오늘날 빠르게 변화하고 있는 기술 및 시장 환경에 대응하기 위해서 기업들은 차별화된 전략을 통해 경쟁우위를 확보하는 것이 필요하다. 특히 2000년 이후 침체기에 빠진 온라인 업계는 기업 간 연결을 통해 위기를 극복하고 새로운 기회를 마련하려 하고 있다. 전략적 제휴는 온라인 기업에게 기술과 시장에서의 경쟁력을 확보하는 데 매우 유리한 도구로서 논의되어 왔다. 그러나 모든 온라인 기업들이 제휴에 대해 만족하고 있지는 않다. 제휴에 참여한 업체들이 제휴 만족을 얻지 못하는 데에는 처음부터 변화에 대한 대응이 잘못되었거나 적절한 형태의 제휴를 선택하지 못하였기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 환경요인을 중심으로 국내 온라인 기업의 전략적 제휴 유형에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고 제휴 만족도를 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 요인들은 기존의 선행연구들에서 사용된 변수들을 통합적으로 고려하여 경쟁불확실성, 수요불확실성, 기술불확실성, 자원특성, 제휴의지로 재구성하였으며, 종속변수로는 제휴만족을 사용한다. 특히 시장지향형제휴와 기술지향형제휴의 형성에 서로 다른 요인들이 영향을 준다는 데 초점을 맞춘다. 연구 결과를 통해 각각의 전략적 제휴 유형이 주는 제휴 만족도가 다르다는 것을 보여줌으로써 국내 온라인 기업들에게 제휴에 대한 전략 방향을 제시해주고자 한다.

Global expansion of regulation for carbon emission has brought new industrial regulations and trade barriers while the global economy is promoting economic stimulus through a variety of green investments such as renewable energy development, energy efficiency increase, and environmental improvement simultaneously. Korean government is trying to seek a new opportunity to grow through green investment in this change of business environment and businesses are facing the transition to low-carbon and eco-friendly structure for their survival. It is promoting not only industry structure changes and conversion but also demanding changes of workforce composition and requirement skills. In response to convergence of green economy, manpower development for future skills needs is provided the main impetus for response as well as promotion green growth. This study will analyze human resource development plan due to future skills needs emphasizing on automative industry. Also the study will be researched on the problems of present curriculum of undergraduate and look for improvements tasks. Upon the result, promotion plans for human resource development in other sectors of green car in response to future skills needs in green growth can be found.

현대 기업 경영환경의 가장 큰 변화는 개개의 기업들이 기업전체의 효율성과 이익의 향상을 위해서 공급망 (Supply Chain)에 대하여 많은 관심을 기울이기 시작했다는 것이다. 여기서 공급망이란 원료의 조달부터, 중간재로의 가공 및 유통, 최종제품의 생산 및 배송까지의 기능을 수행하기 위한 설비와 유통 채널의 네트워크를 말하며, 모든 기업들은 원자재에서 최종소비자의 형태로 공급망에 참여한다, 결국 공급망의 형태는 산업과 기업에 따라서 매우 복잡하고 다양할 수밖에 없는데, 원재료의 수급에서 고객에게 제품을 전달하는 자원과 정보등 일련의 흐름전체를 경쟁력 있는 업무의 흐름으로 관리하려는 관리 시스템이 공급망 관리(SCM :Supply Chain Management )인 것이다. 기업들의 공급망 관리에 대한 관심이 증대하는 반면에 고객 수요패턴의 불확실성이나 급변하는 기업환경 등 여러 외부 입력 값들의 변화에 따라 효율적인 공급망 구성을 위한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 최근 시뮬레이션을 적용한 공급망 시뮬레이터(SCS : Supply Chain Simulator )에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SCS 의 일종인 Arena Professional Edition과 공급망 관리의 성과를 측정하고 개선분야를 직접적으로 파악할 수 있는 SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference Model)을 이용하여 제조기업의 효율적인 SCM 의사결정에 대해서 알아보고자 한다.

In this study, we try to find out the effect of private companies' environmental protection activities on the labor demand of companies in Korea manufacturing industries with empirical practice from 1992 to 2002. One of the main difficulties in this empirical work is to identify the effect of environmental protection activities on the labor demand, because the effect can be mixed with the effect of traditional production technologies on the labor demand. We follow the suggestion of Morgenstern et al. (2002) to identify the effect but which is not enough because of endogeneity between the production technology improvement and pollution reduction. So we propose a Fixed-effect Instrumental Variable estimation method as an estimation strategy. The estimation results support the positive relationship between the labor demand increase and the increase in pollution abatement costs. Therefore, we can conclude that the environmental protection activites of Korea manufacturing industries from 1992 to 2002 can help job creation without making a big burden for business activities when we consider the share of pollution abatement costs among total production costs is around 1% during that time.

