This study is intended to look into the structural relationship between SCM activity, process innovation and quality performance in small and medium sized enterprisers(SMEs). To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 354 SCM operating officers and managers who perform the SCM activities in small and medium sized manufacturing firms. The results are summarized as follows. Overall, the SCM activity and process innovation had a significant effect on the quality performance, having a structural relationship with the quality performance in SEMs. This implies that the strategic alliance of the SCM activities and competence concentration based on technology development in SEMs can organize the unity through organizational members' information sharing. In other words, when the information integration supports the compatibility and reliability of shared information system by raising technological competence through this, the process innovation can lead to non-financial cost reduction, product quality, delivery compliance and inventory cost reduction as quality performance of the structured process, management and distribution.

전자상거래가 폭발적 성장으로 기업이나 조직의 네트워크가 인터넷으로 연결된 후부터 PKI를 도입, 구축하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 대다수 기업들에 있어 PKI는 비용과 리스크가 상당량 수반되는 일종의 모험이나 마찬가지다. PKI 소프트웨어와 하드웨어 컴포넌트의 복잡한 암호화 기능을 차치하더라도 PKI 구축과 관련된 모든 네트웍 시스템을 설치하고 구성할 때 발생하는 보안 이슈를 해결해야 하는 네트워크 관리자의 고충은 거대할 수 밖에 없다. 하지만 이러한 고충 속에서도 PKI는 정보화 환경과 전자정부 구축 등에 있어 최소한의 정보보호 요구사항을 해결할 수 있는 기반구조로서 공개키 암호기술을 기반으로 하는 전자서명 애플리케이션에서의 보안 서비스가 보다 효율적이고 안전하게 제공될 수 있도록 개발된 보안 기술이다. PKI는 전자상거래 및 각종 인터넷 서비스 환경하에서의 법적인 문제들을 해결해 줄 수 있는 대안으로서 최근 각광 받고 있다.

Today, As the internet and electronic publishing technology was powerful and there are many benefits to using various academic information which has an electronic document of high quality. Many researchers had much required to see a full-text of electronic document. There was an requirement of digital achieving activities between countries for each other electronic document in order to safely preserve and services. In this paper, we have implemented an electronic document local-hosting system to provide free service to KESLI member institutions and provide pay-per-view service to individual users and small/medium size companies who are not member of KESLI and builded national long-term preservation system of electronic information resources.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the cash flow of pharmaceutical companies on R&D investment. 143 pharmaceutical companies listed in the KOSDAQ market from 2009 to 2013. Financial statements and comments in general and internal transactions were extracted from TS-2000 of the Korea Listed Company Association (KLCA), and data related to stock price was extracted from KISVALUE-III of NICE Information Service Co., Ltd. STATA 12.0 was used as the statistical package for panel analysis. The summary of the findings and the interpretation of the significance of this are as follows: First, the current ratio (internal finance) had a positive influence on R&D investment. Second, the debt ratio (external finance) had a negative influence on R&D investment. The pharmaceutical company prefers internal funds to external funds due to the asymmetry of information in the loan markets. In other words, this shows why internal finances have a significant influence on R&D investment at pharmaceutical companies.

A Web Service is an URL addressable set of functionality that is exposed over a network to serve as a building Hock for creating distributed applications. SOAP is a protocol that Web Service consumers often use, when they request and response to a Web Service, and it is a lightweight, XML-based protocol over HTTP for exchange to information in decentralized, distributed environments. A Web Service is very useful forimplementing common functions in especially a large size business area, because it is invoked by a protocol like HTTP or SOAP that we easily use, and by an XML-based data format In this paper, we implement Web Services that process dip data by computers in enterprise accounts in order to enhance the transparency and productivity of enterprises. we analyse the structure of slip data, design dip database, implement stored procedures for manipulating data of slip database, and make thorn controlled by Web Services. The result of this paper will contribute to the standardization and activation of accounting process systems for e-business area.

