This study measures the relative efficiency and productivity change of the Korean Life Insurance Firms using DEA model and Malmquist Index for 2004-2007. The main results of this study can by summarized as follows. First, in case of efficiency of CCR for 2004-2007, the number of efficient firms(CCR value is one) are six firms, five firms, four firms, seven firms respectively. Second, in case of efficiency of BCC for 2004-2007, the number of efficient firms(BCC value is one) are eight firms, nine firms, ten firms, twelve firms respectively. Third, In case of return to scale for 2004-2007, DRS are nine firms and IRS are two firms, DRS are five firms and IRS are five firms, DRS are five firms and IRS are four firms, DRS are five firms and IRS are two firms respectively, Fourth, Malmquist Index representing productivity change for 2004-2007 are 1.12 in 2004-2005, 0.97 in 2005-2006, 1.05 in 2006-2007.

본 연구는 우리나라와 세계 주요국의 이동통신서비스기업들의 자료를 이용하여 개별기업별 효율성을 측정하고 이로부터 해당 기업들의 국제 경쟁력 수준을 비교하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 함시창 (2006)의 방법론을 이용하여 각 기업의 트랜스로그비용함수를 추정하였으며 추정된 함수들로부터 규모의 경제성 시현 여부를 파악하고 X-비용효율성(X-cost efficiency)을 계산하였다. 연구결과 이동통신기업들은 규모의 경제성을 시현하고 있는 것으로 추정되었으며, 우리나라의 이동통신 기업들은 외국의 이동통신기업들에 비해 상당히 높은 수준의 비용 효율성을 보이고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 인공지능, 사물인터넷 등 4차 산업혁명 기술을 기반으로 생산 업체와 공급 업체 간의 공급망의 가시성, 안전성, 효율성 향상을 위한 물류 표준을 준수하며 고도화 및 지능화된 스마트 SCM 솔루션을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 사물 인터넷, 인공지능 기술을 기반으로 공급망의 가시성, 안전성, 효율성 향상을 위한 물류 표준을 준수하며 고도화되고 지능화된 효율적인 자동 발주 솔루션을 제시한다. 자동 발수 솔루션은 협력업체와의 생산계획정보, 발주정보, 납품정보, 품질판정정보, 재고현황 등의 제품 데이터를 실시간 공유하는 웹 기반 솔루션이다.

Until now, the operation of community welfare centers for people with disabilities has brought a positive or a generous awareness. Nevertheless, in order to obtain a wide range of welfare outcomes efficiently, the imperative step in rehabilitation researches is to determine whether reasonable and scientific services are being provided to people with disabilities in rehabilitation centers. The purpose of this study was to analyze efficiency and productivity of 176 community welfare centers for people with disabilities. As a result, average technical efficiency for community welfare centers for people with disabilities was 0.4488; pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency was 0.6040 and 0.7080, respectively. The major conclusions of this study were as follows. First, applying the technical efficiency analysis, DMU2, DMU3, DMU8, DMU9, DMU11, DMU13, DMU14 were shown above average. It seems to have a regard for political elements in accordance with the regional social and economic differences. Second, as a result of scale efficiency analysis, the inefficient community welfare centers for people with disabilities such as DMU1, DMU5, DMU12, DMU16 are required to improve the number of employees, revenue, facility area. Finally, this study is expected to be an effectiveness analysis and performance evaluation for the rehabilitation services.

In this study, a comparison has been made among the countries regarding recent ICT practices being performed based on the measures of relative efficiency and productivity growth that use multiple inputs and outputs. Efficiency measures a country's ICT performance relative to a benchmark at a given point of time and productivity measures a country's performance over a period of time. An output-oriented Data Envelopment Analysis and Malmquist Index has been used for comparison among 28 countries over the period 2008-2011 by incorporating 9 variables. The empirical findings disclose gross inefficiencies in national ICT practices, which show that there is room for enhancing output gains through increased efficiency in their operations. In addition, 13 countries have performed better than others in total factor productivity mainly because of their improvement in the underlying technological progress in ICT. For those technically inefficient countries, however, technical inefficiency may hamper the growth of total factor productivity of ICT practices.