International trade flows have been determined by social, cultural and political environment around the world as well as economic elements. The environment of international trade has changed rapidly as the world has globalized. Significant changes have been generated in the international trade flows. This study investigates the influences of economic globalization on the international trade flows. The changes in international trade flows examined comprehensively by integrating trade with industrial locations, investment, and the various trade related environments. The focus laid on the integration of world economies, such as widening and intensifying international linkages in economic, political and social relation. Special concerns are laid on the impacts of Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) by Trans National Corporations (TNCs), which affect the supply-demand distributions of commodities by industrial relocations, and the expansion of intra-firm trade flows on the international trade flow patterns. The geographical characteristics of tile origins and destinations of FDI flows analyzed, since the spatial patterns of the intra-firm trade flows are determined by them. The FDI and intra-firm trade flow patterns have changed significantly over time.

기술발전에 따른 서비스 패러다임의 변화 및 기존 Legacy PBX 시스템의 단종 추세와 IP-PBX 시스템에 대한 기업 고객 수요가 증가하고 있다. 통신사업자는 기업대상 전화시장의 기술동향과 다양한 고객 Needs 대응상품 마련을 통한 가입자기반 확대 및 기업 IP전화 시장 선점을 위한 적극적인 대응방안이 필요하다. 기업별 구축되던 이에 Legacy PBX 기반의 기업용 전화시스템 대신 통신국사에 설치하여 IP 기반의 전화서비스 및 전화 부가서비스를 제공하는 통신사업자용 기업용 IPT 시스템 서비스 방안에 관하여 고찰해본다.

ITU-T(구 CCITT)의 X.25에 기초한 패킷교환 방식은 회선교환에 비하여 대역폭을 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 장점을 갖고 있으나 흐름제어와 오류제어 처리에 따른 지연으로 속도가 64Kbps로 제한된다는 것이 단점이다. 특히 90년대에 들어서부터는 문자 정보만 전송하던 80년대와는 달리 데이타량이 큰 그래픽 및 화상데이타의 전송수요가 늘어나고 있으며 LAN 및 클라이언트 서버 환경의 도입으로 대표되는 기업의 컴퓨팅 환경의 변화가 급속히 이루어지고 있어서 기업의 통신환경이 기존의 패킷교환 방식만을 갖고는 도저히 감당할 수 없게 되었다. 이에 따라 고속 패킷교환기술들이 80년대 후반부터 등장하기 시작하였으며, 공중 데이타망 기술로 대표적인 것은 프레임릴레이(FR), SMDA(Switched Multimegabit Data Service), ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) 등이다.

최근의 생산환경 변화에 따라 기업은 경쟁력 강화 및 매출 신장을 목적으로 고객의 구매비용에 대하여 일정기간 외상을 허용하고 있으며, 또한 경쟁기업간에 제품 수요 증대를 통한 경쟁우위를 위하여 고객의 구매비용에 따라 차별적으로 신용기간이 적용되는 경우를 흔히 볼 수있다. 본 연구는 이와 같이 구매비용에 따라 차둥적으로 신용기간이 허용되는 상황에 대한 재고모형을 분석하였고, 최적재고정책 결정을 위한 해법을 개발하였다.

분산형 공급체인(Supply Chain) 시스템에서 각 기업체의 주문처리 과정에서의 지연은 시스템에게 많은 비용을 발생시키게 된다. 이러한 물질과 정보의 흐름을 효과적으로 관리하는 것이 바로 공급체인관리(SCM: Supply Chain Management)의 기본적인 목적이다. 또한, 항시 존재하는 정보의 지연이 공급체인 내의 여러 기업에 주는 영향이나 SCM에 미치는 효과는 매우 크다. 소매업, 도매업, 물류센터, 제조공장 등으로 이어지는 공급체인에서 정보시스템의 개선 등으로 주문처리 과정이 단축되면 분산형 시스템에서 각 디비젼의 재고량과 비용 면에서 얼마만큼의 변화가 있는지는 연구해 볼 필요가 있다. 이 논문에서는 공급체인 전체를 하나의 통합된 개체로 보고 이를 최적화하고자 하는 경영 방식인 SCM(Supply Chain Management)에서 기업들의 재고변화와 비용 면에서 주문처리 지체가 얼마만큼의 영향이 있는지 알아보며, 두 가지의 정보지연 개선 방안을 가지고 시나리오를 설정하여 30주의 고객 수요를 가지고 실험분석을 한다. 그것을 통해서 SCM(Supply Chain Management)의 비용최소화 전략 수립에 밑바탕이 되는 대안들을 연구결과로 제안한다.

Previous studies, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Post Acceptance Model (PAM) have a little limitation in time series analysis. To solve this limitation, we used system dynamics as research methodology and designed simulation model based on TAM and PAM. Moreover, we designed new simulation model which can analyize time series data in customers' demand change from initial acceptance to post acceptance. This study targeted domestic mobile phone market. The simulation results showed that diffusion graph was similar to real data. That means we validated our simulation model. Since the simulation model offers the graph of customer's demand change by time, so it can be useful as a leaning tool. Therefore, we think this study helps IT companies use the model for forecasting of market demand.
