This study aims to analyze the changes in school/corporate authorities participation after overseas training in Germany and Switzerland. According to this study, the satisfaction with program contents and help for the operation of apprenticeship education was very high. Even though the satisfaction with each type of apprenticeship education institutes did not show differences in accordance with participants' age, there were statistically significant differences in the satisfaction in accordance with work area and position, so that it would be necessary to reflect the results of analysis on the selection of institutes to visit in the future. Regarding the changes in the perception of operation of apprenticeship school in accordance with school/corporate authorities' participation in overseas training, school authorities' perception of the whole areas was improved after training than before training like understanding, planning, practice, and evaluation of apprenticeship education while corporate authorities' perception was not. As corporate authorities also understood the necessity of overseas training for the operation of apprenticeship education, however, in order to increase the effects of overseas training in the future, it would be necessary to provide lots of information to help the understanding of apprenticeship education through preliminary training or regular council and council of each project group. Because of the huge differences in socio-cultural conditions in the practice of apprenticeship education between Korea and two countries such as Germany and Switzerland, it would be needed to operate overseas training that could draw the improvement measures within the system of Korea instead of simple comparative analysis.

Recent studies say that informal learning is influential to students as much as formal teaming. Nowadays we can see various informal teaming inside and outside of the country. In 2004, it was the first attempt in Korea that engineer had gone to the elementary school fur activity that included scientific experiment and engineering work with students. National Academy of Engineering of Korea (NAEK) progressed activity with companies and elementary schools for students' making sense of engineer and what they are doing. To do that, NAEK had developed the network that company could support its local school's science education circumstance by engineers' visiting program. In 2004, seventeen companies including both large and small ones took part in the program called' Korea Junior Engineering Achievement (KJEA)'. In this program, engineers played the role of teacher (we call them company teacher), elementary school teachers played the role of organizing classes as a mediator. Elementary school teachers and company teachers' recognition is very important to make students' activity meaningful. The aim of this study was to give implication for informal science education activity for which engineers visit their local school. We got the result by survey and interview of company teachers and elementary school teachers. This study's result shows that almost company teachers and school teachers were in favor of purpose of this informal science education activity and satisfied with their participation. But some company teachers were not satisfied with worksheets, materials provided and relationship between school and company). Elementary school teachers and company teachers, both of them believed students' program as the key factor of success of informal science education activity. To make informal science education grow, school administrator and teacher need to have a will to utilize the activities more actively.

The purpose of this study was to suggest measures for improving training cooperation between industries and universities through employer engagement by analyzing the state of employer engagement in training. The current study investigated the state of employer engagement in training and factors that facilitate employer engagement in training. A survey was conducted with 230 human resource managers who worked for companies with more than 300 employees. The study results showed that employers perceived their engagement in training for their employees are consumers rather than strategic partners to plan educational service and make decisions in their communities. However, employers perceived that their engagement in training would be effective because their training engagement can result in positive direct and indirect business outcomes. Moreover, the implementation of training programs based on industry needs was revealed as a critical factor for promoting collaboration between industries and universities and leading to employer engagement. Based on the study results, several suggestions are presented for improving training cooperation between industries and universities through employer engagement.

Though that the importance of business ethics is growing, research and education of business ethics are insufficient. There are still few to teach business ethics as a formal subject at four-year universities, and there is little research on business ethics. The education of business ethics is mainly a simple type of discussion that focuses on cases. The research of business ethics is focused on corporate social responsibility, ignoring many subjects to be dealt with in business ethics. Starting from this recognition, this paper uses qualitative research method to identify five topics to be addressed in business ethics: employee right, employee responsibility, environmental responsibility, diversity and discrimination, and international business and globalization. Directions for education and research related to each subject are from examining the latest literature related to each topic. Specifically, this paper discusses the contents to be educated in each topic, and presents directions of research to be done in the future. Consequently, this paper presents directions for the development of education and research on the five topics in business ethics. Based on this research as the theoretical basis, various researches on each subject will be possible in the future.

기업마다 국가마다 정보보호에 대한 문화 차이는 존재하기 마련이다. 하지만 그 차이가 크다고는 볼 수 없다. 다양한 공격기법에 대한 대응방안 마련. 기업 정보보호의 방향 수립, 정보보호 교육방식 등 기업 보안 조직이나, 국가 CERT의 관심과 고민이 비슷하기 때문이다. 이런 생각은 호주 침해사고대응팀(이하:AusCERT)에 몸담고 있는 Robert Lowe와의 인터뷰에서 더욱 잘 알 수 있었다. AusCERT는 우리와 같은 고민을 어떻게 풀어가고 있는지 소개해 본다. Robert Lowe는 AusCERT의 침해사고 분석 전문가로 활동했으며, 현재는 AusCERT의 교육 및 컨퍼런스 책임자로 활동하고 있다.

This study has the purpose to increase the suitability for the introduction and operation of the curriculum utilizing business simulation games from university education. So we investigated about the usage in management education department of domestic and foreign universities, institutions target for enterprise level education, and giant companies such as Samsung and LG. We surveyed about the demand of it from college students at the management and engineering departments and then designed two basic course models. As research methods, literature research, on-site experts and operators interview on domestic enterprises and institutions of representative companies was conducted. We analysed the course syllabi of some domestic and about 50 foreign universities utilizing it with the literature review. Then we analysed the result of usage investigation and demand survey. According to the results, the relatively small number of universities and corporate institutions compared to U.S. were utilizing it for their training courses in short-term and partial Lab. Results are expected to be used in the training courses of business administration in universities and corporate.
