 없어 정책의 개념적 기반이 되기 어렵다. 공정거래법 정책은 독점력과 효율성의 개념 위에서 경제효율 증진이라는 목적을 추구해야만 정책의 일관성과 실효성을 높일 수 있다. 이는 대기업들의 독점력이 경제력집중 및 재벌구조와 형태상 제 문제의 근원(根源)이며, 독점력은 경제이론에 의해 정책방향과 기준이 제시되는 개념이기 때문이다. 공정거래법 정책은 시장구조와 형태를 실질적으로 경쟁화함으로써 경제효율을 극대화하는 데 주력해야 한다. 무엇보다도 경쟁 제한적 법령 제도 관행을 철폐하기 위한 규제개혁을 주도하고 경제구조조정과 재벌개혁의 기본원칙과 방법이 시장기능과 경쟁을 강화하는 방향으로 설정 시행되도록 하는 것이 긴요하다. 특히 대기업간 사업교환이나 인수 합병에 대하여 엄격한 경쟁정책적 검토와 규율을 적용해야 하며, 시장의 독과점화를 방지하면서 구조조정을 촉진하는 방향으로 기업결합 규제기준을 개선해나가야 할 것이다. 가격담합 등에 대한 당연위법 원칙의 확립, 입찰조작의 감시 적발체제 구축 등 카르텔 규제를 강화하고, 유통조직 활동의 효율화를 도모하면서 독점유지 강화행위를 엄격히 금지하여 다양한 유통경로와 업태가 출현 발전하도록 해야 한다. 산업조직적 조사 분석능력을 확충하여 경쟁정책적 시각에서 주요 사건을 선별 조사하고 법집행에 있어 사소(私訴)의 역할을 확대하기 위한 노력도 필요하다.

In this article, I reviewed current state of researches about mathematics instruction in Korea and sought ways and methodologies of future research. I analyzed articles which were published after year 2000 and were targeted to mathematical instruction itself. After collecting articles, I classified them according to research subject, method and analysis framework, purpose and focus, research perspective and keyword. Subsequently, I analyzed tendency of each research and theoretical framework of them. Based on upper results, I drew directivity of mathematics instruction research at two aspects. First, I found and suggested elements with which framework of mathematics instruction analysis should equip. Secondly, I explored main tasks of mathematics instruction research.

Some researchers (Jones et al., 1997; Tarr & Jones, 1997; Tarr & Lannin, 2005) have worked on students' probabilistic thinking framework. These studies contributed to an understanding of students' thinking in probability by depicting levels. However, understanding middle school students' probabilistic thinking is limited to the concepts in conditional probability and independence. In this study, the framework to understand middle school students' thinking in probability is integrated on the works of Jones et al. (1997), Polaki (2005) and Tarr and Jones (1997). As in their works, depicting levels of probabilistic thinking is focused on the concepts and skills for students in middle school. The concepts and skills considered as being necessary for middle school students were integrated from NCTM documents and NAEP frameworks.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the model of supporting decision making and the method of evaluating criteria and alternatives by value judgement and to apply the model and method suggested to the case of the University Student's housing choice. The criteria and alternatives are evaluated in terms of intuitive judgement and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The university students of the Daegu Metropolitan area consider the socioeconomic and environmental factors more important than the characteristics of housing to evaluate their future housing types. In terms of the student's intuitive judgement, socio-educational environment, accessibility, economy, natural environment, and the characteristics of housing are considered in order as an important criteria of evaluating housing. The orders of the important criteria done by an intuitive judgement and the AHP are different. In terms of the AHP, apartment, detached dwelling, and row house are preferred in order as the student's future housing types. The orders of preferred housing types are, however, dynamically changed based on specific criteria. In sum, the model of decision making and the method of evaluating criteria and alternatives by value judgement will be applied to the real problems defined by uncertainty and high risk.

Writings of gifted students were classified by the writing analysis protocol built on the scientific inquiry process and writings of scientific journals. These writings were classified 7 types based on the existence of tentative explanations and types of conclusion. In addition the writings were classified by linear form, double linear form, supporting-conclusion form based on the number and position of writings. The characteristics of writings show that, first, the tentative explanation is located at the beginning and the drawing conclusion at the end of articles. Secondly, students prefer the linear form writing to explain their logics. Finally, supporting-conclusion writings are shown when answers of question is written only in the drawing conclusion without estimation.
