This study aims to analyze the network structure of technological innovation resources in SMEs, especially manufacturing firms, and reveal the differences between innovative and non-innovative firms. The study first analyzes connection centrality, flow-mediated centrality, and power centrality for all firms, and derives structural equivalence through CONCOR analysis. Then, the network structure of innovative and non-innovative firms was compared and analyzed according to innovation performance and creation. The results show that entrepreneurship and corporate innovation strategy have a significant impact on the analysis of technological innovation resources of all firms. According to the CONCOR analysis, the innovation resources of SMEs are organized into seven clusters, which can be defined as intrinsic product innovation resources, competitive advantage promotion resources, cooperative activities resources, information system resources, and innovation protection resources. The network analysis of innovative and non-innovative firms showed that innovative firms focused on enhancing competitiveness and improving quality, while non-innovative firms tended to focus more on existing products and customers. In addition, innovative firms had eight clusters, while non-innovative firms had six clusters, suggesting that innovative firms utilize resources diversely to pursue structural change and new value creation, while non-innovative firms operate technological innovation resources in a more stable form. This study emphasizes the importance of entrepreneurship and corporate innovation strategy in SMEs' technological innovation, and suggests that strong internal efforts are needed to increase innovativeness. These findings have important implications for strategy formulation and policy development for technological innovation in SMEs.

Among web-based systems being widely used now, there are so many systems which are still using an user-level access control method. By successfully applying role-based access control(RBAC) to web-based application systems, we can expect to have an effective means with reinforced security for Internet-based systems. In order to apply RBAC to web-based application systems, we should come up with a system architecture for it. I proposed a system architecture which is needed to apply RBAC to web-based application systems. The proposed system architecture is largely composed of system composition and system functioning. For details, firstly, a certificate used by RBAC is specified. Secondly, a system architecture using a user-pull method is proposed and overall system components are mentioned with a role server being centered. Then, I showed how the system architecture can work to carry out RBAC on web-based application systems. Lastly, the analyses on the proposed system architecture are described for the purpose of proving its feasibility.

This study set out to develop and evaluate an educational program for the Clothing Life of Home Economics through the theme-based integrated approach develop integrated thinking abilities for solving everyday problems. For those purposes, it selected a couple of themes in the area of Clothing Life toward which the theme-based integrated approach could be develop and evaluate an educational program. The developed program was applied and assessed in total 28 hours of field lessons given to eighth graders attending B Middle School in Busan Metropolitan City. The analysis stage involved an exploration into programs related to an integrated approach to other subjects; the design stage identification of program types; and the development stage theme selection according to the selection criteria. The previous studies were analyzed along with the Technology and Home Economics textbooks to select a theme. two themes "Clothing Management" and "Fabrics(Materials)" were selected after discussing with the students on the Messenger and with a group of experts. Then content was organized and composed around the themes by discussing connections with other subjects. There were three evaluation; one by experts, another through preliminary lessons, and the other through field lessons. Following the research procedure, a theme-based integrated program was developed for the two selected themes. It contained total 49 and 32 learning materials for "Clothing Management" and "Fabrics(Materials)," respectively. Those learning materials were comprised of experiments and practices according to the nature of the themes. Each program consisted of the goals, learning content, content organization chart, learning activities, and evaluation; learning activities experiences, practice and experiment activities, self-directed activities and problem-solving processes; and evaluations self-evaluation, teacher evaluation, peer evaluation, portfolio, and experiment reports. The program was assessed three times. The first and second evaluation results found that the program was well compatible with the current needs, was properly organized to give lessons through integration with other subjects, and continuously maintained the students' interest. They, however, requested that there should be detailed explanations about each part of the program content. In the third evaluation done by the students during field lessons, 60% of them said that the program was fun and its content was easy to understand, that they realized a theme could be connected to several other subjects, and that the program could be applied to actual life. The educational program through the theme-based integrated approach is significant in that it is an educational program for the area of Clothing Life and tries an integrated approach. It helped the students not only gather knowledge in an integrated manner, but put it to practical uses to solve various problems they faced in actual life by creatively changing integrated knowledge. The study will be hopefully used by many teachers so that the students solve problems based on the ability of integrating various knowledges organically.

This study, as a study on building platforms for smart campus ecosystem, took an approach that reflected the needs of various stakeholders of smart campus, and focused on functions to help them strengthen their competitiveness and advance into society by focusing on the learning of the most important university student users, college life, and social connection. First, we looked at the theories related to smart campus construction through prior research, and next, through domestic and international environmental analysis and trend analysis, we designed and presented a target model for e-portfolio focusing on core competency development and support system for Industry-Academic Cooperation, and proposed the main point for continuous smart campus development model.

This study examines the approach of socio-technical systems and strategic niche management. It reviews the characteristics of that approach such as multi-level perspectives, the views on technology, and policy orientation. It applies the approach to the long-term vision making in science and technological innovation, socio-technical planning, participatory R&D, and science communication in Innovation policy areas and suggests some policy implications.

Social Network Service(SNS) indicates the service to promote mutual friendship built in online focused on social relation between people. While a demand and concern of the service gets higher now more than ever, there are a lack of the approach in aspect of both technology and service still. 'Facebook' is the most famous in the world and the biggest in user number among various social network service. We investigate the key factors of 'Facebook' based on the side of approach both technology and service. We observe the behavior of users who have rich experience on using the social network service to find it. The result of this study reveals that an asynchronous method related to the technology drive to improve a sociality in social media. Furthermore, we find that openness connected with the technology force to intent the closed attribute in service through user observation. It is the unique qualities social media holds. The successful social network service can be expected if social media are developed to concern these factors.

