이 글은 프랑스의 한 중소기업에서 이루어지는 Competitive Intelligence 활동의 사례를 설명한다. 중소기업으로서 치열한 경쟁에서 기업을 유지, 발전하기 위하여 정보를 어떻게 다루고 있는지 설명한다. 결국 중소기업이지만 기업 현실에 타당한 Competitive Intelligence활동이 얼마나 기업활동에 중요한지를 보여준다. 이어서 지역 경제를 발전시키는데 있어 Competitive Intelligence 활동을 경제 발전의 중요한 방법으로 다루고 있는 France-Comte 지역의 활동에 관해 다룬다.

Globally Integrated Enterprise(GIE) has recently emerged as a popular concept in multinational enterprises(MNEs). In this paper, we use the AAA triangle in order to explain the degrees of adaptation, aggregation and arbitrage in IBM, P&G and NOKIA. The AAA triangle provides a basis for understanding GIE on the topic. This research also examines IT collaboration in order to provide practical guidance for implementation of AAA triangle. From the case study, several results are derived. First, we suggest a step-by-step approach for GIE to enhance global value creation with a situation. Second, we emphasize the importance of IT collaboration in process of introducing the AAA strategies. We believe that the issues we have raised in this paper will be useful to MNEs. In terms of the AAA triangle, this would be best thought of as a lateral shift to a new area of business, where the organization would have more of a competitive advantage.

In the face of rapidly changing society and consumer cognition, eyer-increasing importance of strategies for creating good images for a company among critical factors inf1uencing management in terms of its survive is prevalent. Today, many companies strive for getting or improving their images with advertisements for corporate identity as well as public advertisements, which is considered as a requirement of this society and age for good images of companies rather for only good products and services. In this study, we analyzed and compared the largest companies in Korea, mainly in their printed materials for advertisements over the last 10 years from 1990. Corporate advertisements performed by domestic companies could be classified into several types based on their theoretical backgrounds and creative concepts. Basic theoretical backgrounds of corporate advertisements induced in the study are recognitive-psychological model and associative learning model. And, six areas of cases were classified and analysed in terms of their such creative concepts as random difference, competitive advantage and specific creativity. We analyzed and compared cases of strategies for domestic corporate advertisements with reference to these six each area in their effects and problems in terms of theoretical and practical aspects and thereby purpose to provide companies with reference in developing strategies for corporate advertisements of companies.

전국경제인연합회는 지난 8월 11일 주요 업종별 단체와 공동으로 배출권거래제가 계획대로 실시될 경우 기업들에게 미치는 영향 및 예상 피해 사례 유형을 조사 발표했다. 전경련은 배출권거래제가 시행되면 (1)국내 생산물량 해외 이전 (2)위기기업 경영 악화 (3)국내 사업장의 생산 제약 (4)신기술 개발 및 신시장 선점 지연 등 4가지 피해 사례가 나타나 산업경쟁력이 크게 악화되어 국민경제 타격이 우려된다고 밝혔다.

In this paper, we study the relationships between organization characteristics and desired software quality attributes of enterprise systems. We collected data from three client organizations in three different domains (auto manufacturer, insurance services firm, and government agency) that adopted enterprise software of the same software vendor. Our analysis discovers that capability is a more important attribute to the manufacturing and insurance firms than the government agency. Usability is ranked the highest among other attributes for the government agency and reliability for the manufacturing firm. The relationships identified in this study will help enterprise systems vendors predict their customer needs and, ultimately, increase effectiveness and efficiency in their software development processes. Such findings will be specially useful when software vendors develop enterprise software for a venture firm by enabling them to meet the customer needs customized by the organization haracteristics while staying within the incubating firm's limited budget.

