Recent, Secure the small and medium-sized enterprises from advanced and intelligence cyber threat, 24 hours of prevention, detection and analysis is essential. Small and Medium Business monitoring center is operated by government financial support to protect and prevent these threats. Currently it provides security to about 900 small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper studies abnormal and attack packets from small and medium-sized businesses[enterprises] which is monitored by Small and Medium Business monitoring center and provides improvement of security control for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Current business environment asks the fundamental changes about business security. The essences of these changes are that the security management of today's global business is important task of managers and the security practitioner is professional who needs very specialized education and training with business thinking. Rapid process of globalization of global village tore down the business limit that was restricted on the geological areas' limitation. Rapid business environments' change that is driving depends on development of science and technology with globalization needs new paradigm to keep business continuity. With the process of globalization, Korea, which importance is gradually increasing in the national economy, has trade dependent economic system, which keeps power of national economy through trade, so Korean economic tendency is accelerating. To keep competitiveness in global market, new strategy that is different with existing domestic business management is necessary. That is, capacity of coping with outside risk in domestic business management is established in some degree, but business activities in foreign countries faces at numerous unexpected risks that differ from country to country such as difference with the custom, changes of corporate governance etc. To cope with these new risks effectively, new paradigm for business risk is necessary. Especially, flexibility of thinking like new paradigm is necessary to cope with new security risk effectively. To cope with security risk that occurs in the new business environment effectively and competes against international company in global market, company management and members' changes of cognition about security and innovative changes in security policy is necessary. In the basement of these changes, there is expansion of business security tasks, improvement of report line, enhancement of professionalism and status of security officers, variation of hands-on workers and increasing of investment to the security etc.

오늘날 기업 활동 전반에 걸쳐 네트워크 및 정보시스템에 대한 의존도가 높아지고 있는 추세에 따라 이를 대상으로 한 정보 보안 침해 역시 증가하고 있다. 우리나라의 산업 구조상 중소기업은 전체 사업체수를 기준으로 99%이상을 차지하고 있으며 특히 소기업 및 소상공인은 전체의 96%이상을 차지하고 있다. 중소기업은 그 규모의 특성상 상대적으로 정보보안 위협에 취약함이 지적되고 있으며 이들의 보안 역량 강화는 안전한 디지털 경제 환경을 조성하기 위한 핵심 과제로 떠오르고 있다. 그 중요성에 대한 인식을 기반으로 중소기업의 특성에 맞는 정보 보안 교육 훈련이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라 중소기업 및 정보 보안 관련 주무 기관인 중소기업청, 국가정보원 등과 더불어 민간 정보기술(IT)교육 훈련 기관들에서 실시되고 있는 중소기업을 위한 정보 보안 교육 훈련의 현황을 살펴보고 문제점을 파악하고자 한다.

Recently, increasing security threats are not only interfering with business continuity of companies but they are al so causing serious problems on social and national levels. As violation of intellectual property rights increases due to growing competition between different companies and countries, companies are now required to follow various IT compliance regulations, under relevant legal obligations. This study proposed a model of convergence security compliance management by using machine learning, in order to help companies actively utilize IT compliance.

최근, 기업은 급변하는 비즈니스 환경 속에서 업무 효율성 극대화가 비즈니스를 수행하는데 필요로 한다고 인식하고, 이를 위한 해결책이 조직원간 정보공유를 활성화하기 위한 지식경영 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 지식경영 시스템의 근간이 되는 디지털 문서들은 복사 및 전달이 쉽고 빠르게 이루어 질 수 있다는 문제점이 있다. 이에 따라, 기업은 업무 효율성을 높이면서 동시에 기밀정보의 유출을 방지하기 위한 정보보안 정책을 세우고 있는 실정이다. 대부분 기업들의 초창기 정보화 과정에서는 네트웍 보안에 치중하여 대다수의 기업 내부 정보 유출 사레가 내부자의 소행이라는 것이 밝혀지면서 업무의 효율성이라는 측면과 기업 내부 정보 보안을 위한 보안 기술을 채택하고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 누출차단과 식별을 위한 다큐먼트 보안을 디자인함으로써, 디지털 정보보안 체계 확립과 더불어, 디지털 정보자산을 안정적으로 관리할 수 있게 되었다. 또한, 발생할 수 도 있는 디지털 정보자산의 불법유출을 사전에 차단함으로써 기업/기관의 노하우 및 정보자산을 안정적인 보호로 피해를 방지할 수 있게 되었다.

