The National Assembly and its institutions have heavy duties to the nation. Knowledge and information resources which they produce, manage and preserve are part of history and evidence of democracy. Therefore, activities for systematic management and long-term preservation of the resources are important tasks at a national level. However, organizational status of the institutions, which are in charge of management and preservation of the resource, are not in accord with their responsibilities. In this context, this study aims at analyzing necessary and sufficient conditions for establishing the National Assembly Larchiveum and at exploring possible strategies. The study conducts literature reviews concerning necessities, procedures, and success factors of collaboration. Futhermore it analyzes various cases and divides them into several types based on collaborative levels and geographical categories. Based on these theoretical discourse the study discuss the history of the National Assembly's memory institutions and obstacles to their collaboration. As a result, it provides alternative strategies for establishing the National Assembly Larchiveum.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the "memory approach" has affected archival methodology and activities, and suggest the directions of archival activities in each field. Although there have been many discussions on the memories and collective memories in Archival Studies, it is necessary to analyze them more practically from the viewpoint of archival activism. In this study, the memory approaches in archival discourse are classified into four categories in terms of archival activism; i) the role of archives as social memory organizations, ii) the memory struggle for finding out the truth of the past, iii) archival activities of restorative justice for people who suffer from trauma memories after social disasters and human rights violations, and iv) the memory process of communities' archiving for strengthening community identities. The meaning and issues are analyzed for each category, and the practice based on archival expertise and political and social practices are examined together as necessary competencies for archival activism.

The medium and long term plan is one of the most important factors for the cooperation between cultural institutions such as archives, libraries and museums. This paper tries to analyze comparatively the development strategies' backgrounds and tasks of the national representative cultural institutions, with their similarities and differences. Limitations of the development strategies caused by their low stature are also presented in the paper. Accordingly this paper put emphasis on the changeover from separate and individual development strategy to joint and collaborative one for the cooperation between cultural institutions.

신경생리학적으로 밝혀진 바에 의하면, 대뇌의 시상에 분포한 일차 감각영역에서 감각 정보를 수집한다. 수집된 감각 정보는 과거 기억과의 비교를 통해 인식되고 인식된 정보는 일차 운동영역으로 전달되어 행동으로 나타난다. 수집된 감각 정보를 판단하는 기관은 감각 연합 영역으로 알려져 있으며, 과거 정보를 통해 비교하여 판단하는 방식이다. 하지만, 과거 기억 정보로 존재하지 않는 새로운 감각 입력에 대해서는 대뇌피질 내의 파페츠 회로를 통해 새로이 기억하게 된다. 이 과정에는 변연계의 편도체(Amygdala)의 감정 반응을 이용하여 강한 감정 반응을 유도하는 감각 입력에 대해서는 강한 기억을 하게 되고, 반대의 경우에는 약한 기억을 하게 되는 특징이 고려된다. 본 논문에서는 기억되지 않은 새로운 감각 자극에 대해 감정 반응 정도에 따라 기억되는 정도의 변화를 관찰할 수 있는 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이 모델은 대뇌피질의 정보 처리 및 감각 학습 과정을 인공적으로 구현하는 과정에 바탕이 될 것이다.

ATMS(Assumption-based Truth Maintenance System)는 추론기관의 추론 과정을 기억하고 각 추론 상태의 진위를 관리해주는 기능을 수행한다. ATMS는 JTMS나 LTMS와는 다르게 각 노드의 레이블과 Nogood들을 관리함으로써, 추론기관의 추론에 모순(Contradiction)이 발생하였을 때 이를 효과적으로 처리해준다. 기존의 ATMS는 모순에 영향을 주는 가정(Assumption)을 제거(Retract)함으로써 모순에 영향을 주는 원인을 제거하는 방식을 취하고 있다. 그러나, 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 방식으로 문제가 해결되지 못하는 새로운 종류의 모순을 설명하고 이를 처리하기 위해서는 ATMS가 추론기관과 연동하여 모순을 처리하는 방식에 대해서 서술하고자한다.

