Spectral variability of Blazar 3C 279 during 2009-2018

  • 블레이자는 제트가 관측자 시선방향과 나란하게 놓여있는 활동은하핵(AGN)으로 모든 파장대역에서 변광을 보이는 것이 주요 특징이다. 우리는 블레이자의 변광특성을 이해하기 위해 강한 변광을 보이는 천체인 3C 279를 연구대상으로 선정했고, 9년간의 X선 및 광학 데이터를 이용하여 이 천체의 광도와 스펙트럼 기울기 사이의 상관관계분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통하여, 시간에 따라 상관계수가 변한다는 것과 X선 변광이 광학변광보다 65일 앞선다는 것을 발견하였다. 이 발표에서는 one-zone SED 모형을 이용해 위의 현상들을 해석한 결과를 제시한다.

Revision of Snyder's Coefficient for Synthesizing Uint Hydrograph (단위유량도합성을 위한 Snyder 계수의 조정)

  • The synthetic unit hydrograph is commonly used for the derivation of a design hydregraph. The existing Snyder's equation for the syntheses of unit hydrograph was found to give relatively a flat hydrograph in comparison with observed hydrograph and a revision is required. HEC-1 model is used to simulated observed hydrograhp in the South Han River basin and results are used as an input for the regression. The basin is subdivided into small drainage areas and the synthesized hydrograph is routed through channels. After the calculated hydrographs are compared with observed one, the synthesized hydrograph of each subbasisn is revised and the new snyder's equation is derived . The revised equation gives rapid increase of discharge in rising limb and larger peak.

  • Polymethylphenylsilane(PMPS) was synthesized with methylphenyldichlorosilane using metal sodium. Various sample coated on quartz plate were exposed and the yield of residual film was calculated. To obtain the fine image forming after developing and drying, optical transmittance characterization have to be considered. Exposure is described by three optical parameters X, Y, and Z. There parameters are normally determined from optical transmittance measurements of exposed PMPS films. Z parameter was determined from the initial slope of a transmittance according to exposure time. This set of function parameters provided a complete description of photoresist exposure and development and became the basis for the theoretical process models.

  • A DCT-based energy-ratio measure for autofocus in digital camera is proposed in this paper. This measure, namely AC2DC1 and AC5DC1, determines the sharpness of an image using a ratio between AC and DC energy in the DCT domain. This method is derived from energy analysis of DCT coefficients. Autofocus score calculation method is used to assess the performance of the proposed measure and to compare it with other measures. Experimental results under various conditions verify the robustness of the proposed focus measure for the Gaussian as well as impulsive noises.

  • 하천유역에서 강우-유출을 해석할 때에는 적용이 용이하고 비교적 정확한 결과를 얻는 것으로 알려진 단위도와 순간단위도를 널리 사용하여 왔다. 순간단위도의 유도를 위해서는 신뢰성 있는 강우-유출자료의 획득이 선행되어야한다. 신뢰성 있는 자료를 얻기 위해서는 시험유역의 운영에 의한 실측 강우와 그 에 따른 유출자료의 확보가 중요하다. 횡성댐 상류 섬강시험유역에서 얻어진 실측 자료를 사용하여 가변기울기법을 이용하여 직접유출을 분석하였고, 기존의 강우-유출자료를 분석하여 누가강우에 따른 유출계수를 분석하였다. 지리정보시스템을 이용하여 유역의 지형학적 매개변수를 얻어 유도된 지형학적 순간단위유량도에 의한 강우-유출의 특성을 분석하였다.

  • In this paper, an analytical expression of the excess MSE of ITLMS(Individual Tap LMS) which results from the random fluctuation of the distance between the actual and optimal coefficients due to noisy gradient estimates, is derived. The expression reveals that the excess MSE of the ITLMS algorithm is smaller that that of the LMS algorithm. The performance of the algorithm from the computer simulation for a fading time-dispersive channel verifies the theoretical results.