Major corporations and portals have implemented a link server that connects Content Management Systems (CMS) to the physical address of content in a database (DB) to support efficient content use in web-based environments. In particular, a link server automatically connects the physical address of content in a DB to the content URL shown through a web browser screen, and re-connects the URL and the physical address when either is modified. In recent years, the number of users of digital content over the web has increased significantly because of the advent of the Big Data environment, which has also increased the number of link validity checks that should be performed in a CMS and a link server. If the link validity check is performed through an existing URL-based sequential method instead of petabyte or even etabyte environments, the identification rate of dead links decreases because of the degradation of validity check performance; moreover, frequent link checks add a large amount of workload to the DB. Hence, this study is aimed at providing a link server that can recognize URL link deletion or addition through analysis on the B-tree-based Information Identifier count per interval based on a large amount of URLs in order to resolve the existing problems. Through this study, the dead link check that is faster and adds lower loads than the existing method can be performed.

This study aimed to explore the impacts of psychological capitals on the psychological ownerships and organizational commitments by employees in deluxe hotel located in Seoul. And also the mediating effects of psychological ownerships by employees on the relationships between psychological capitals and organizational commitments in hotel firms. The results of this study are, psychological capitals direct impacts on psychological ownerships and organizational commitments. And psychological ownerships influence mediating effects between psychological capitals and organizational commitments. The results of this study suggests that to build organizational behaviors management systems on emphasizing of the importance of psychological capitals and the importance of psychological ownerships by employees on intense competing environments in hotel industry for competitive advantages.

현재 심각한 재해에 대한 임박성은 일부 관계자 이외는 감지하지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 재해와 같은 위기에 관한 지식이나 이에 대처하기 위한 기술은 어린 시절부터 습득해 두어야 할 기초적 지식 및 능력이라고 생각한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 대지진 발생이 임박하고 있음을 타인의 일처럼 생각하고 있다는 점은 재해와 같은 위기를 자신의 일처럼 생각하고 어떻게 대처해야 할 것인가에 대해 스스로 생각할 수 있는 기회가 충분하지 않다는 것에서 유래한다. 즉 체계적 실천적인 방재 위기관리교육이 충분하게 실시되지 않고 있다는 점을 지적할 수 있을 것이다. 특히 지역주민의 생명 신체 재산을 보호해야 하는 지방자치단체의 소방담당직원의 실천적 대응능력은 말할 것도 없고 수장(首長)의 리스크 관리능력에 대해 의구심을 가지고 있다. 또한 지역 자체의 방재력 강화라는 관점에서는 자주방재조직 등의 지역방재리더나 지역주민 개개인의 방재능력을 향상시켜야 할 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 최근에 건설된 신관저를 계기로 변화된 방재 위기관리 시스템에 관한 정책적 동향을 살펴본다. 아울러 방재 위기관리에 대한 인재양성을 위한 교육의 일환으로 구축된 e-Learning System인 e-College의 구성 및 관련 내용을 살펴봄으로써 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 지방자치단체의 방재 위기관리에 있어서 수장 등 간부직원의 의식과 자세가 지역의 방재력을 크게 좌우하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 방재담당직원 소방직단원에 대한 교육과제를 들 수 있겠다. 고도로 도시화된 사회가 재해에 대한 취약성이 높아지고 있다. 지역의 방재리더, 재해자원봉사, 주민에 대한 교육과제로 도도부현, 시정촌, 대학에서 방재 위기관리 교육이 실시되고 있지만, 1999년 총리부(總理府)에서 여론조사를 보면 자주방재활동에 참가한 경험이 없는 사람이 전체 70%를 차지하고 있다. 기업에 대한 교육과제로 재해발생시에 사원이나 고객의 안전 확보, 사업의 피해경감 조기복구에 의한 경제에 대한 영향을 경감하기 위한 준비를 충실히 해야 한다.

XML can supply the standard data type in information exchange format on a lot of data generated in running database or applied programs for a company by using the advantage that it can describe meaningful information directly. Therefore, as it becomes more and more necessary to manage and protect massive XML data in an efficient way, the development of safe XML access control techniques needs a new method. In this study access authorization policies are defined to design access control systems. The findings demonstrated that algorithm suggested in this study improved system performance which was low due to the complex authorization evaluation process in the existing access control techniques. It is consequently proved that the safe XML access control policy presented in this study is in an improved form as compared with the existing access control methods.
