새로운 경영 패러다잉의 전환과 지식경제시대에 도래하고 있는 현재, 기업들은 기업의 생존을 위한 경영방식의 일환으로 지식경영을 도입하고 있다. 지식경영은 지식의 창조, 공유 및 활용을 포함한 개념으로서, 지식의 효율적인 공유 및 활용을 위해 지식경영을 응용한 지식관리시스템이 활발히 도입 중에 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 지식관리시스템의 도입현황(배경, 도입내용, 효과)의 사례률 비교, 분석하여 도입관련 시사점을 제시한다. 지식관리시스템의 배경은 지식공유를 통하여 핵심역량을 강화하고, 경영목표를 달성하기 위해 지식을 통합, 광리할 필요성으로 도입하였고, 도입 내용은 조직의 산재된 지식을 통합, 분류하여 지식데이터베이스를 구촉하였고 지식경영 중심의 기업문화률 이루고, 평가와 보상 체제를 구축하였다. 지식관리시스템의 도입 효과는 지식이 차별화 된 경쟁도구로 인식되면서, 개인의 지식이 조직의 지식으로 전환되면서 지식의 자본화가 이루어졌고, 조직구성원들의 업무효율성 또한 증대되었다. 사례분석결과 성공적인 지식경영을 위해, 지식경영을 위한 가치관 및 기업문화를 정착하고 기업특성에 맞는 방식을 고안해 지식경영을 실천하고, 파일럿 프로젝트를 실행한 후 단계적으로 확산해야한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 전략적, 문화적, 조직적, 기술적 측면의 구체적인 시사점이 제시되었다.

Recently, many enterprises are introducing EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) technologies for integrating heterogeneous enterprise information systems. Among EAI levels, data-level integration is relatively straightforward and most popular. However, current commercial solutions have complex functionalities and are expensive for implementing the data integration tasks. Also, they have their own proprietary architectures and have a restricted interoperability. Proposed in this paper is the development of data integration middleware for facilitating data exchanges between the heterogeneous information systems. The main feature of this middleware is a explicit mapping of meta data about the relationships between source and target data. Based on this mapping, users who do not have expertise in information technology at the small & medium enterprise can easily handle data exchange tasks between information systems.

최근 사이버 공격이사회, 국가적 위협으로 대두되고 있다. 최근 신종 악성코드에 의한 A.P.T 공격이 사회적으로 큰 혼란을 야기하고 있다. 이에 따라 기업 내에서 방화벽, IPS, VPN 등의 네트워크 보안 시스템의 통합 관리를 목적으로 하는 통합관제시스템(ESM)의 필요성이 제기되었다. 그러나 기존의 ESM의 방식은 외부에서 내부로 유입되는 트래픽만을 모니터링하는 네트워크 기반 공격 탐지기법을 사용하기 때문에, 외부 사이버 공격만을 차단할 수 있다는 한계점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 주요 IT 기반시설의 네트워크, 시스템, 응용 서비스 등으로부터 발생하는 데이터 및 보안 이벤트 간의 연관성을 분석하여 보안 지능을 향상시키는 빅데이터를 활용한 보안로그시스템을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 빅데이터를 활용한 보안로그시스템을 통해 분산 기반의 저장/처리 기술 적용하고자 한다.본 기술을 적용한 지능형 정보 분석 플랫폼 구성을 통해, 가용성과 확장성을 확보하여 통합적 보안 관제가 가능하도록 한다. 뿐만 아니라 기업 내로의 악성코드 유입, 감염(전파) 그리고 실시간 모니터링이 가능하여 고객 서비스 만족도가 향상되는 파급효과가 기대된다.