  • 박막이나 초미세 구조체의 경도 및 탄성계수 측정을 위한 나노 압입실험에서는 Oliver & Pharr가 제안한 하중-변위 측정 나노압입법이 널리 쓰이고 있다 위 실험법에서, 나노경도(nano-hardness; H$_{n}$)는 최대하중을 계산된 접촉면적 (A$_{c}$)으로 나누어 평가하고, 압입자 및 박막의 탄성성질을 포함하는 환산 탄성계수 (reduced modulus ; E$_{r}$)는 하중제거곡선의 초기 기울기인 접촉탄성강성 (S)를 이용하여 계산한다. 그러나, 하중-변위 측정 나노압입법에서는 탄성 및 소성변형만이 고려되고 시간 의존적 변형거동 (time dependent deformation; TDD)은 고려되지 않는다.(중략)

Interaction of Local Roughness and Turbulent Boundary Layer (국소거칠기와 난류 경계층과의 상호작용)

  • An interaction of turbulent boundary layer and local roughness effects was evaluated to investigate the shear frictional coefficient in diffuser. Clauser roughness function was applied to Karman's integral equation for governing equation. The roughness of overall and local diffuser surfaces were calculated using Cole's wall and wake law and Clauser's roughness function for turbulent boundary layer characteristics. The calculating results were compared with the experimental results of other paper. It shows some significant improyements for shear frictional coefficient. Computer code was then used to confirm the behavior of local frictional coefficient along with diffuser roughness surface for some reduction of shear flow stress.

어선의 GM 변화에 따른 운동응답특성 실험적 연구

  • 어선은 어획물로 인한 무게 변화 및 어구 사용에 의한 외력으로 GM이 변화한다. 하지만 실시간으로 변화하는 GM을 추정하는 것은 어려우며, 현재 적용되는 추정식은 어선에 대입하기에 정확성이 떨어진다. 이에 본 논문은 어선의 GM 추정식 개발에 기여하기 위해 어선의 Roll 운동응답을 분석하고, 실험과 시뮬레이션의 GM과 파경사 관계를 밝히고자 한다. 7톤 급의 실제 운항 중인 어선의 모델선 GM을 변화시키면서 파경사별 Roll 운동응답 데이터를 수집한다. GM 변화의 경우 선박 무게중심부에 높이 방향으로 추를 조절할 수 있도록 했으며, 파경사는 동일 주기 4가지 파경사를 선정하였다. GM과 파경사가 커질수록 Roll 응답이 증가하는 경향을 보이며, GM과 파경사가 커짐에 따라 기울기가 비선형성을 보이며 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 어선의 GM과 파경사의 관계를 파악하고, GM추정에 사용할 수 있느 보정 계수를 도출할 수 있다. 추후에 본 연구 내용을 활용하여 운항 중인 어선의 실시간 GM 추정시스템 개발에 기여가 가능할 것으로 생각한다.

Ion Exchange Characteristics of Novel HDBPDA and Dowex Ion Exchange Resins (새로운 HDBPDA와 Dowex 이온교환수지의 이온교환 특성)

  • HDBPDA ion exchange resin, {(4, 5) : (13, 14)-Dibenzo-6, 9, 12-trioxa-3, 15, 21, -triazabicyclo [15. 3. 1]heneicosa-(1, 17, 19)(18, 20, 21) triene ion exchange resin : HDBPDA ion exchange resin} had a capacity of 3.8meq/g dry resin. The distribution coefficients of alkali and alkaline earth metal ions on HDBPDA and strongly acidic cation exchange resin, Dowex 50W-X8(200-400mesh) in water, and the various concentrations of hydrochloric acid were determined. Concentration of hydrochloric acid have almost not influenced on the distribution coefficients of alkali and alkaline earth metal ions for the HDBPDA ion exchange resin, but generally the distribution coefficient slightly increased with decreasing concentration of hydrochloric acid. The distribution coefficients of metal ions in water are larger than those in various hydrochloric acid concentration. The distribution coefficients of alkali and alkaline earth metal ions for the Dowex 50W-X8 ion exchange resin increased with decreasing hydrochloric acid concentration. Especially, the distribution coefficients of alkaline earth metal ions increased rapidly compared to those for alkali metal ions. The distribution coefficients of alkali and alkaline earth metal ions on HDBPDA ion exchange resin increased in a linear manner with decreasing acid concentration, and the slope, d log Kd/d log $M_{HCl}$ is about -0.2. Of the distribution cofficients of alkali metal ions on Dowex 50W-X8, at range of moderate hydrochloric acid concentration, the slope is about -1, while the slope for alkaline earth metal ions is about -2. However, at very low hydrochloric acid concentration, the linear variation between distribution coefficient and acid concentration was not occurred, but the slope was deviated from above values at low acid concentration.