우리나라 기업 물류비는 다른 나라에 비하여 상당히 높다. 따라서 대표적인 기업인 "P" 사를 통하여 기업 물류비를 절감하는 사례를 연구코자 한다. 우선 "P" 사에 PPS(Pallet Pool System)를 도입하기 위하여 납품되는 원부자재를 Unit Load System화 하고 물류 모듈(Module)체계를 확립, 일관파렛트화하여 Pallet Pool System을 도입, 기업물류비를 절감하는 사례이다. 개선 전에는 협력업체에서 1회용 목재 파렛트에 원부자재를 납품하면 "P" 사에서 원부자재 사용 후 폐기하는 System으로 물류비 소모가 많았다. 그러나 PPS 도입으로 협력업체는 물류비를 년간 17.6억원 을 절감하였고, "P" 사는 PPS에 활용되는 STEEL 파렛트에 따른 년 3,600톤의 철강 대체효과를 이루었다. 또한 "P" 사는 1회용 목재파렛트 폐기 비용을 절감하고, 청결한 기업환경을 조성하였으며, 물류비를 절감하여, 기업 이윤을 확대하고 기업경쟁력을 강화시키는데 기여하였다조성하였으며, 물류비를 절감하여, 기업 이윤을 확대하고 기업경쟁력을 강화시키는데 기여하였다

본 논문에서는 지방행정혁신의 모델이 될 만한 외국기업 GE의 혁신 사례를 살펴보고, 충북도청에서 추진하는 브랜드사업에 GE 혁신 사례의 적용가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 기업과는 달리 행정기관은 비영리적 기관임에도 불구하고 운영 면에서 두 유형의 조직은 점차 비슷한 성격을 띄어가고 있는 데, 이러한 현상은 공히 고객 중심적 사고방식을 지향하고, 요즈음 CEO형 단체장이 각광을 받으며, 행정기관들도 점차 효과성/효율성을 중시하는 점 등에서 살펴볼 수 있겠다. 이러한 현상들이 행정혁신의 배경이 됨을 고려해 볼 때, 행정기관들은 이미 수백 년간 혁신을 추구해온 기업들로부터 많은 것을 배우고 참고할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 사례고찰을 통하여 기업의 전반적인 특색을 이해하고 기업 SCM의 도입을 위한 개념정립과 성공요인을 도출하였다. 이론 연구에 기초하여 사례분석 틀을 먼저 제시한 다음, 분석틀에 맞추어 실제 구축 사례를 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 통하여 기업의 SCM 구축 과정의 주요 성공 요인의 확인과 구축과정에서 애로 요인을 발견할 수 있었다.

지난 10월 13일 오후 2시, 서울 삼성동 코엑스 홀에서 'ESCO 우수투자사례 발표회'가 열렸다. 지식경제부가 주최하고, 에너지관리공단이 주관하며 ESCO 협회의 후원으로 ESCO 우수투자사례 발표회가 치러졌다. 이번 행사는 우수 ESCO 수여식과 함께 공공기관과 민간부문, 산업체 등의 에너지사용자에게 ESCO 투자사례 홍보 및 정보제공을 도모하기 위해 마련되었다. 올해 우수 ESCO 기업으로 삼성에버랜드(주)와 LIG엔설팅(주)이 선정되었으며, 우수 ESCO 수여식을 시작으로 이재우 실장(에너지관리공단 자금운용실)의 인사말이 이어졌다. 이재우 실장은 인사말을 통해 "2010년 1,350억 원이었던 ESCO지원자금이 2011년에는 6,000억 원 규모로 크게 확대되고, ESCO사업이 더욱 성장할 수 있도록 정책적 지원이 이뤄질 것"이라고 전했다. ESCO 우수투자사례 발표에 앞서, 이희송 소장(클린턴 재단)은 '해외 ESCO 사업 추진현황'과 관련하여 클린턴 재단(CCI)의 에너지효율 건물개조 프로그램을 소개하였다. 이어 삼성에버랜드(주)의 이명진 차장이 산업부문 에너지절약 투자사례인 (주)케이피케미칼 폐열회수 열교환장치와 제일모직(주) 증기재압축장치를 발표하였으며, LIG엔설팅(주)의 김영준 차장이 산업체 공정개선 투자사례인 카프로 제3공장 락탐증발농축시설 교체 설치에 대한 ESCO 우수사례를 소개했다.
