현대의 극심한 경쟁체제속에서 제조업체의 생존여부는, 얼마나 좋은제품을 신속히 시장에 출시하느냐에 달려있으며, 이러한 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 제품개발에 관련된 각종정보의 부문간 공유 및 흐름의 제어가 그 성패의 관건이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 삼성전자의 제품개발과정에서 발생되는 모든 기술정보를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 체계를 확립하고, 이 체계를 System적으로 구현하여 각종 기술정보를 생성하고, 조회하는 개발자들의 현업에 이 System을 적용하고자 하는데 있다. 본 연구에 사용된 개발 Tool은 X-terminal과 HP EWS이었고, 실제 사용자들의 운용기종은 선진각국의 Server & Client추세에 따라, DB Server로는 HP9000/865S를 채택하고, Client로는 HP EWS, X-terminal, PC386등의 기종을 적용하였다. 또한 개발언어는 'C'language를 사용하였고 DBMS는 IBM MIS와의 연계를 위해, Oracle을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과로써 나타나는 효과는, 외형적으로 각종 기술정보의 공유로 인한 설계품질향상과 개발 납기 단축이라 할 수 있으며, 그 내면에 있는 개발관련 각종자료 및 업무의 표준화와 도면관리System의 개발 기술확보 또한 중요한 성과라 할 수 있다.

기존 전자상거래 플랫폼과 컨텐츠는 데이터의 확장 및 통합이 고려되지 않은 HTML을 중심으로 한 표현 기반 기술로 되어 있고, 각 사이트별로 상품 정보에 대한 분류체계가 상이하여 구매자들이 상품별 비교와 검색에 있어서 많은 시간을 낭비하는 등 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 전자상거래 사이트들 간의 효율적인 정보 공유의 필요성이 제기 되고 있다. 또한 정보의 공유가 어려운 기술로 인하여 판매자와 구매자들의 다양한 요구를 만족시키지 못하고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 최근 차세대 웹기술로 각광받고 있는 시맨틱 웹 기반 기술인 RDF/RDFS를 이용하여 기존의 상점에 제시된 상품정보를 Wrapper 기술을 이용하여 필요한 정보만을 추출한 뒤, 이것을 기반으로 RDF 트리플과 문서로 생성한다. 상품 정보에 대한 온톨로지를 설계한 뒤 이를 Web Ontology Language (OWL)를 사용하여 상품 지식 기반 온톨로지를 구축하고, 이를 RDF 트리플과 문서와의 분석과 매칭을 통하여 이종의 상점에 표현된 상품들을 실시간으로 비교 검색하고 동적으로 상품에 대한 지식 기반 온톨로지를 생성하는 웹 온톨로지 시스템을 설계 제안하였다.

In this study, we focus on identifying the determinants of improving technology collaboration performance between buyer and supplier and the impact of the determinants on new product development performance. We adopted trust, control and information sharing as the determinants of technology collaboration and the frequency of new product introduction and ratio of new product on revenue as dependent variables. We conducted hierarchical regression and mediation analysis using the data collected from 600 Korean manufacturing firms by Korean Productivity Association and Ministry of Trade and Industry in 2012. The empirical findings indicate that trust, control and information sharing are positively associated with technology collaboration performance and the degree of technology collaboration is also positively associated with both new product development performance. In addition, new product development performance is not only affected by technology collaboration but also mediated by trust. This result implies that developing social capital, trust with partner play a important role in leading to better performance by open innovation.

It is required that public schools in information society should act as a balancer between the equal educational opportunity and development of the personal capacity. However, public schools have faced a situation to be blamed and praised by social parties concerned from the point of view of educational excellence. The aim of this study is to suggest some conceptual ideas for sharing & delivery system of educational information, which is based on the paradigm of web 2.0 characterized as participation, sharing, and openness. To do it, we analyzed the recent technological trends and took a group discussion with leading teachers in educational information.

