Operational continuity is not a simple issue that can be solved by a Back-Up center or an alternate site. Strategic issues including law, standards, etc demand a new approach in terms of the operational continuity management (OCM). Also, it is necessary to develop a new framework of OCM governance as a part of the corporate governance. Experts from corporate governance insist that OCM can be included in the corporate operational control and so it is important to set up a strategy for OCM in the organization. This paper describes how OCM governance suggests two aspects of effectively controlling corporate risks in the viewpoint of corporate governance. First of all, the top corporate management develops the strategy of operational continuity with regard to the corporate governance. Secondly, there is the aspect of how to build up and manage the strategy of operational continuity in the corporations.

빅데이터의 패러다임과 함께 데이터의 활용과 이를 통한 기업 운영 혁신이 새롭게 주목받고 있다. 소셜 미디어 분석이나 고객 마케팅 분석등과 같은 분야에서 빅데이터 분석의 활용 사례가 속속히 소개되고 있다. 하지만 국내 산업에서 제조업이 차지하는 비중과 가치에비해 빅데이터의 제조업에 대한 응용에 관한 연구나 관련 문헌은 타 산업이나 응용분야에 비해 미약한 편이다. 본 글에서는 빅데이터 분석이 제조업에서 어떻게 활용될 수 있는지를 세가지 다른 형태의 데이터 분류 - 제조장비 운영데이터, 운용 통합데이터, 고객 경험 데이터 - 를 통해 소개하고 각 분류별 실제 사례를 통해 제조업체에서 실질적으로 응용할 수 있는 방안을 제공한다.

Innovation, especially business process innovation, has evolved into a core focus area for all successful organizations. To ensure long-tenn survival, an enterprise must place innovation at the top of daily business operations to drive desired revenue stability and growth. Business Process Innovation is a key success factor for the next generation enterprise. Companies need to nurture an environment that encourages and enables process innovation. Business Process Management (BPM) must become the focal point of innovation initiatives. But the most BPM solutions are for large company. The cost is too high to build for small and medium sized company. We need the light and easy BPM solution for small and medium sized company. In this paper, we introduce the SESS which is BPM solution for small and medium sized company.

This study was conducted to examine the quantitative trend of domestic studies in invention gifted education, identify the intrinsic meaning and connection attributes in these research analysis, and provide basic data to explore future development plans. To this end, 97 domestic academic papers were finally selected as "Invention Gifted Education" by the Korea Research and Information Service (RISS), technical statistical analysis was conducted with SPSS on publication year, author composition, researcher's affiliation and location area, and published journal. The trend, which had been on the rise since 2007, confirmed by academic papers on gifted education in invention, peaked at the time of the 3rd comprehensive plan for gifted education and has since declined again. As a result of technical statistical analysis of the author's characteristics, half of the papers were jointly published, followed by a number of independent authors. The papers published alone were identified as belonging to universities, research institutes, elementary schools, and middle schools, and the cooperative papers were many studies cooperated with young researchers and professional researchers, and only one collaborative study was conducted between young researchers. When looking at the regions and journals in which the Invention Gifted Education thesis was published, it was concentrated in some regions or journals, and the deviation was very large. As a result of language network analysis using academic paper keywords, creativity and programs were identified as meaningful keywords that showed top appearance, and the keyword pair with high co-appearance was invention gifted-creativity. The keyword of connection-centeredness at the top served as an intermediary for creativity, problem-solving, development, and company to expand to other research topics, and served as a research topic that could be expanded to various topics. In the case of mediation-centeredness, creativity, programs, and effects showed high mediation-centeredness, indicating that it is an important keyword that plays a role in mediating or mediating other keywords. Through these research results, national policy measures need to be prepared for the development of gifted education, and the need to create an invention ecological culture that can enhance teachers' expertise while increasing social responsibility for gifted education.

The paper suggests that there has been a shift in the allocation of bank credit from large firms to small firms before and after the economic crisis. The paper also suggests that the improved lending practices of financial institutions, at least partially, contributed to this shift of corporate loans from large firms to small firms. Comparing the periods before and after the economic crisis also suggests that some important changes occurred to the corporate bond market. The effect of firm size on the corporate bond market differs before and after the economic crisis. Before the crisis, the larger the firms, the more they could borrow in the corporate bond market. However, after the crisis, it is not the case. The following interpretation could be put forward. Before the crisis, investors in the corporate bond market expected that the government would rescue large firms if they face the risk of bankruptcies. However, the collapse of Daewoo Group in 1999 shattered the TBTF (Too Big To Fail) myth of the public. The liquidity crisis of Hyundai Group in 2000-2001 reinforced the disintegration of the TBTF myth.

Zara and Limited Brands in the fashion industry are two leading companies that satisfy the clients' needs and the trend of fashion. The agile organizations which response to the change of business environment or adaptive enterprises which monitor the customer's desires have been studied over the long time in the academic world. Recently these management concepts have been extended to the Real-Time Enterprise. In this paper how to implement the RTE in the fashion industry is suggested. To implement the RTE, the end-to-end process should be continuously operated without delays. Also, the three main attributes of RTE, -visibility, intelligence, and agility-should be achieved. Further more based on the cyclone model and the RTE attributes, important issues to be considered for the successful RTE implementation are discussed.

Business entrepreneurs reflect their views of domestic and foreign economic activities on their operation for the growth of their business. The decision, forecasting, and planning based on their economic sentiment affect business operation such as production, investment, and hiring and consequently affect condition of national economy. Business survey index(BSI) is compiled to get the information of business entrepreneurs' economic sentiment for the analysis of business condition. BSI has been used as an important variable in the short-term forecasting models for business cycle analysis, especially during the the period of extreme business fluctuations. Recent financial crisis has arised extreme business fluctuations similar to those caused by currency crisis at the end of 1997, and brought back the importance of BSI as a variable for the economic forecasting. In this paper, the meaning of BSI as an economic sentiment index is reviewed and a GUIDE regression tree is constructed to find out the factors which affect on BSI. The result shows that the variables related to the stability of financial market such as kospi index(Korea composite stock price index) and exchange rate as well as manufacturing operation ratio and consumer goods sales are main factors which affect business entrepreneurs' economic sentiment.