Information technology and internet became necessities of life facilitating communication and information access. Physically handicapped people, who cannot access to new Information easily due to economic, technical and physical handicaps, are likely to live with severe disadvantage in the high-speed information society in which information access right is considered as one of the basic human rights. Therefore, It is highly desirable to develop and improve library service programs for visually imparied at public libraries. In this study, the analyse of service activities for the visually unpaired at Hanbat Public Library and the investigation of user's needs and provider's points of view of staff members through individual Interviews were followed by the propositions gor the Improvement of services at local public libraries. And the consrtuction of cooperative networks with proper role-shares among service rooms for visually Imparired In public libraries, special libranes, social welfare organigations and government offices was confrimed to be the most urgent task.

새만금호의 목표수질 달성과 지속가능한 관리를 위해서는 비점오염 관리의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 특히, 새만금호 상류 유역은 농경지 비율이 38%로서 높아 농업활동에서 유래하는 농업 비점오염원의 효과적인 관리가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 농업비점오염 저감기술의 개발하는 물리적 기술적 접근만이 아니라 농업인과 지역주민의 참여와 함께 행정적인 지원을 포함하는 사회 경제 문화적 접근을 포함하는 통합적인 접근 즉, 거버넌스가 요구된다. 이러한 거버넌스를 새만금유역의 농업비점 관리에 적용하려는 노력의 일환으로 "새만금유역 농업비점오염관리 거버넌스구축 사업모델 개발"에 대한 연구를 2015년부터 2016년까지 2년간 추진하게 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 농업비점오염 관리를 위한 거버넌스 구축과 운영에 필요한 요소들을 도출하고 각각의 요소별 추진 프로세스를 개발하고 최종적으로 이를 상호 연계하여 운영하는 기법을 개발하는 것이다. 농업비점오염관리 거버넌스 구축의 접근 방향으로는 신규구축형과 기존정책사업연계형으로 접근하는 것이 바람직 할 것으로 판단된다. 거버넌스 시스템은 참여단위와 행정단위, 그리고 이것을 연계 지원하는 '중간지원조직'의 다층적 거버넌스 구조로 제안하였다. 참여단위 거버넌스는 공동체단위와 개별 농가단위의 참여 프로그램으로 설계하였다. 특히, 참여단위 거버넌스의 지속성을 유지하기 위해서 커뮤니티비즈니스 육성이 필요할 것으로 나타났다. 1차년도(2015년)에는 신규구축형을 중심으로 진행을 위하여 전라북도 부안군 백산면 용계리를 연구대상 지구로 선정하였다. 참여단위 거버넌스 구축을 위하여 연구대상 지구에서 우리 마을과 물 이야기, 우리마을회의 등 통하여 주민이 생각하는 지역의 역사와 문화 등 잠재자원을 발굴하였고, 이를 바탕으로 침체된 마을 공동체를 마을길을 연결하여 다시 활성화 하고, 물이 흐르는 마을도랑으로 가꾸고, 단절된 이웃간 마음을 연결하기 위한 "마을길-물길-마음길 연결" 커뮤니티 비즈니스 프로젝터를 도출하였다. 이러한 거버넌스구축 프로그램의 정보의 공유와 확산을 위하여 커뮤니티 비즈니스 안내판을 설치하고, 마을소식지(청파)를 제작배부하고 거버넌스구축 과정을 담은 마을영상다큐 제작을 진행하였다. 2차년도에는 커뮤니티 비즈니스 심화과정을 운영하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 앞으로 농촌지역의 비점오염관리를 위한 거버넌스구축 등 정책 및 제도개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

태양열 이용은 대체에너지자원 가운데 가장 널리 분포되어 있고 기술력에 따라 얼마든지 사용할 수 있는 태양열에너지를 그 대상으로 하고 있기 때문에 자연친화적이며, 친환경적인 접근방식으로 기술 개발 및 이용보급 정책을 함께 추진해야 할 것이다. 건물에너지 절약 기술도 국가에너지수요의 $30{\%}$이상을 차지하는 광범위하고 다양한 건물에너지 수요를 효율화하고 절감하는데 그 목적이 있으므로 기존의 건물에너지 이용방식의 문제, 효율개선방안, 그리고 신기술개발 및 환경친화적 건축설계등 기술 개발과 건축관련 정책을 병행 추진해야 그 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 따라서 기술개발 계획 수립, 연구개발 수행, 기술 이전 및 상용화 그리고 실용화 보급정책 시행의 전과정에 걸쳐 상호 보완적이고 체계적인 운용으로 효율을 극대화하고 파급효과를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국가 에너지기술개발 10개년 계획의 목표와 틀 안에서 대체 에너지 기술 개발사업과 에너지 효율향상 기술개발 사업에 포함되어 있는 태양열 이용과 건물 에너지 절약기술에 관련된 프로그램들을 중심으로 효율적 운영방안 등을 검토하고자 한다. 또한 각각의 프로그램들이 가지는 특성과 연관성을 검토하여 추가 보완사항이나 정책대안을 제시하고자 한다.

The information of the IT convergence has extended through the whole business ares with supplying intelligence terminal such as smart phone and the technology of sensors and wireless networks. And also, the existed industry became to high technology and extended various parts. The industry of the elevator became the center of the life offering the diversification of the user environment access and high building control. In this paper, we suggest the elevator control system integrated wire and wireless based on Information technology. We suggest the service model of user friendly connected by internet. For this, we make the relation model of the elevator system and IT environments and then design the service model for wire service and wireless service using smart phone. It can make to supply efficient information with wire and wireless environments and also make improvement in accessability for the disabled peoples.