Many personalized Services that provide users with adaptive information according to users' requirements and preferences have been researched and developed. However, existing approaches are difficult to share a user's information among heterogeneous services because these approaches manage users' preferences in a single system. In this paper, we propose a user preference sharing model based on the Semantic Web as a solution to resolve the problem. Our model enables user preferences to be described and shared over service-specific ontologies which are affected by the feature of each service. Our model is analyzed and evaluated with an implementation of the middleware that supports our model. Our approach has the advantage of providing more efficient personalized services than existing approaches because it can describe users' preferences centering around each service and share these information among heterogeneous personalized services.

본 논문에서 제안하는 모바일 어플리케이션은 증강현실 기술을 적용한 정보공유 플랫폼으로 일상 혹은 특별한 여정에서 찍은 사진에 대한 확장 정보를 제공한다. 이 정보들을 통해 자신의 위치를 기준으로 지역을 구체적으로 알아볼 수 있으며 개인의 지역명소를 찾아 공유한다. 누구나 친숙하게 활용할 수 있도록 개발된 모바일 어플리케이션은 지역경제 및 전통시장 활성화에 대한 솔루션으로 제공이 가능하다.

국내 뿐 아니라 세계적으로 디지털 기반의 공유경제 서비스와 관리에 대하여 많은 관심을 두고 있다. 공유경제로 인하여 새로운 경제패러다임으로 높은 가능성이 있고 정부와 시민이 편익차원에서 많은 예산 절감이 가능하기 때문이다. 우버, 에어 비엔비 등의 사업이 활성화 되고 있는 상황에서 디지털 콘텐츠 역시 활용 공유 가능한 재화로써 공유경제에 참여하고 신뢰기반의 효과적 거래가 가능하다. 이 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠를 공유경제로 활용함에 있어 위 변조 및 해킹 가능성을 줄이고 투명한 거래가 가능하여 디지털 콘텐츠의 유통이 활성화 될 수 있는 방법으로 블록체인 활용기법을 제안하였다. 스마트 유통과정에서 이더리움의 스마트 컨트랙트 방법을 적용하고 디지털 콘텐츠 저작권을 보호하기 위한 머클트리 해싱방법과 암호화방법을 수정함으로써 디지털 콘텐츠가 공유경제로써 발돋움하고 활성화될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a measurement tool for the quality of information commons. Information commons is a physical, technological, social, and intellectual place where library users can experience various educational, research, and cultural activities. It is recently gaining popularity and several libraries have implemented it to help users share knowledge and interact with each other. It also intends to provide a place for collaboration, learning, and rest. Despite its benefits and usefulness, there is no measurement tool explicitly designed for the quality of information commons. This study used in-depth personal interview, compared prior studies, and conducted a pilot study to elicit library users' perceptions on information commons and factors influencing on the perceived quality of information commons. Groups of initial items were emerged through classifying and clustering key concepts in the data. Then, the validity of the items were verified through a pilot study. The findings of this study will be useful for developing more reliable and valid survey measurement tool.

정보공유를 위한 표준화된 데이터 관리 및 이들에 대한 관리 메카니즘를 지원하기 위한 작업의 일환으로 ISO/IEC JTC1 WG2 - 데이터 관리 및 교환(Data Management and Interchange)에서는 데이터 공유 및 교환을 위한 근본적인 해결방안으로 메타데이터 레지스트리(Metadata Registry : MdR)에 대한 표준화를 진행하고 있다.

This study aims to develop a checklist that could identify the characteristics of predatory journals suspected of being poorly operated from the time of submission to publication. Accordingly 17 checklist questions were developed based on 3 priorities through overseas case studies and expert opinions. To verify the developed checklist, 100 journals included in Beall's list were randomly extracted and analyzed. As a result, 96 journals had features that were suspected to be questionable, there were not found in the 4 journals. A further case study and follow-up study of journals published in a broader field of research will require continued revision and supplementation of the 17 questions developed in this study.