XML이 기업간 데이터 교환뿐만 아니라 차세대 기업 정보시스템의 핵심기술로 떠오르면서 XML 데이터를 원형 그대로 저장하는 데이터베이스 관리시스템이 차세대 DBMS (DataBases Management System) 플랫폼으로 부상하고 있다. DBMS 업계는 XML이 현재 전자상거래 등 기업간 정보유통에 주로 적용되고 있으나 웹서비스가 본격 구현되면 기업간시스템도 XML 기반으로 점차 전환될 것으로 보고 XML 데이터의 효율적인 저장 관리하는 데이터베이스 개발에 경쟁적으로 나서고 있다. 현재 주류를 이루는 관계형 데이터베이스는 XML 데이터를 지원하기 위해 다른 포맷의 데이터를 XML로 변환하거나 반대의 작업을 하는 툴을 이용하고 있으나, DBMS 처리속도가 떨어지는 등의 문제가 있어 XML 데이터를 원형 그대로 저장하거나 불러올 수 있는 DBMS 수요가 늘어날 것으로 전망된다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 XML 데이터를 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 3단계를 통한 데이터베이스 스키마와 XML Schema로의 변환을 위한 통합 설계 방법론을 제안한다.

사무자동화(OA)로부터 발전되어온 워크플로우의 기술은 현재는 e-비즈니스를 위한 인프라로서, 프로세스를 기반으로 다른 정보기술과 통합되고 나아가서는 기업통합을 가능하게 하는 비즈니스운영체제(BOS)로서 정보시스템에 있어서 그 역할이 매우 중요하다. 차세대 워크플로우 기술은 주요정보기술중의 하나인 웹 서비스 및 비즈니스프로세스관리(BPM) 기술 분야와 접목되고 기업응용통합(EAI) 기술과 융합되어 전자정부(e-Government), 전자상거래(e-Commerce), 전자병참(e-Logistics), 전자공급망관리(e-SCM), 전자구매시스템(e-Procurement) 등을 가능하게 하는 기업간 워크플로우 형태가 될 것이다.

As major industries become information -centered, business transactions and information -sharing processes are being computerized and automated, which ultimately re-defines electronic commercial transactions in a broader context. Business documents are the basic tools for corporate transactions. The use of business documents in electronic commercial transactions has increased markedly and this sphere is rapidly being extended to include information sharing between companies. XML(extensible Markup Language) was selected as the focus for this thesis. XML can help to make a complicated and data-rich document easy to share. The thesis proposes a business XML document editing system, comprised of a style document editor for business XM document structure, business documentation, and business document presentation, along with a business document transformation system which makes a transformation possible regardless of platform or using various corporate document standards.

기업에 있어서 업무의 흐름은 생산성의 증대에 많은 영향을 주며 생산성의 향상은 곧 기업의 경쟁력과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 이러한 이유로 최근 기업들은 기업활동의 모든 업무흐름을 유기적으로 통합하여 관리할 수 있는 클라이언트/서버 컴퓨팅 시스템을 도입하는 추세이다. 클라이언트/서버 운용은 크게 데이터베이스 서버와 응용 및 프리젠테이션 로직을 포함한 클라이언트로 구성되는데 기존의 2-Tier 기반의 시스템을 확장한 3-Tier 환경이 최근 각광을 받고 있다. 그러나 기업 내 업무의 성격, 어플리케이션 튜닝 등의 충분한 검토가 수행되지 않은 3-Tier 환경은 개발비용의 부담과 더불어 시스템의 성능을 오히려 저하시키는 결과를 초래할 수도 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 생산 제조업체의 업무의 성격과 환경에 적합하도록 2-Tier 구조를 주 기반으로 하고 일부 기능은 어플리케이션 서버에서 처리하는 3-Tier 구조의 성격을 갖도록 하여 시스템의 효율성과 차후 확장성을 갖는 생산 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

본 논문에서는 최근의 웹 서비스 표준 및 기술의 정비를 활용하면서 인터넷 환경에서 기업내, 외 응용 프로그램 통합 요청에 부합하는 eAI 프레임웍을 워크플로우 시스템과 연계시켜 고안하고 설계한다. 제시된 eAI 프레임웍은 eAI 플랫폼, 어댑터. 데이터 브로커, 워크플로우 시스템 등 4개의 소프트웨어 모듈을 포함하며 논문에서는 각각의 모듈이 소개된다. 고안된 eAI 프레임웍에서는 eAI 플랫폼을 구성하는 웹 서비스 게이트웨이를 매개로 방화벽을 뛰어넘으면서 다양한 프로토콜로 외부 응용 프로그램과 연동할 수 있으며 MSH(Message Service Handler)를 통하여 기존의 응용 프로그램 들과도 손쉽게 연결될 수 있다.