기업의 기술이 점점 고도화가 진행되면서 문서유출사건에 대한 기업의 피해가 매년마다 증가하고 있다. 특히 내부직원에 의한 유출사건이 크게 증가함으로써 기업은 기업 내부의 보안수준을 올리고 있다. 이에 회사 내 출력물 보안을 위하여 기업은 프린터 보안 솔루션을 도입하지만 강한 보안성으로 인하여 인쇄가 많은 기업이나 부서에서는 잦은 사용자인증에 불편함을 느낄 수 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 출력물 보안 서비스와 비교하여 티켓을 이용한 사용자인증의 간소화와 권한문서관리를 제공하는 출력물 보안 솔루션을 설계하고 구현하였다.

경제위기와 더붙어 기업과 개인이 다양한 보안위협에 노출됨에 따라 지난 2008년은 1.25 인터넷 대란 이후 정보보호가 다시 한번 사회적 이슈로 떠오른 해였다. 협박성 대량 트래픽 공격(DDoS : 분산 서비스거부공격)에 의한 웹 서비스의 불안정, 급속도로 이용자가 늘고 있는 인터넷전화(VoIP)의 보안 위협까지. 기업과 일반 IT 제품 및 서비스 이용자들은 직간접적으로 보안이슈에 노출되고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 차세대 MEAP 환경에서의 보안 평가 모델을 제시하는 것이다. 기업용 애플리케이션 개발환경은 PES 및 MEAP을 거쳐 완벽한 OSMP구현을 위한 HTML5 환경으로 발전하고 있다. 이와 더불어 보안의 위협도 증대되고 있으나, HTML5 환경에서의 보안에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 문제에 대비하기 위해서는 기존 개발환경의 보안 특징을 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 보안위협요소를 Back-End System, Client, Developer, OS 4가지로 도출한 후, 이에 해당하는 보안 위협 문제들을 살펴보고 보안 평가 모델을 제시하였다. 본 모델은 단계별 보안이슈를 포함하고 있으며, 향후 HTML5 시대에 논의될 보안 이슈의 방향성을 제시한다는데 그 의미가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업형 하이브리드 애플리케이션 개발을 준비하는 기업 및 연구자에게 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

With the fast development of the Internet and the increasing dependence on information infrastructures, companies are faced with various information security threats such as information leakages, modifications, and information breaches. South Korea is one of the leading countries in the Internet usage, but is ranked relatively low when it comes to information security. In fact, many Korean firms have suffered financial losses and damaged corporate images from the information security breaches. However, because of the difficulties in quantifying the costs of the information security breaches, Korean companies tend to delay their investment decisions on information security. The purpose of this study is to measure the cost of information security breach and the economic value of security investment using the event study methodology. Our results show that the announcement of an information security breach negatively influenced the market value of the corresponding company. The effect was statistically significant at the significance level of p=0.05. The breached companies lose, on average, 0.86% of their market values on the day of the announcement - an average loss in market capitalization of $55 million. On the other hand, the investment on information security had no effect on the stock price or the market value of the firm.

최근 연이은 정보유출사고로 인해 많은 기업들이 기업 이미지 손실과 같은 무형적 손실을 비롯해 금전적인 배상에 이르는 유형적 손실로 많은 어려움에 처해 있는 상황에서 이런 문제점을 대응하기 위해 기업들은 정보보호를 위한 적절한 주의 의무를 다하면서 체계적으로 보안정책을 기준으로 제한된 리소스를 효과적으로 운영해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 내부정보 유통이 많은 기업 보안환경을 중심으로 다양한 보안인프라를 효과적으로 연계하여 분석하는 검증된 보안정책을 수립하고 적용함으로써 법적 주의 의무를 다하면서도 효과적으로 보안관리업무를 수행할 수 있는 정보유출방지체계를 이행하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.