Countries around the world are propelling policies and strategies to strengthen the competitiveness of their own ports as they recognize the roles and importance of the ports in the international trade and logistics. The main objective of this study is to compare efficiencies of major container ports and analyze the factors that affect the efficiencies in the three regions of East Asia, Europe, and North America, which cover most of world container shipping. We employ DEA models in analyzing the efficiencies of 45 container ports using 5 input and 2 output variables. We also carry out regression analyses to estimate the impacts of each factor on the throughput (TEU), overall technical efficiency (OTE), pure technical efficiency (PTE), and scale efficiency (SE). The analysis results show that East Asian ports, despite being smaller in average size, make greater output and achieve higher technical and scale efficiencies than European or North American ports.

본 연구는 농협을 대상으로 정보시스템 사용자의 저항요인을 감소시키고 사용자의 만족을 제고시킬 수 있는 효율적인 운영방안을 모색하기 위하여 정보기술 특성 및 경영지원 특성이 사용자들의 저항에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보았으며, 그 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보기술특성과 사용자 저항변수간의 분석결과에 의하면, 정보기술의 유용성과 용이성은 사용자저항과 부(-)의 관계가 발견되어 정보기술의 유용성과 용이성이 높을수록 사용자 저항은 감소한다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 정보기술의 유용성, 용이성은 사용자 저항에 중요한 영향을 미치는 변수임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 경영지원변수 중 경영자지원과 사용자 저항 간 분석결과에 의하면, 전혀 유의한 관계가 발견되지 않았다. 따라서 정보기술특성요인이 경영지원 특성요인보다 중요한 영향을 미치는 변수임 을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 농협이 CRM 시스템을 효율적으로 구축하고 운영하는데 있어 필요한 정보기술시스템의 특성에 관한 정보를 제공하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 하지만 본 연구는 사용자 저항의 원인변수 중 정보기술특성 및 경영지원특성에 관한 변수만을 사용하였다는 한계점을 갖고 있다. 따라서 향후에는 보다 다양한 사용자 저항 영향요인들을 고려한 연구가 진행되어야 한다고 본다.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate various factors affecting the efficiency of China IC industry, reflecting the resource utilization and overall development level of China IC industry. In this paper, three input indicators (R&D Expenditure, Cash paid to and for employees, Total fixed assets) and two output indicators (Net profit, Sales revenue) were selected for 17 listed companies in the IC industry with operating profit of less than 1 billion yuan in 2018 and applied the technology efficiency theory and DEA analysis method to analyze the relative efficiency of the output base. The study found that one of the 17 companies analyzed was efficient, two were inefficient on an inadequate scale, and the rest were inefficient due to insufficient production technology, scale and management level. This study argues that enterprises should reduce resource input appropriately and strengthen scientific and technological innovation management to maximize resource utilization efficiency. Therefore, this study has important practical significance for improving the efficiency of IC enterprises. The Malmquist method will be used to study the total factor productivity of small and Medium-sized companies in IC industry.

대학의 취업 정책은 졸업자의 취업지원을 위해 다양한 프로그램을 준비하야 대학생 취업을 지원하고 있다. 그러나 대학의 취업정책의 의도, 추진 성과, 준비성 등과 대학생이 인지하는 만족도, 효용성 등 부문에서 일부 차이를 보이고 있다. 이는 정책의 효과에도 문제가 있지만 정책 추진의 효율성도 떨어져 예산 낭비로 이어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 대학 취업 정책의 효율성과 효과성을 높이기 위해 대학 정책에 대한 대학생의 인지도, 활용도, 만족도 등을 분석하여 대학 정책의 수정을 제시하고 있다.