올해는 농약관리제도에 있어서 큰 변화를 가져온 해로 기억될 것이다. 부정적인 이미지를 벗고 식물보호제로 거듭나 생산자와 소비자에게 친근하게 다가갈 수 있도록 하여야 하며, 시험연구기관의 지정 및 관리 운영에서도 불필요한 규제를 풀고, 법적인 기반을 튼튼하게 함으로써 크게 발전하는 계기가 될 것이다.

이천년 12월부터 2001년 6월까지 6개월에 걸쳐 유럽의 북부에 위치하고 있는 덴마크왕국(The Kingdom of Denmark)을 방문하였다. 방문의 주요 목적은 덴마크의 식육검사 업무 특히 도축장에서의 해체검사업무에 대해 전반적으로 배우고자 하는 것이었으며 아울러 동물 질병진단 업무 및 국가 질병 진단시스템도 파악하고자 하였다. 여기에서는 세부적인 수행 업무는 생략하고 덴마크의 수의 및 위생분야에 관계하는 주요 국가기관에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 주요기관으로는 농수식품부 산하기관인 '덴마크수의식품청', 수의식품청의 직속기관으로서 지방방역$\cdot$검사기관인 '수의식품청지청', 그리고 수의식품청의 산하기관인 '덴마크수의연구소'등이다. 이 글의 말미에는 덴마크 방문 중 보고 느꼈던 것 중 기억에 남는 몇 가지를 소개하고자 한다.

This study was intended to present the need for building the library as a hub of the community memory preservation which provides the collection, sharing, and curation services of the locality specific historical and local data based on the policy task, namely supporting the collection, preservation, and management system of the community's life memory. To this end, the current status of data collection, management, and operation of institutions serving regional-based materials such as cultural centers and regional archives was grasped, and the cases and status of curation services in libraries were investigated and analyzed. The discussion proposed via the results of the study are as follows. First, to the culture center, external demand has been increased from the aspect of social education including festivals, cultural and art event, cultural and art educational business, art activities business of local residents and managerial business is to be carried out, which makes it difficult for the culture center to manage its businesses. Accordingly, it is necessary to collect and preserve regional various data at the pubic libraries playing various roles including provision of informative services, cultural programs and information sharing places to local residents and provision of services to vulnerable social group. As the existing libraries have a plan to collect data systematically, it is considered that those libraries will smoothly operate the data management through cooperation with existing culture centers and various cultural organizations. Second, it appears that a plan will be needed to set up all the data including the ones owned by libraries, local administrative agencies, individuals and other competent agencies in online database so that they are easily available to the public and always available in the libraries because there are a lot of data which cannot be moved to other place and it is actually difficult to concentrate and set up all the data to those libraries.

여러 사람이 모인 자리에서 심심치 않게 등장하는 화두가 있다. 바로 혈액형이다. 같은 혈액형을 가진 이들이 함께하면 즐거울 것이라는 이상한 믿음이 어떠한 유대관계를 형성하기도 한다. 기억해야 할 것은, 이 혈액형이 맞을 때 사람을 살릴 수도 있다는 것이다. 헌혈은 수혈이 필요한 환자의 생명을 구하는 유일한 수단이다.

Existing Web authentication method utilizes the resident registration number by credit rating agencies separating i-PIN authentication method which has been improved authentication using resident registration number via the real name confirmation database. By improving the existing authentication method, and it provides the available integrated ID authentication on Web. In order to enhance safety, the proposed authentication method by encrypting the user of the verification value, and stores the unique identifier in the database of the certificate authority. Then, the password required to log in to the Web is for receiving a disposable random from the certificate authority, the user does not need to remember a separate password and receives the random number by using the smart phone. It does not save the user's personal information in the database, and it is easy to management of personal information. Only the integration ID needs to be remembered with random number on every time. It doesn't need to use various IDs and passwords if you use this proposed authentication methods.
